I enjoy the food at this McDonald's. The food always comes out hot and fresh with little wait time in the drive through. I also enjoy their milkshakes. I typically go through the drive through when I come here, and I always enjoy the ambiance while driving through. I believe this McDonald's used to be open 24/7, and if so, I'd love to see them go back to being a 24/7 restaurant. We don't have any others that I can think of now on the Space Coast area of FL. read more

I just got this sander from my favorites MC. What's wrong with it? If you compare the advertisement it surely does not compare. It supposed to a loaded sandwich. What o got is top with 2 slices of pickles, a grain of lettuce, and no tomato. They did not forget the sprinkler of onions. Shameful. I've been to this McDonalds a few times in the past. Run of the mill experience. Predictable. What you like to see from this type of business. Not today though. I ordered a Double QP meal through the drive thru. After pulling up to the window and receiving my drink, I was told to pull up to the secondary waiting spot. Not a good sign. I proceed to watch SEVENTEEN cars behind me get their orders and drive off without being told to wait. Finally, I walk inside to ask what's up. After waiting at the counter for several minutes, I'm told my order was "tucked away in a corner" while they made more fries before presumably being forgotten. "A few more minutes," I'm told. A total of twenty seven minutes go by between the time I placed my order and when I'm handed a greasy bag containing a cold hamburger and a half full container of fries. Yelp says I should comment on the ambience too so I'll add this: While I waited in the dining room, I overheard an employee loudly disparaging his coworkers because of their race while being cheered on by other employees. So I just wanna state that the one lady working early mornings, her attitude is unmatched. I had asked for a decaf coffee and I could physically hear her huff and puff over the speaker just for her to say that she needed to brew it. I physically cannot have caffeinated coffee right now cause I am pregnant and all I wanted was just something like actual coffee....anyways, I told her that I was fine with waiting and when I get to the window there was absolutely no wait and didn't even seem like she had brewed the decaf coffee or it was already brewed and she was just inconvenienced by the little extra work of making a decaf. Several times going here, I've always been greeted and treated well by the one taking my order. The foods I've had here are great as far as fast food goes. I prefer this McDonalds over others in the area. The crispy chicken sandwich was perfect. Buns were evenly grilled to perfection. The pickles are very juicy. I noticed the other newest review is a year old. That's about the age of the chicken nuggets I received on Saturday, Dec 9. I had to drive to Tampa and figured to grab some nice car ride food. Simple fries and McNuggets. The fries tasted slightly burned like the oil was old and not cleaned or changed. Then I ate the first nugget. It was dry and flavorless. Cardboard is the best description. I opened the BBQ sauce to dip thinking it might moisten the food and add flavor. I was half right. It added flavor. Like BBQ cardboard. I threw the other 8 away. My husband and my 2 year old drank from this nasty thing, we were on a road trip back home, and stopped to get some food, they drank from the cup, then we went to pour a little bit for our son in another cup to keep going and thats what was there, looked horrible!! Worst experience I've had with fast food. Took 15 minutes to get my food. I had to repeat the order several times and he wasn't understanding what the sandwiches were I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and he was confused asking "so, the sausage one?" One of the worst McDonald's I've visited. My most recent experience was it for me. Tried to use a coupon from the McDonald's app, and it wouldn't work at first. That's OK, let me get a manager, she'll take care of it, they say. Manager comes, tries a few things. Finally says, is that coupon from another area? No, it's in your app. Well, if it won't scan, there's nothing I can do. Really? You're a manager, and you can't override what the computer is doing to make a situation right? In my opinion, that's a part of your job. Make it right when something is wrong. After giving one last chance, all I got was an "I'm sorry". Well, I'm sorry, too, but I plan to do something about the situation - not patronize this McDonald's. Go to the McDonald's on 520 at I-95, you'll be a lot happier. The best McD's! It has solved any issues. I live nearby & drove across town to another McD'S. I gave them another try & was floored at the fresh, perfectly prepared & delicious food. Even though a chain it is better than other McD's. Staff has always been super nice. Now no mistakes. From the lines others agree. Hope others will rate because they deserve 5 stars! My only issue now is with McD's company as the steak on my breakfast sandwich has shrunk. read more
