Absolutely ridiculous experience at Taco Bell. How do you forget the nacho cheese sauce that literally COMES with the nacho fries? Then somehow manage to put tomatoes and onions on tacos that weren't supposed to have them in the first place after directly being told no tomatoes or onions. On top of that, we CLEARLY said NO LETTUCE on two other tacos because of an allergy, and two tacos still came covered in lettuce anyway. That's not just careless, it's dangerous. If employees can't follow basic food instructions, especially allergy-related ones, they shouldn't be handling orders. Lazy, and completely unacceptable. read more

Ordered from this location 3 times in the past 9 months, and every time they give us not only incorrect items but less then what we have ordered. I never had trouble with getting 2 items or a meal, however the moment I spend 10+ dollars on an order, things go missing or made incorrect. I know they have been understaffed for a long time, but I can't make this up anymore. Asking for large drinks and being handed smalls, ordering 8 burritos and getting 5 burritos, which in hand is also made wrong. For fast food they are the best. My wife gets the CANTINA CHICKEN BOWL I get Steak Bowl, plus the CHALUPA SUPREME And GRILLED CHEESE BURRITO. There is so much flavor and price you can't beat. Fast service and friendly. Inside is very clean . Why so many complain about it I don't understand. I have been going there for years, I think a lot of people complain about it because they are to ashamed to admit they go there . So I ordered online for pickup in store. I went to go inside and the doors were locked. And they were waving at me and then someone else walked up to the door too and someone finally came to the door and opened it just to tell us to go through the drive-thru. Taco Bell often needs to work on its cleanliness. It is difficult to enjoy your food when you're worried about what that puddle is in the floor of what the sticky stuff is on the table. The temperature was also a little too cold to be comfortable. The food was good, exactly what you expect from Taco Bell. My friend got the new $1 grand burrito: loaded taco for the first time. I ordered from this branch for the first time and this is a new low for any fast food business, and I eat fast food often. I ordered online and went to the drive thru to pick up my order. I was asked to pull over to a parking spot while they complete my order. 10 mins later I got my tacos, burrito and quesadilla with none of the fries, drinks and sauces. I informed the employee and he went back in, I was assuming to make fries and grab the drink and sauces. He returned 20 mins later with only the drinks and no fries or sauces, said thanks with no indication that he'd be back. So I said what about the fries, he says "sorry we have have no fries" and walks away. So I yell to catch up to him, said what did I just pay for?! He said he'll give me chips and sauce as a replacement. Another 15 mins later I circled back in the drive thru line (I didn't want to unbuckle my kid and go in the store during a pandemic), and said I've been waiting at this point for well over 40-45 mins... he apologized, he honestly forgot about me, he's been busy, then 1 min later handed me my chips and sauce. I could see he was busy, but didn't look THAT busy with not too many cars in line while I waited. I also told him he gave me a sweet tea instead of the unsweet I ordered. "Oh my unsweet tea dispenser has been broken" - and so maybe he should have said something as he handed me something that I didn't order?! I may have wanted something different from sweet tea, right?! Communication was poor. I was still missing other sauces I ordered but at that point I wanted to just get out of there. All this while I saw at least three other employees not very busy. Give that poor guy a break and get him better team members or get some better team work going! And stock up on fries and fix the dispenser. Too many things went wrong on my first attempt. Honestly I don't think they read the online orders well enough, it was all there, and if they don't have something that was ordered or paid for, then communication is key, something like "sorry we don't have XYZ, can I get you this instead?" ... not act like I'll get what I get or get nothing at all, not even a refund. I was surprised they got the taco customization correctly, I give them that... and the food tasted great. Customer service and overall store management is lacking. This is the worst service I have ever gotten. We came in and a young black girl gave us the dirtiest look and at first I just thought it was her face but then she continued to catch an attitude. She then took forever and the excuse was that the screen was so backed up it couldn't take anymore orders?? What kind of an excuse is that. We then ordered a side of cheese and didn't get it until 30 minutes after and all the food was cold, the soft tacos were hard and their inside and drive thru was backed up. All small orders took forever. My aunt ordered 5 $5 boxes and the girl got upset when we went back to retrieve the 5th box we never received. She then tried to argue with us saying she never paid for it even though she read the order back to us and refused to give us the receipt after we asked just so she can prove that she didn't but when we went to show her the bank transaction online it showed that we got charged for five and the manager came and argued along with us to lie about the pricing even though we calculated with tax and everything. The black girl was in the back still arguing with us and all we wanted was the $5 box. She then got an attitude and stormed off flying the doors open to go talk to the people in the drive though. Someone ordered one taco and they still hadn't received it 20 minutes later. The girl came back in and had an attitude rolling her eyes again and throwing cups into the holder. People from the drive thru came back and wanted refunds and she continued to get an attitude with everyone coming in to receive a refund even though it was her fault that these "back ups" occurred. I have worked at Taco Bell before and with 4 people working at the pace of which people were coming in, everyone received their orders within 5-10 minute no matter how big. These people had 7 working at half the pace and people were waiting 30 minutes plus. After we had left, getting into the car, the girl stepped out and took a cigarette break, shoved her way through us and was glaring at us. At this point we were pissed so we told the in coming family coming in to not even bother coming in and she got upset after they walked away back to their car and WALKED INSIDE WITH HER CIGARETTE to tell her manager what we had just done. Beware of price hikes. I went to this store last night (11/13/17) and was a little surprised by the increase in pricing. I love Taco Bell, but I will not support this franchise nor the sister store in Titusville, due to the fact that the franchisee has higher prices than any other Taco Bell in the area. For example the $5 box as advertised on TV is actually $5.49. Plus every normal menu item is also .10 higher across the board. Why??? The employees are always friendly, but my order is always wrong. read more
