Seven of us came for lunch;there was free parking right in front. We went right up to the register and quickly ordered. By the time we filled our drinks, our meals were here. Everything was correct. The shakes are amazing, my massive walleye fish sandwich was crispy, warm and delicious. We all enjoyed. The staff came over and asked if everything was OK and refilled our condiments for us. My wife and I stopped into this Culver's location while traveling to West Palm Beach to visit family. We love Culver's! Today I had the single cheese burger and added BBQ sauce on it. It was very good and cooked just right! I also ordered fries and the ice cream of the day which was snickers swirl. To be honest the snicker swirl was not my wife and I favorite. We didn't care for it and didn't finish most of it. Just wasn't our taste I guess but we do like snickers!!! My wife ordered the cod sandwich. As always it was delicious! This is one of her favorites. Everyone at Culver's is always friendly no matter what location you go to. Even at this location the dining room attendant ladies were super friendly and stopped and talked to us for a minute. One thing I do like about Culver's while traveling is the restrooms. They are large and you don't have to wait in line just to go into the restroom. Noticed some of the other restaurant chains are building small one person restrooms even with a large restaurant. Ordered a kids meal for pick up. Hit the here button and texted that I was there. My order was supposed to be ready by 5:56. Cars came and went. Still sitting there. 10 minutes later 6:06 I stopped one of the employees and told them my order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. He went to check on it. Came out to apologize. Another employee came out with my order. Frozen custard melted no drink. Asked for a refund. The associate took my card for the refund. Came out and said the manager said I had to do it on my phone. Both me and the kid tried to do it. Couldn't figure it out so went and got the manager. The manager came out and I told her we couldn't figure out how to do the refund on the app. She told me to calm down. Mad me even more mad. Then she told me I had to go to Culver.com which took me back to the app. She then told me to go to account. She couldn't figure it out and had to take my card in for the refund which she should have done in the first place. 1/2 an hour later I leave with no food and crappy service from the manager. I am a Culver's fan - so let's be clear on that moving forward with this review... Now that said, this is one of the better Culver's I've been to in recent memory. The place is new, clean (bathroom and all) and the service is as friendly as you should expect. Not only friendly, but it was efficient as well. After stopping in with 5 other folks, we ordered everything on two separate bills and it all came out fast, hot, and surprisingly together. It really was surprising and welcomed. I have been hearing about this place so much lately and it had made me very curious. What I heard was this place has the best child's menu meal around (taste wise). It is not close to home so since we were in the area we thought why not and the whole experience was so good!!! When I walked in the first thing that I noticed was that this place was very clean. I've been to so many fast food places that are tasty but the place is not super clean which always makes me hesitant to go back. Well, we went to the register to order our food. We were not rushed as it was our first time so we didn't know exactly what we wanted. She gave us plenty of time even when we were discussing how I wanted to take a dessert to go, but I didn't want it right away. She offered the idea that she could write later on the receipt and I could come up to the register when I was done eating to pick up my desserts to go. When the food came to the table, I was again hesitant because not all burgers are the same. These were so delicious. The onion rings were perfection and the fries tasted so good. We will definitely be bringing our family back here even though it's a drive. read more

To say that they are brand new, they are doing a fabulous job! I haven't ventured inside yet but drive thru is awesome! More fast food chains should take a page out of their book. When you order you are given a number on your side mirror. This number matches your order so when they bring your food they know which car to go to. Now onto the food. The burgers are hot and fresh and love that you can customize them. I will say they need more salt on the patties but other than that they are good. Try the pretzel bites. They are yummy. How hard can it be to place the deluxe double ButterBurger ingredients on top of each other on the bun, rather than hamburger patties, onion, tomatoes, hanging way out over the edge in different directions. Very sloppy work and sloppy to eat. In all the times I've gotten a ButterBurger deluxe here, never once have the ingredients been placed on top of each other on the bun. This does not negate all the good things about Titusville Culvers. . read more

They always say never go into a restaurant near closing time. We saw a short line at Culver's. The car before us must've ordered everything off the menu. Lol. We were like, this place must be pretty good. Nice to not have to wait in a long line, we're second in line should be good. WRONG! Lesson #1: stay true with the don't go to a restaurant close to when they close. Even if it's 30 mins. We ordered seafood off the menu and a shake. It's 9:36PM (yes, our bad for going that close to closing time, but we saw a line, lol, we took the chance). Girl that took our order through the drive thru was super pleasant. Got to the window to pay for our food, that lady was less then thrilled to be at work and collecting our money. Gave us the sticky # and no receipt and told us to move up in the line. Put the sticker on our driver side mirror and we scooted up. Husband and I are talking and talking. After almost 15 mins, we realized, damn, the car in front of us is gone. The car behind us is gone and the 2 cars besides us is gone. 4 cars. Gone. Us, still here. At first, it was all fun and games until we realized, we haven't gotten our food and shake. Hmmm... The next 2 cars behind us also got their food. Asked 2 clueless dumb white girls about our food, was told they'd "check on it." The reason we knew something was up, was when they walked out with bags of food and cups of drinks/shakes and went up to another vehicle and kept looking over at our car. The other car was excited that they basically got free food. And we got ripped off. Not exactly ripped off because we got a refund. They made the mistake when they kept looking over at us and that's when they realized "oh sh!t, wrong car." Both them dumb ass little girls also tried to ignore us and walk away really fast to avoid confrontation. My husband is nicer than I am, with the whole "excuse me miss, can you check on our order." Another few minutes pass by and this little girl who gave away our food and was suppose to be "checking on the order," gets met halfway with me as I walk in towards the restaurant coming out with 2 stupid little comp. cards saying, "they're working on the food, but here's something." The hell I'm going to do with 2 stupid little comp cards? Mind you, the comp cards that she handed to me expired that same day. 2/29/24. Immm what?! Lol. No thanks! No apology no nothing. Incompetent little ass kids who are not held accountable for their mistakes. I get it, it's also not their jobs, they're not the manager. They also can't read #s on sticky notes either. What good is it? The sticky #s are too small? The lighting is bad? Culver's should fix that if that's the problem. Tonight's shenanigans was absolutely freaking ridiculous. Now I'm fumed, if they (dumb white girls) realized they gave the food to the wrong car, at least bring out another milkshake, apologize, and explain to us. Don't just avoid the whole situation all together. Quite frankly, the manager (toned ball guy) should've came out and apologized and we would have been disappointed but would understand and gotten our money back and went on our merry way. Now, you inconvenience me to get out of the car and figure out on MY OWN what's going on with our food. No accountability on his part or acknowledgement either. I had to come him and tell him the situation just for him to say "yeah, they gave your food to the wrong person, and we're cooking it up right now. It'll be a few moments" No that's not acceptable. Honestly, I wish the food was coming because I would've thrown it away in front of them AFTER I got my refund. You waste my time, I waste yours and make sure you know. Thanks for wasting. We just wanted to get out of the house and grab something real quick just husband and wife. NEVER AGAIN, NOT THIS PLACE. 10/10 do not recommend. Not bad for a new spot! The service is good and pretty efficient. I ordered a sundae one day when it was raining and the runner brought it out covering it which was nice, but one day I ordered one and they brought it out without napkins. Murphy's law showed me I was going to need one. Good thing I had some in my car. I've had their salads and they are pretty good and fresh! I've also had a melt and a butter burger. There are many who will claim that Culver's belongs in the same breath as In-N-Out, Whataburger and Freddy's Steakburgers... Those people need to be drug-tested. This place has never been good no matter where you go in the country. Their employees all seem to be either inexperienced children who forget you ordered anything or older goofoffs who mess up your order. The menu is so busy in terms of layout that you leave unsure if you ordered the best value for yourself or not. The burgers are unremarkable and the fries are usually undercooked and/or freezer-burnt. I can see how this was popular at one point in time for people who lived on farms in Wisconsin and had literally no better options. That adds up. But in the modern landscape of burgers, it's nothing special. read more

I went for Culver's in Titusville for the first time the other day and it was my first time in a Culver's so I had no idea what to expect. I thought it may be like a Dennys or Perkins sort of restaurant. NO WAY! It's a lot more like going to Burger King or Wendy's. Just what we need... another fast food garbage emporium. Obviously there is a market for this crap food, but it sure isn't me. The cuisine is fried, fried, fried & fried. Tons of empty calories, lots of salt and artery clogging choices. The counter help had no idea what they were doing and some old lady was running around sweeping the floors while using the same old dirty wet rag to wipe off every table once the previous guests were done devouring whichever fried ness they had ordered. My issue today is my take-out experience - usually I order the 2pc battered cod dinner - fries/ cole slaw & a shake. Today my take-out entree 10pc Jumbo Fried Shrimp/cole slaw w/ fried onion rings & cocktail sauce. I was not happy when at home opening my bagged dinner. The onion rings were soggy/steamed from the take-out cartoon. I live less than 10 miles from the store. The roll was hard, the shrimp was so heavily battered that I couldn't taste the shrimp, BUT the cocktail sauce rocks & the cole slaw the best - they need to jar that sauce. Ordered online for drive through pickup friday mid afternoon. Short wait. Ruben and pint of vanilla softserve. Ruben good not as generous as Arbys. Ice cream was good. Pot Roast Sandwich basket with grilled onions and horseradish. They Forgot to add horseradish. Sandwich was very tasty on soft bun. Crinkle fries hot and tasty. They have pretty good burgers and amazing custard. The only thing that I had problems with was whenever we want to culvers and we ordered our food. They said that they didn't have a certain type of ice cream so we didn't get it. We paid for our food and went to this freezer and we saw the exact ice cream they said they didn't have. So from the start I wasn't impressed right off the bat the purple haired girl at the front was more worried about hearing gossip from her fellow female colleagues who were trash talking a customer who left because his order was taking to long. While placing our order the purple hair girl was looking elsewhere while taking the order and we had to repeat it a couple times. She failed to give us our receipt as well. Then after getting our drinks we made our way to the beverage area, went to grab some sweet tea and behold empty. First off this review has nothing to do with the service at this store. Service was refreshingly friendly and spot on. Food came out in a timely manner. Therefore I give one star, the next star is for the custard milk shake, it was good, not even good, but great. The food itself was just...barely ok. It was just bland. I went here on a date with my boyfriend because I saw it had good reviews. when we got there the place was a mess, we had to call one of the employees to come wipe down a table because there were no other clean tables. The floors were also dirty with kids who were dropping food on the floor and running around bare foot. The date did not go entirely as planned, we ordered the pretzel bites to share but they were stale and cold. The cheese was also expensive as it was a dollar extra, definitely not worth it since it was very fridged. The crewmate Taelor who served us was very passive aggressive and disengaged to making conversation or small talk. During the time of "serving" she was very hostile while placing our food down roughly. We were very disappointed because this was our 2 year anniversary and we wanted to go somewhere we haven't tried. We highly Inadvise you to come to this restaurant on any special circumstances.
