Great small busy burger joint in collingwood. They usually have a burger of the day that is the feature item. I had one that features aged cheddar double smoked bacon Lettuce tomatoes Pickles Mustard garlic mayo and brgrz bbq sauce and topped with a Crunchy Onion Ring dont forget to add one of the milkshake flavors and the super awesome poutines. The burgers and fish sandwiches are worth it. The big eric ($14.82), which is a haddock fillet sandwich, had very generous portions of the fish meat pieces. The fried fish came out a little oily though. The brgrz banquet ($14.16) was also a hit. Both of my companions ordered it and they only had praises for the burger. Service received from the place was excellent. Wifi was available. The wifi password was provided and written by the counter. The person who took our orders was very nice and helpful to give suggestions on what food to get or what to expect from the menu choices. He also duly put in enough condiments in the bags of our take out orders prior to us even having to request them. read more

This place is all about burgers (and excellent fries!). It has the largest selection of burgers in Collingwood. We ordered the daily special and it was served very quickly and was excellent. The fries that came with it were the best we've had in a long time. The owner and staff were all friendly and we had a great conversation as we ordered. Called to place a lunch order ahead of time and was told they don't do pre-orders and directed to call back when I want to pick up. Found this strange given the times and I figured I was making things easier on them, but every business has their rules. Tried to call back at 12:15 as directed and was placed on hold for 8 minutes. DO NOT COME HERE! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES WHO GIVE WRONG PRICING. Shame on the boss for treating employees poorly hence causing the employees to mistreat customers! Here's what happened on Sunday February 4. 1. At around 7pm we came into the restaurant hoping to order dinner. 2. There was only 1 employee working at that time who was an Indian male. 3. We were interested in ordering burgers with sweet potato fries. I specifically asked the worker "I'm interested in ordering 2 burgers with sweet potato fries to accompany both, do I have to pay for the burgers and order the fries separately because we DO NOT DRINK SODA? It would have been the burger price + $8 for the fries." He said you can just get the combo without the drink and it will be burger + 2.88 for the sweet potato fries. He also said it's cheaper to do it this way. 4. I then said okay and we made the order. He gave us the total amount, and when I added everything up I'm like hey wait a minute, this is like over $10 more than what it should be! 5. I looked at the computer screen and it was totally different than burger + 2.88. I asked him to explain and he rudely said "I don't control what the computer says". I told him "You told me that it's burger + 2.88 for the sweet potato fries, can you please add the numbers up and explain how it adds up to what you see on the computer?" 6. He kept dismissing me and said "look I just work here" and didn't even try to figure out why the numbers didn't add up. 7. I had to figure it out myself. And in reality what he explained was wrong because it was actually burger + 4.86 for the combo + additional 2.88 for sweet potato fries which ends up being almost the same as buying burger + sweet potato fries separately because I specifically told him WE DONT WANT SODA! 8. I told him he explained it to me wrong and it was misleading. And he again dismissed me by saying "take it or leave it" instead of apologizing for the incorrect explanation. He had the attitude of an employee being treated very poorly by the owner and I am very surprised that the owner would let someone work the shift by themself if they are not knowledgeable enough to explain the menu properly. There are only a few items on the menu, so this was not an excuse. Never would I return to this restaurant due to the disgusting service and nor should anyone else! It is a shame that this restaurant bought so many fake Google reviews as the burgers I saw being made were small and did not look special. I went in with a group of friends for lunch during the weekday. Upon first impression, since there were some folks in our group who have physical disabilities, I noticed how difficult it was to help them in them in the door. Overall, it is a challenge for anyone with a physical disability to get in. There is a step up to come in and no automatic door so helping them in with their walkers and canes and holding the door at the same time was a challenge. Also, the tables indoors are high up bar-like chairs which again presented a challenge to the folks I was with. I found the portions of food to be good but the price was a bit high for me. I like the atmosphere of the building as the windows can open right up when it's a nice day but you want to sit inside. Otherwise, there is a nice patio outside for guests to enjoy. Overall, a good visit but there's always room for improvement. read more

New burger joint in Collingwood. The ambient and the decor is quite modern. The menu is written on a blackboard, and the sauces and the toppings menu is placed on the other side of the wall. They have many sauces you can choose from, it's not written anywhere. It was a little hard for me to figure out what's available. I do think that the menu should be more clear. The fries were good, and seasoned beautifully. The menu stated that they ground their meat daily. The burger meat itself is flavourful, but slightly lack seasoning. The Brioche bun is quite soft. Small little burger place as part of a house that fronts onto the main road. The burgers are ok, probably around 5 oz on an egg type bun. LIttle on the small side patty with very little seasoning. Egg bun is tasty but little dense and takes away from the burgers. Lots of toppings choice. The fries are plentiful but could be crispier...probably not double fried. All in all this place is worth a visit, reasonable price for a reasonable meal. If your a "burger" person....it doesnt compare to Burger Priest, 5 Guys or a Holy Chuck. read more
