I did experience some challenges when I ordered in the past and at one point, the dine-in portion of the restaurant was closed and it was just running the take out portion. Over the past year, this has changed. Also, anytime we call, our call is answered much quicker than before and our meal is ready when we arrive for take out. There had been times when I called and we were quoted a time only to have to wait when we arrived. This has changed within the last year. Hope they keep up the good job!

They told us they are re-wiring the restaurant and unable to receive online orders. For some reason, they didn't update their status on the website to prevent people from ordering online. They also didn't feel like it was worth periodically checking their online ordering site for outstanding orders. They were able to see my order once I called, seems like they could of been more proactive about this. After making us wait that long, they didn't offer a discount or free app or anything, they just promised to rush it out to us. It still took over an hour and a half to get lunch. If my kids didn't like stuffed crust so much I would have cancelled the order and gone out to subway.
