Did not visit this McDonald went to the one in Briargate which is close to where we live and the service was great!

One of the nicer McD locations. Easy access off I-25. Friendly staff most times. Busy but always clean.

Didn't want to take cash because they were to lazy to count it this morning had no other way to pay. Bathroom was locked as well even though we were in a much nicer McDonalds than normal. No one was friendly and took super long to get our order. Worst McDonalds I've been too by far. read more

We aren't from the area but didn't have anything but a positive experience coming to this McDonald's. At the time of our visit, the restaurant was clean and constantly seeing an employee cleaning the tables. We ordered through the McDonald's app and delivered to the table with no issues. Food was made to order and we appreciated that their drink machines were self serve so that we wouldn't have to bother employees for a refill. There's plenty of seating and I wouldn't mind coming back to this location. read more

Took 20 minuites just for two burgers and a drink... they also forgot the drink so we had to take a extra few minuites to wait for a employe who still looks broken just to hand us a empty plastic cup. Interior too minimalistic, needs more retro theme. read more

This isn't about the food taking longer; it's about pushing cars out of the drive-thru line so the reported "service times" look faster than they really are. This practice may help management or ownership avoid poor performance numbers, but it doesn't solve the underlying problem: they are consistently understaffed. Instead of hiring enough employees to meet demand, they shift the pressure onto the crew, who are already working as fast as they can under unfair expectations. The workers here are polite and clearly doing their best, but this system hides the real operational issues from corporate and leaves both employees and customers bearing the frustration. It's a McDonald's so can't expect much. Plenty of parking near the door. You may need to ask to use the restroom. I didn't have to since there was an employee cleaning it. Food was decent for breakfast. Service was quick and employees were friendly. This location is 15-20 mins away from the popular tourist attractions. read more

Today I had to wait for over half an hour for my food that I ordered on the app 43 minutes before showing up. The girl running food in and out was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Her attitude and the way she talked to me after having waited so long is crazy and not okay. I watched people who ordered right infront of me get their food before me for awhile. Waited for mobile order of two drinks for 15 minutes then went in (assuming they lost the order) and waited another 5 minutes while two other gues complained about their orders. My drinks were sitting in the back all that time. The ice was melted. I could understand if they were busy but it was 3pm and they weren't busy at all. Scammy. Parking every car in the drive thru to make ticket times look better, when in reality we are all waiting an extra 10-2 minutes for them to track down all the cars. Our family was traveling to a funeral and needed a quick and reliable breffie. We voted McDonald's (majority won). Upon arriving, DaJohn, held the door open for all of us, then quickly offered to take our order. He was friendly and professional and knew the menu and the restaurant like a dedicated owner/operator. DaJohn then proceeded to clean and mop the entire restaurant and stayed engaged and helpful during our visit. He actually elevated our McDonald's breakfast experience with his warm professionalism. Better than others but McDonald's isn't the same as the McDonald's where and when I grew up with in the 70s and 80s. I normally tend to avoid Mickey Ds but I was on a long shift and was hungry. This visit to this place was highlighted by the young staff who interacted with the customers. The manager should be proud. The Big Mac was put together wrong and couldn't be fully eaten since I didn't want to mess up my clothing. Fries were not the fries of the past. They were just blah. A three star for the food but the customer staff deserves another star. Fast food as it should be. Fast but work on getting food better prepared. This is hands down the worst McDonalds. It's right next to the freeway so it's convenient, but the customer service is the worst. Last time I was here, they had me pay for an order that wasn't mine and then didn't know how to correct the mistake. Every time we come here, they always get the food WRONG. It doesn't matter if you do a mobile order or order through drive-thru or inside. It's been incorrect every time. Apparently the workers there cannot read. And they do nothing to compensate for their mistakes, they absolutely don't care. At all costs, avoid this McDonald's. One of the best McDonald's in the area is the one off I-25 and Interquest. The employees in this establishment were very rude when I asked for a water. Water shown on app and at kiosk show $0.00 meaning free and the employee was trying to charge a $1.90 for freaking water do not go to this establishment as they rude and charge you for things that you shouldn't have to be charged for. I'm not a 1 star type of Yelper unless the business truly deserves it. This Micky D's definitely deserves it and now it's understandable why they have a 2 star rating. I ordered a large fry. That's it. There was one other car ahead of me, yet once I got to the window I still waited at least 5 minutes. Then the kid drops an almost half empty (see photo) thing of fries in the largest paper bag he could find and hands it to me. He doesn't ask if I want catsup. And he doesn't even give me napkins. I thought waiting for that long my fries would be fresh. Nope... stale lukewarm hardly salted fries. Customer service is literally terrible, I had purchased my wife one sandwich Via mobile app. Send her a copy of the receipt. And they refused to give her it or help her. Except yell at her and accuse her of basically lying about the order. We even had the confirmation code in pictures attached. They said " you have to have the mobile app with you" yet when you use a code through the drive thru they don't make you show the app? Sounds like just pure laziness or something. I'm not even sure if they hired this girl manager from the downtown circus but she was garbage with customer service. Had to wait a long time for my order. Was just getting ready to ask for a refund when it was finally ready. You'd think it would be piping hot (double fish filet). I took it to the car and ate it right away. It was lukewarm, so I know that it was sitting for a while. I was I in a hurry and hungry. No time to take it back.
