Her upbeat, fun vibe just makes your day great from that point forward no matter what and she is super knowledgeable and helpful! Just great! Again, cinnamon roll and blueberry pesto panini are PERFECTION. Lily suggesting adding chicken to the panini ... took it from a 10/10 to an 12/10!!! Also, it should honestly be an arrestable offense not to get the cinnamon roll every time you come, js. I was going to order my usual lavender Italian soda but the holiday menu was irresistible and I am so glad it pulled me in. The Grinch Matcha was SOOO good!!! It's been a long time... I went today (a Friday) around 10 to meet a friend for coffee and the parking lot was full and then almost all the seating was taken-wow! We ended up getting our coffee to go because there wasn't a comfortable place left for us to sit. They've expanded their menu a lot. I really, really enjoyed my cold brew coffee with chocolate foam- it was smooth and not bitter and it was perfect. I'm happy that this place seems to be thriving. read more

The people are very nice, but it takes forever to get the food because they're such a line. Then when you get the food and beverage, they are awful. I have had the pastries and I've had a couple of their breakfast items and lunch items and none of them taste good today I had a Cuban Panini and the meats were not good and it wasn't a Panini. It was just dry toast. The coffee is too strong like Starbucks and so I was not pleased. I threw out half of both so it was a waste of a lot of money. read more

The food and coffee drinks were great! The cold brew was average, but the salted caramel latte was amazing! Sweet but not too sweet - great balance of flavors. The paninis were good. They were a little pricey but not outrageous. Also, they come with a small bag of chips mmmmm. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're in a rush. The service was pretty slow, but we weren't forgotten about, and our order was correct. It took about 10 minutes for our drinks to be ready and over 20 minutes for our food. This place gets busy! It was hard finding an open table. A lot of patrons set up their laptops to work so table turnover can be slow. I'm going to tag onto someone else's review about the tables needing to be wiped down. Excellent specialty drinks and coffee with friendly service and plenty of parking. I tried the Garden of the Gods latte (cayenne-infused espresso with honey), my husband got a mocha with added peanut butter syrup, and our fellow traveler got a black coffee. Both specialty drinks were amazing and unique and the black coffee was good as well. The service was great too - my latte was originally made incorrectly and when I alerted the barista to this he was very apologetic and re-made it right away. Overall was meh, huge space would be great for groups but the drinks and food overall was average. *Edit in response to owner's comment: we did have the flight and all agreed it was just ok, the flavors did not come through well enough in the horchata and the others. Service was not that great. I received attitude because I asked for water and I didn't know they had a self serve station. The lady responded with "its over there" with an attitude like I'm supposed to know where they keep their water at. Overall coffee was splendid. I did have a wonderful coffee, but I was shocked from right when I walked in the door by how dirty the place was. I was there as they unlocked the door to open for the day, and the floor was disgusting disgusting. The tables were disgusting. Just overall pretty gross. Especially for serving food. Edited to add: After the message from the owner, asking me to take down my post... as I said in my message, I'm happy to revisit the coffee shop and change my review after a future visit if the situation is different. My husband and I spent a wonderful couple of days enjoying the atmosphere of this lovely establishment. In a rare few breaks we got from our baby, we stole away to this cozy yet bustling shop for some good eats and drinks in some comfy couches. The place is absolutely bustling - no matter what time of day we went over the course of a few days, there were always people here. This did make for a little bit slower service than you'd expect, but again, it goes with the atmosphere, and you could tell the employees were doing their best to keep up with the line out the door in the mornings. While our pictured food options were delicious, we were both the biggest fans of our drinks. I enjoyed every form of Chai I got here, so the place makes decent non-coffee drinks for all my non-coffee fans. My husband also love his lattes, unfortunately I can't remember the exact flavor he had, but I'm pretty sure it was peanut butter, as crazy as that sounds. My only lament is this shop isn't closer to where we live/frequent, so it truly is a testament that we've chosen to go out of our way numerous times to enjoy it! read more

Came here on Sunday 04/03/22 and had the best experience. My friend and I were warmly greeted upon walking in and shared some laughs with the girls working that day. I love how open the place is while not over crowding the tables. You really feel like you get some privacy to chat, or if you need to work or study, you don't have someone all up in your space. I had a lavender london fog which was divine and a breakfast sandwich. That was also great. Prices were fair, at no point did I feel rushed in anyway. It was a super chill Sunday breakfast. As others have said, this place is absolutely massive! There are many table and several more chill relax areas with throw rugs, lamps, couches, and lounge chairs (of course my go-to). I was also very pleased that there are accessible outlets by these areas so that I could charge up my laptop! We went on a Sunday morning, around 11 am, and there were only a few other parties there. We were helped promptly at the order counter. They have a good selection of coffee and teas, along with some adult beverages. They have pastries and a larger menus of burritos, bagels, and paninis for ordering. I had a caramel latte (#treatyoself), and it was absolutely gorgeous with the latte art. I would have preferred if it had been a little hotter, but it was ok. We ordered the chicken and ranch panini and a chorizo breakfast burrito. The sandwich came first, and it was pretty meh. The burrito took over 20 minutes, which honestly was a little annoying. It was pretty small too, but the flavor was good. I just didn't feel like I got my money's worth for the quality of food service and quantity. Nevertheless, definitely a four-star rating because I loved the atmosphere and the coffee was pretty good. I heard great things about this coffee shop so I had to try it out since I was in the area. I'm not a coffee drinker but I do love teas. They have a good selection, but I asked if they could make a strawberry matcha latte. The friendly and upbeat barista said that's actually her favorite, so I had to try it. The wait was not too long at all even though they were pretty busy. I took my drink to go, but it was really good. Been to other places where the matcha was too strong or it was too sweet. A couple girl friends and I were on a trip visiting COS and saw Third Space on Yelp. We added it to our list because of the drink flights and general vibe/cuteness of the space. We got there on a Sunday morning and waited in line for a bit. We weren't upset about the wait or anything, it's to be expected on a Sunday morning. We were majorly distracted by all of the yelling though. The baristas and even the food runner were all yelling orders for people to pick up their coffee and it wasn't like a normal yell, it was like so loud you would be distracted no matter where you were sitting in the coffee shop. We placed our orders and got letters for our food so the food runner knew where to drop our orders. The letters did no good because the food runner still yelled random food items for people to claim. What's the point of giving letters if you aren't going to use them for their intended purpose? I got the burrito (which was delicious) and one of their seasonal drinks which was also delightful. My friend got the avocado toast and as the runner dropped it at our table she asked my friend if the toast was too done (burnt). My friend kind of looked confused and the runner said "I like it that way" and my friend kind of silently accepted it. That toast was like cardboard! She tapped it on her plate and it was HARD! She picked it apart and ate what she could because our food took a little bit to come out and she was afraid it would take forever to get a replacement. Overall our experience was ok, all of our coffee was great and aside from the burnt toast we liked our food but the atmosphere with all the yelling was not the normal coffee shop experience. It was distracting and kind of killed the vibe for us. We went out of our way to visit Third Space but I think we'll skip it next time we're in town. read more

A friend and I visited Third Space for our first time a year ago, to catch up over coffee, and the staff were rude to us from the get go, and our coffees were not good. Figured it was just a miss occasion and I stopped back to grab a quick breakfast before an appointment yesterday and placed an online order for a breakfast burrito. Wait time was longer than expected, and again the staff were not friendly and felt bothered to help. Also was not impressed with the breakfast burrito as for $8 it was more than half just tortilla and raw, unseasoned potatoes.
