So the good. This place had excellent breakfast sandwiches but that's about as good as it gets. The sandwich was way over priced. $15 for a bacon, egg, and cheese on sourdough. Next, the coffee was mid at best. I went trying to order a limeade drink but didn't realize that it was actually limeade mixed in a pour-over coffee?? How strange is that? I still drank my coffee and to be honest, it tasted no better than the free coffee you would get at a hotel or work conference. Maybe I just got the wrong thing but this was my unfortunate experience. Would be willing to try again but would definitely think twice knowing it's gonna cost $50 for two people. In my opinion, this place is not worth the price tag for a simple local coffee shop. read more

This aesthetic coffee shop nestled by the corner of the shopping lot is a must visit. Of my ventures in Colorado thus far, this place reminded me of the many, many coffee shops in California (in a good way). This place is super cozy, with lots of seating, but can get crowded on some days (I first went in on a Friday morning). They have a pretty big menu, and I enjoy the UI of their online order a lot. Super simplistic and to the point with strong branding themes. The orange blossom itself was more floral than others I've had, but still a unique take on it. I also recently tried the horchata, which I feel is watered down and could use more of a milky/creamy texture. I will definitely be coming back for more coffee, though! read more

I could see how their coffee would have a following but it's a little too earthy / chicory tasting for my liking. My latté was 3/5 for me but their butter croissant was pretty magical; super flaky and soft so that was 5/5. Overall I found it a little expensive too since it was $12 for those two items. I am a loyal (pun intended) customer of Loyal Coffee!!! This is such a wonderful place to get out of the house and work remote for the day. There's plenty of seating, lots of options for food and drink (my fav is the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and the hot matcha latte with oat milk - unsweetened). I've been to their other location downtown, and I prefer this location. Both are great, but the staff is more attentive here, bringing you water when you sit down, as well as a napkin if you ordered food. They bring you your food and your drinks are ready at the coffee bar. They also have a private meeting room you can reserve - so unique! We've heard that both the coffee and beer are excellent in Colorado so we spent some more quality time at Loyal Coffee and it was (once again) outstanding. Yes, the coffee (and tea) were terrific, but so was the food. The "Peanut Butter, Banana, and Honey Toast" and the "Egg and Toast" (w/ bacon added) were surprisingly great additions. We found the staff to be universally friendly and the seating (indoor and outdoor) to be conducive to everything from some alone time, to some quality 1:1 time, and even including a medium sized meeting in their private room. The other day I sent me 8 year old to order her toast by herself (first time ever) and the cashier made it the best experience for her. Music is great. View of the range is amazing. A year into living in the Springs, Loyal continues to be my go-to coffee shop. All their drinks I've had are delicious and consistent, but more than that - this is probably the best staffed coffee shop I've ever frequented. I have had amazing interactions with every employee I've encountered here, from little things like them remembering my name and order, to following up to ask how different things in my life are going - things you wouldn't expect someone to remember when you tell them in passing at the register. If I could live her I would, truly. Food is delicious. Coffee is fantastic. Lemonade is spectacular. Service is to the nines here. Plenty of options to spice these up if you like to get bougie. This place is what Starbucks + every other chain aspires to be, but falls aggressively short of. This coffee shop came up in a search and it's in a common place shopping strip but don't let that deter you. The place was doing a bustling Saturday morning business! It was very clean and had nice seating. I was getting a coffee to go so I didn't get to enjoy what looked like and Amazing menu. The food that was served to others that I observed looked delicious and I wish I had the opportunity to eat there. I felt the barista was a bit slow but he was on his own and it was a full place. My wife, adult son and I visited this coffee shop for the first time yesterday afternoon and really enjoyed our experience. The location was convenient, there was plenty of parking, the outside of the shop was decorated nicely as was the interior, we weren't greeted upon entering, there was a lot of seating in the spacious dining room (no cushy, comfortable seating at all, there was outside seating around a warming/heated, fake fire pit, unfortunately, our coffee was really good and served hot, there was a cool little bottle of water with glasses for us on our table as was true of every table in the dining room, the dining room and restroom were clean, the scenery of the mountains was beautiful, there was no music playing, and the free WiFi worked well. read more
