Imagine the worst possible service you could possibly imagine, the most horrible treatment a customer would receive from a company that had nothing but contempt for customers. Got that image in your mind? Good as this place will be even worse than that. The workers treat customers as if they were a burden. They're more interested in hanging out than actually working and if you complain you'll get attitude from the manager who is likely only a manager because she's the oldest person there. I've worked as a retail manager and the behavior and attitude displayed by these employees and their shift manager in a store I was responsible for would result in immediate terminations. read more

We were passing through on our family vacation and we ordered a black coffee, iced caramel coffee, and a hot chocolate. The iced coffee wasn't even filled to the top and had a good two inches less than it should. I couldn't taste any coffee in the iced coffee only cream and sugar. The reason why I'm writing this is that the hot chocolate had only milk in it. Literally when you took the lid off it was white with no tint of brown. Drinking further all the chocolate was sitting at the bottom and the workers couldn't even stir it in. The order taker was dry and unfriendly. The person who gave out good gave us drinks with caramel sauce dripping down the sides, a coke in the same condition and three, old dried out cold French fries! The egg and cheese biscuit sounded like the perfect option so when I ordered two, the lady taking my order charged me for two bacon egg and cheese biscuit (minus bacon) for $6... I mentioned that I wanted the dollar menu egg and cheese biscuit and she continued to tell me there was no such thing but that it's okay. When I pulled up to pay, she continued to tell me they didn't have that on the dollar menu and proceeded to read off each item on the menu. I told her that's fine but your menu out there says "egg and cheese biscuit" so her and her coworker leave me at the window while they "check the drive thru menu" only to come back and tell me "yup it's definitely not on the menu".... they spent allllll that time arguing with a customer when they should've just honored what I had to say because low and behold... we pulled around to find the menu did in fact have the friggin EGG AND CHEESE BISCUIT!!! From the time this location opened until the past few months, it was the best one I have been to in years. Then they started being out of something we ordered almost every time we went - chicken strips, ice cream, pies. Then the cheeseburgers got to be thrown together sloppily. The last 2 times we've been there we got cold apple pies with no date and time sticker on the end. They tasted like they were taken out of a box in the fridge and put into the sack. It's 7:00 in the morning and we have just driven 3 hours to be in Tennessee for college visits. We pulled up and the young man at the drive-thu asked what we wanted. When we told him to wait for one moment, he continued to talk to us until he eventually said "have a good day". When the driver said "no, hold on one second" once again, and turned around to ask if I wanted a number 9, he proceeded to take our order. The driver turned around and gave our order, starting with "yes we'll have a number 9. Do you have coke 0?" He said yes and all was fine and we finished the order. We pulled up the the window and everything was correct EXCEPT we weren't charged or given the number 9 order. Something she repeated TWICE. Plus they didn't actually have coke 0, only coke.
