I have been recommended this place by multiple people throughout the years and finally got a chance to give it a try. (Well, I say that but mainly because I go to Gold's Deli everytime I'm in Columbia. So it was time to share the love) They have a pretty large menu of various sandwiches, I wish I had grabbed a picture of them. I asked the cashier if she had to pick one sandwich which one would it be, she gave me a list of about 3 that all sounded amazing. The fourth she suggested was if you're overwhelmed or unsure just get the Italian. I LOVE Italian sandwiches so that is what I ended up with. Everything here is fresh so I waited about 5-10 minutes for my sandwich to get made. I will definitely be trying out some of the more adventurous creations next time but this was so good. This Italian has a freshness to it that I have a hard time describing but their olive oil blend is lovely, the olives, banana peppers and lettuce helped with that fresh taste as well I'm sure. The bread is incredible! It taste house baked, crisp outer crust with a pillowy interior. The house chips were also really good and salted perfectly. The inside is cool, it's a microbrewery and there's subtle like alien themes throughout? Overall can't wait to try it out again, stop by if you're ever down in Columbia!

They are also very good. They have fountain drinks and I got to mix my sweet and non-sweet tea the way I wanted it so that was nice. The ambience is pleasant and the prices seem fair. So overall, it was a good experience. I would love to see a traditional, thin meat sliced, fatty, shredded lettuce, style deli sandwich on the menu, but for what it is as I said, it's good.
