The coffee is delicious. However, I stood at the counter waiting to order for over 8 minutes without so much as a greeting. I get it, I used to work at Starbucks. I know how a busy morning goes. But a simple greeting, "hey, we will be right with you!" Would have gone a long way. This wasn't this first or tenth time I was ignored by the staff. I ended up leaving empty handed. This place has so much to offer. Their ambience is so amusing and spot on! I love their assortment of drink names, amazing merch, and their whole vibe of the building. I got the Nacho Libre (perfect name) which is mexican hot chocolate, cinnamon, with whipped cream and a little cayenne pepper! WOW! It is so delicious and the coffee itself is very smooth. I was really surprised with the flavors they had to offer, mixing mexican flavors with different coffees and other drinks. You would never have expected that walking in, but I am all here for it! The service was fast making our drinks, even though it was a crowded building. I appreciated how nice the staff was. Really nice place to come grab coffee, relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Located in historic Franklin, it's really cool to sit by the window and see old homes and history. I heard good things about The Fainting Goat, so I was excited to finally check it out but honestly, I was a little disappointed . I ordered the burrito, and it seemed like it had just been reheated, which left it soggy and lacking any real texture or freshness. Definitely not what I expected. I also tried the Mocha FroGoat, and even as someone who loves frozen blended drinks, this one was way too sweet. It was more so chocolate and lacked any coffee flavor. The Strawberry Matcha didn't fare much better; the strawberry syrup didn't blend well with the matcha at all. Overall, it just didn't feel like much care went into the food or drinks. Nothing tasted thoughtfully made but the space inside is quite big. They've got some clever touches, like naming the spot where you drop off your dishes "Harry Potter's bedroom" since it's tucked under the staircase. Outside, there's a rotating goat mural that's super cute and definitely adds to the charm. read more

Live in Spring Hill and have been going to their original location for many years Super excited to visit their new location in Franklin. Building is beautiful and I love the huge merch selection. Coffee was great as usual however this is the first time I've ordered food there. My daughter and I had breakfast burritos. They were good. Pricey but they are large. My only dislike is that they are not made in house. Cashier let us know that they are outsourced so they are not customizable. Is what it is so dietary restrictions could be a worry for some. Yes they sell coffee by the cup, but they have their own concoctions with humorous and inspired names and backstory. The U2 which boasts you've found what you're looking for. We tried the Horchata Latte, the Chupcabra, and the Nacho Libre. Despite the obvious theme they were each a unique blend of ingredients you can check out on their website. All made to order by barista who have a full serving of care, and not even a hint of attitude. Great seating indoor and outdoor. We came right after a rain and wanted to sit outdoors. One of staff was quick to come out and wipe everything down engaging conversation and seemed to be enjoying their time there that day. They have a limited selection of bites. We tried the empanadas. More pasty like than what you normally get an an empanada truck, but really tasty. It's great coffee with a great crew. I don't normally do reviews ever, but this place!! Amazing coffee, I got a pumpkin spice latte and it was the perfect coffee/cream mix. Lots of pumpkin as well, not something you get most places. Not only coffee but food and other drinks. Amazing inside and outside. Bunch of seating inside and out. At night there are pretty lights and there are also swings. Theres bunches of places to take pictures and really quirky and funny signs. I haven't tried many coffee shops down here yet, but this is definitely better than any starbucks or dunkin'! Fun little coffee shop with a cute logo. I stopped by mid morning on a Saturday, and it was a busy place. They have quite a bit of seating and a relatively large parking lot (though the closest spots are all saved for curbside). Because it's apparently a popular local spot, it took a few minutes to get my tasty gingerbread latte, but that's to be expected. They are opening a location in Franklin soon, so if this is too far of a drive for you, be on the lookout for the new spot. If you're in the area, it's worth a stop read more

This was such a delicious and unique tasting latte!! I wish so bad I lived closer to this place, I absolutely love my drink and the pastry I got. Sadly, I was disappointed. I placed an order on line for two lattes, one hot and one cold. It was unclear where to pick up the drinks. The staff was dismissive and I waited several minutes for someone to retrieve the drinks from the back, even though there were three people working, and only one person in line. When I did finally get the drinks, the extra hot half sugar latte was only warm and overly sweet. Both drinks were extremely sweet beyond expectations, and we were unable to drink them. $16 down the drain, literally. read more
