Ah, the GOAT... a fitting name for this idiosyncratic establishment. Nestled in the beautiful 24/7 traffic jam known as Spring Hill, The Fainting Goat is a magnet for good hangs, good times, and glorious caffeinated to-go cups. Once you've savored a recyclable chalice filled with The Goat's finest offerings, you'll find that other ground brown beverages of a Starbuctic nature pale in comparison. Oh yes, the review points and what not: * The ambience is ambient, the kind of place where you'd enjoy sipping coffee. * The staff is chill; the kind of peeps you'd love sharing a coffee with. * The bean water is pinky-lifting tastebud euphoria that both longtime locals and recently relocated Californians can enjoy. In conclusion: Say goodbye to overpriced green mermaid coffee and say hello to overpriced small business coffee. Trust me, it's just better. But I digress... Make haste, you mortals. Turn off your blue-screened dystopian brain-rot box and get thine tuchus to this location immediately. But again, I digress... Despite their post-Christmas eggnog drought-- 5 out of 5. Would recommend.

We really love this coffee shop. It is a must visit whenever we are in town. Today we had a breakfast burrito to share. It's was $12.50 but huge! We got it with a medium Salsa. The wait was long but worth it.

This place has so much to offer. Their ambience is so amusing and spot on! I love their assortment of drink names, amazing merch, and their whole vibe of the building. I got the Nacho Libre (perfect name) which is mexican hot chocolate, cinnamon, with whipped cream and a little cayenne pepper! WOW! It is so delicious and the coffee itself is very smooth. I was really surprised with the flavors they had to offer, mixing mexican flavors with different coffees and other drinks. You would never have expected that walking in, but I am all here for it! The service was fast making our drinks, even though it was a crowded building. I appreciated how nice the staff was. Overall this is my new favorite coffee shop, and I will be spending all my money here!

The Fainting Goat is still making great coffee. I'm glad that they added savory food, and the service is always good. I do not love the metal chairs at this location. They have updated the outside a bit, and on nice days, that's the place to be.

Great service, quirky inside and unique seasonal options to waken your tastebuds and caffeinate your soul. I had the blueberry muffin and wasn't blown away. Because it's gluten-free, I think that naturally takes away some of the good chew a muffin normally has. The breakfast empanada was great, will try to sweet fruit empanada next.

I heard good things about The Fainting Goat, so I was excited to finally check it out but honestly, I was a little disappointed . I ordered the burrito, and it seemed like it had just been reheated, which left it soggy and lacking any real texture or freshness. Definitely not what I expected. I also tried the Mocha FroGoat, and even as someone who loves frozen blended drinks, this one was way too sweet. It was more so chocolate and lacked any coffee flavor. The Strawberry Matcha didn't fare much better; the strawberry syrup didn't blend well with the matcha at all. Overall, it just didn't feel like much care went into the food or drinks. Nothing tasted thoughtfully made but the space inside is quite big. They've got some clever touches, like naming the spot where you drop off your dishes "Harry Potter's bedroom" since it's tucked under the staircase. Outside, there's a rotating goat mural that's super cute and definitely adds to the charm.

I love this place! My favorite part is the drink names. So clever!!!! Whenever we our out this way, we try to make a stop here. I even have a sticker on my car! I get asked about it all the time

Ordered both the Mother's Day and Valentine's Day flower and drink special Great experience and quality A lot I also ordered a ceramic mug as a long term memory... Good value for the experience Best part is when you pick up the order the morning of valentines or Mother's Day. Skip the line and go to the barista for immediate service .... Nice experience

    Their sign awesome place

Jericho definitely fit the bill for consideration (we are still exploring coffee in and around Spring Hill). First, the coffee. SUPERB! Plenty of options, especially seasonal specialties. It is delicious! I am not sure what they use. It is bold but not bitter. We like our specialty drinks half-sweet so we can actually taste the coffee and not all the syrups. And their coffee delivered in flavor and quality! Second, the Service. OUTSTANDING! These are warm, welcoming, Jesus-loving Americans serving a smile and genuine kindness along with their java. The light shines through their spirit and grace as much as the living water used in their coffee. Don't hesitate to step inside their trailer. It is as warm and inviting as they are! Finally, the price. FAIR. No more or less than any of the other craft coffee shops we have visited in the area. And the quality of coffee and service you receive for your money is a steal. Jericho gets a HIGHLY RECOMMEND, with a warning that this may become your go-to java stop! Be blessed, y'all.

There is literally other coffee shop that even comes close to the food choices available at Just Love. It is what makes Just Love more than just another coffee shop. It is as good a breakfast and lunch cafe as any in the Spring Hill area. If your taste runs to omelets, bacon (extra crispy please), waffles, salads, etc. Just Love has you covered. Their niche, if you will, is to cook many of their food items in a waffle iron. It truly makes their omelets special.
