Terrible customer service as well as limited English capabilities. Do not recommend. Food was decent but customer service abysmal

Man, I do love me some Filet 'O Fish! So I stopped at this McDonald's to take advantage of their recent two Filet 'O Fish for $3.99 special. Now Filet 'O Fish are wonderful when they are hot and fresh. The only problem is that you have to eat them right away. If you don't they quickly go from Yum to Ugh in about 7 minutes flat. Anyways...Mine were very good, hot and fresh, as were the fries. So let's tally up the McScore here. 5 Stars for some great tasting sandwiches. Minus one star for my Filet 'O Fish looking like a clam in heat (see pic) and minus another for the way I felt an hour after I finished eating them. I'm an unrepentant hard ass when it comes to The Big Clown so three stars and not one more. read more

I don't understand why this location has such a low score... Look, it's McDonald's, we all know what to expect at McDonald's, and this one delivers it really well. I've probably been here 20 to 25 times over the last couple of years, and its every bit as good as any other McDonald's I've ever been to. In fact, their nuggets are definitely the best I've ever had. We order on the app, so we often order stuff with changes (no ketchup, extra pickles, etc.) And they've never gotten a single special request wrong. In my humble opinion, this is a pretty great McDonald's. I thought about taking a star off only because they seem to have taken away their all day breakfast. But as long as you take that into account, I personally think this McDonald's is as good as a McDonald's can be. read more

I ordered a small fry and got about half a small fry. I asked the young girl at the drive through "is this really a small fry? It's not even full!" She looked at me and said "yeah, I'm sorry." Didn't even offer to give me a FULL small fry. I know it's cheap food but if I'm paying $1.59 for this... forget it. read more

Silly me for having any expectation when getting food at a McDonald's. I placed a mobile order and waited in line for 20 minutes before pulling up to the window and having them tell me to move into a parking spot to wait. Once they brought out the food I inspected it and it was an entirely different order. I took the food inside and presented my receipt. The woman handed me a bag that I had assumed was my order. Once I arrived home I open the bag and it's still an entirely different order. I try and take it on the shoulder and just try to get a refund through the app. Guess what?? There's no possible way to get a refund through the app. Even after searching on google trying to figure it out... there's no way to do it. So I try calling the store with my order code and of course the three people just standing around up front were no longer available to answer the phone. I am irate that this corporation can mess up as many orders as they want and it ends at the expense of the consumers. Terrible service but like I said. Silly me for having any expectation when getting food at a McDonald's. read more

I ordered Doordash. Typically, I haven't had an issue but, let's just say I will not be ordering from them ever again! My Dasher probably waited at this McDonald's for a good ten minutes before she received my order. I even tried calling the McDonald's and they did not answer. Terrible customer service if you ask me. This McDonald's is generally terrible, but after a recent renovation I thought their service might be better. The food was cold. Had to wait 5 minutes for employees to replace the Dr Pepper only to be given 3 drinks that were just carbonation. When I got home I found a small bolt in the large fry. I assume this came off the fryer and could have done severe damage to teeth. I called corporate and they didn't seem to care. Avoid this location. read more

Not really sure what the deal is with this location. This is the 2nd time in a week I've run over to this 24-hour location at 1 or 2 am to find a huge line in the drive-thru and a really long wait. The first time, I paid then sat for 15 solid minutes at the pay window with no movement, no explanation and no apology for the wait - basically held hostage by the fact that I'd already paid. Tonight, it was a 9-minute wait at the speaker just to order, another 2-minute wait to pay only to then be told it was cash only and have the employee argue with us about having told us this through the headset, which she had not. Perhaps to the car in front of us, who also had a long wait to order, but not to us. Then, when we informed her that she had not in fact shared that detail with us, but not allowing us the opportunity to actually dig cash out, she said "Ok bye", slammed the window shut and walked off without apology. Un-fricking-real. I will be going back in the am to speak with the manager. Clearly they're not aware of how bad the night staff is. I don't think anyone could have been more incredibly rude. Update: I'm bumping this location up a star due to the Sunday morning manager's excellent handling of my complaint. I think the day shift does a great job, just avoid the place after 10pm. read more

Really slow. Snowing today and they have wet floor signs out but absolutely no mats to wipe feet on. Kitchen is dirty as obvious to anyone at the order counter. One guy dropped a bun on the floor and while I was relieved he didn't put it on the burger, he just kicked it under the work bench with the other trash already dumped there and got a new one. Dining room isn't very clean either. I went inside because the drive thru line was very long at 1 pm on Sunday. Turns out the slowness wasn't any better in person. Poor service, staff that doesn't care or even remember what your order was. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal and a Filet-O-Fish and fifteen minutes later they still didn't have it ready even thou over 25 cars went thru the drive thru and my order didn't include anything they normally serve at that time. Even when I returned three times to the drive thru they kept asking me what my order was and they kept telling me they were working on it but they couldn't give me a reason for the delay or when I should expect the order would be completed. I paid $11.76 for an order and I only got a Diet Coke. I could tell they were getting frustrated with me and I left without getting my order as others gotten arrested for harassing restaurant staff in the past an I didn't want them to call the police on me. read more

Totally don't get why this doesn't show up as a regular McDonald's restaurant, but it is, at the very busy intersection of Georgesville Rd and 270. Modern interior, always fast service, typical McDonald's food but good. They still as of this date have the $1 large drinks. Now that it's cold out find the space is really chilly, like the air's on even when it's 40 out. read more

Listen, I get it, it's 3 in the morning. You're tired, maybe hangry, maybe even actually angry. Sperm whale looking blonde was so god damn rude. I've had god awful experiences with costumers too in the food industry. But no matter how mad I got I have never been rude even in the slightest to a different costumer. Mf pushed the food into my hand after I already had it, and continued to push it almost into my window. And when I say have a good night she actually rolls her eyes. I just recently went threw the drive thru at 2a and simply asked if the ice cream machine was up and whoever worked the window stated No to which I said dang it's never Up and the girl told me to have a nice day. I ordered through the drive thru this morning. Received the wrong order for the 2nd day in a row. I went inside to discuss this with the manager, I told her since this was the 2nd day in a row that I should receive the food product that they got wrong and a refund for the inconvenience. I was refused. I asked to speak to the General Manager Terri. She took my receipt and got nasty with me, refused to give me back my receipt and would not replace my food at first, I told her I wanted my receipt back, she crumpled up the receipt and threw it at me! I informed her that I was contacting corporate and she stated go ahead they will not do anything and you are not to come back in here because you cussed at me. Indicated that she had cameras all around her. I told her that the cops were parked outside that I would just go get them if that is what she was implying. I was late to work and I was pushed to the point that I cussed at her. For a General Manager to treat customers in this manner is unacceptable! She indicated it was her store and she could do as she please. The poor girl trying to run the register was not trained at all and was trying to take orders and that customer had to yell out could someone please help this lady, she is not trained to enter an order and she was on her lunch break. I am sure the person behind me at the drive thru was not happy when they got the wrong order as well. I have gone to this restaurant for many years since I work across the street and have never experienced such unprofessional manners from management in front of everyone in the restaurant. It upsets me that she pushed me to the point that I had to stoop to her level. So just a heads up. Always check your order, don't argue with the General Manager because she owns this Mcdonald's and you will be told to never come back and to go down the street and get your food if you do bring a problem up to her. read more

I would starve before I went back to this McDonald's. My order was wrong and I kept giving my receipt back to them to show them it was wrong because the guy in the window told me the two managers he was getting assistance from didn't understand. What??? I ordered a medium milkshake not a large, I asked for tartar sauce (also on the receipt), I asked for the drink that was missing from my meal and the chicken nuggets I ordered. Not very confusing but they didn't understand what I was talking about. Again I had the receipt to show them while I was still at the window. I never left. All the while I can see one of the managers just running her mouth with an attitude. The other manager was to worried about covering herself up because her clothes were to revealing to be working in a drive thru. I called customer service because the signed said "WE CARE" Let us know what you think. Lol!!! If you care put somebody in there that can actually do the work. One more I ordered extra but got two pounds of extra big Mac sauce and NO pickles and my drink order was still messed up. I couldn't even hold my big Mac. This all happened on 11/30. I called the customer care number twice that day and again 12/4. Finally 12/6 a lady called and said she would let the GM know. This location is almost always busy being at a rather large intersection. The drive thru line during the breakfast rush is sometimes out of the parking lot and the staff seems to handle it relatively efficiently. However, if you order anything more complex than an ice cream cone during the evening hours, expect a wait of at least 15 minutes. If you're in a hurry, just go somewhere else all together. read more

I asked for no cheese on my filet o'fish sandwich. The box had the special sandwich tag on it that said "no cheese" so I didn't check the sandwich. When I got home, I went to take a bite and some tarter sauce fell off. Thank God it did, because it revealed a little orange corner of something. When I took the top bun off to see if it had cheese on it, it did. Only, it was just a little strip down the middle, because someone had torn the edges off so you couldn't see it unless you removed the bun. Thanks, McDonald's, for trying to send me to the hospital tonight. I will never return to this location. Oh, and then my husband found a hair in his bic mac that was too short to be mine, and too long to be his. You lost him as a customer as well. $15 an hour? I hope not. read more

This location is constantly and randomly closing due to "computer issues" or other unexplained problems. It is always the same girl working when these so called issues happen. I would not recommend this location at this time. In addition to these problems, the drive thru times are always extremely high after 10pm. There is another location less than 10 minutes away that is much better. read more

Worst service and food I've ever had at a McDonalds in my whole life - and I've been to a lot of McDonalds. I don't normally write reviews about McDonalds but I felt compelled to only because my experience was very bad. Came in here between 11 PM and 1 AM during the week a couple weeks ago. There seemed to be 2 people working, or 3 people tops. There was a car here and there in the drive thru, and there were no other people in the dining room at any point, other than someone hanging out there talking to the cashier. Ordered a triple cheese and fries, fries were old as can be. Burger was okay. Then ordered a Big Mac to go. Waited about 15 minutes for it. A long time considering they weren't busy at all. When I got home and opened the box, I was shocked at what I saw. The most poorly assembled sandwich I've ever seen. The burger on top was hanging off the side of the bun 2/3s of the way, and there was sauce everywhere. I have never seen that much sauce on a sandwich in my life. It was all over the outside of the bun too. Did I mention it was cold too? I would never come back here again. Getting paid 8 or 9 dollars an hour isn't an excuse for being 100% incompetent. A chimpanzee could have honestly assembled a better sandwich. I don't expect an amazing sandwich from McDonalds by any means but this is a train wreck. read more

Hope someone reads this. I imagine most people already know what to expect at McDonald's. I don't give many reviews but I'm working on doing it more often. It's the least I can do considering I read reviews by others quite often. Food is ok here. Typical McDonald's. Maybe a bit above average for them. Always a wait but it's a real busy location. My problem is, employees communicating with each other in a language other than English. At the counter. Didn't like that one bit. In the kitchen, ok. Not at the counter. The biggest problem ,for me , was employees carrying their phones around in the kitchen and at the counter just texting away. That's just plain dirty. Icky. Yuk. The most horrible Mac Donalds in Ohio. The last 18 times they screwed my order up. Last time had strawberry parfait. Some one had spilt crap on it in the cooler and then put it in a bag. Got a chicken wrap with a band aide in the chic wrap. Always out of strawberry parfaits. Excuse from manager woman that does them had been sick..wow only have one person who makes them.
