I am sharing this review on behalf of a few of the door dashers I've heard complaining about how slow things are moving since the remodel. I've heard several mention how they dread picking up deliveries from there. I write this as I'm sitting in the drive thru with my dad while he waits to order a Coke. not one car has moved and we have been here 11 minutes already. We have came by 3 times in the last week (different times and days) and it's always the same outcome. what's happening with the new changes? is it the new owners who want it this way or are the systems new and people are struggling to learn them? Overrated drive through takes sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long so 2/5 but the chicken Mc nuggets with an extra large fries and a Dr. Pepper are pretty good so 4/5 but the ambiance sucks a lot and the location is absolutely horrendous so just go to Culver's or White Castle instead so a 3/5 (quick note service is a hit or miss (mostly a miss.) .). read more

Pouring down rain so we drove thru for breakfast. Service, food quality and speed met or exceeded McDonalds standards. The location isn't that convenient off of 64west, but if you time it right you can shop at the Farmers Market next door. Exterior of this McDonalds looks like a newer one. read more

I went through the drive thru to get a Big Mac meal and 6 plain hamburgers for my dog, first you would think that they could fix there drive thru menu, they definitely are price robbers. It cost me over $25.00 for this small amount of unhealthy junk. For what they charge, I could have went and got a steak dinner , these prices are ridiculous, for the quality of food they have on there menu. Not to mention they tried to short change me by giving me 5 plain hamburgers instead of the 6 that I ordered. So I had to bring this to there attention, not surprising. I can't believe these franchise owners don't do something about prices and service. Corporate office should step in and do something. I definitely won't waste my money at another McDonalds. Reviewing for breakfast order at this McDonalds: Service was fast Restaurant was clean but the tables needed wiped down, however, this can be a challenge I know with the big numbers coming through the doors. Food was hot and tasted as expected. We ordered oatmeal (highly recommend,) breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, and milk. The oatmeal was very surprising about how good it tasted. First and foremost...Stephanie who works in the dining area gets 5+ stars for being kind, considerate & helpful. She goes out of her way to do her very best. Now...If it were possible to give the location itself zero stars...I think that would be too much. We just had a simple order...and only one thing on it wasn't screwed up. One sandwich was served to us with the top bun torn in half & my chicken tenders had a nice, long hair wrapped around them. They replaced the sandwich but couldn't give me any more tenders because "it takes 24 hours to thaw them out." Seriously? It's a 12:30 pm on a Thursday & someone forgot you might need chicken thawed out?!? I sincerely believe the majority of the staff here are doing their best & trying to work within their abilities. However, management sucks. Proof can be seen just by sitting here for a few short mins. Watching staff be belittled is not ok for anyone! This place just got a beautiful new exterior. Twice now I've ordered food off the app to pick up and waited over 10 minutes. First time they left out pancakes in the pancake breakfast and argued with me that it didn't have any in it. So, I am moving from NH to California. I packed all my belongings into my minivan and began driving across country. I usually drive for 10 hour and then pull into a McDonalds to take a nap, after which I grab a coffee and a burger. I experienced no problems thru Vermont, New York, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and Kentucky. And then, I arrive in Corydon, Indiana. I bought myself a coffee and a hash brown. I was going to move on, but I was really tired and feared I might fall asleep behind wheel. So I thought I would take a nap before embarking on another 10-hour driving session. I was awakened by a manager and another employee, telling me that I had to leave. Obviously, I was confused, trying to explain that I was traveling to California, and the woman stated that I had already been there past the "30-minute" limit. I apologized, stating that there was no sign posted to let people know about their parking time-limit. The woman said that I could go hang out in the Walmart parking lot because the truckers hang out there day and night. Now, I would have more than understood if I had stayed there a couple of days without making any purchases, but I had made purchases. I was in the very back of an almost empty parking lot, keeping to myself. There was also a camper there before I arrived, yet no one asked that vehicle to leave. McDonalds, if this is how you treat all of your customers, then I am definitely NOT loving it. I thought that this was rather rude and unfair, not to mention just a little bit humiliating. read more

I'm a truck driver and i pretty much eat at McDonalds every day for breakfast...less for the food and more for the wi-fi. This morning's breakfast was fast and good. On the way out, i usually get a coffee refil. I hate mcDonalds coffee but I do enjoy stickin' to the man ya know. So I stand at the counter with the lid off, waiting for someone to notice me and say "you want a refill tubby?" Workers are bouncing off each other behind the counter like a pinball machine, but none make eye contact. 3 minutes go by. Cashier has taken and filled 5 orders, but cant glance 30 degrees over and see me standing there. 7 minutes gone now. Manager comes by to pep talk the workers. Still nothing. 10 minutes now! I've been to this McDonald's before and I've gotten good service. This is why I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 1. Today after I paid I went to the next window to get my food. Asked if I wanted a receipt which i declined because i didn't think it would need it.They asked me to pull up to wait. This would have been easy if there wasn't already 2 people pulled into the only spots available. Then they tried to squeeze me and another car side by side with 2 others. Then they took care of the car behind me and one waiting before me. They then wanted me to pull up into another spot to let the guy behind me out. This whole time a guy who appears to be a manager is smoking and talking to a customer waiting. So I get my food and check it over and everything looked to be there then i get home and it's wrong. The chicken was extremely dry and the fries were lukewarm and soggy. I haven't been back since. There are better performing locations out there. read more

I don't like leaving bad reviews or ever writing reviews, although i feel as if this one should be noted. My family and I stopped at McDonalds on a road trip expecting to have an early fast food dinner. However, when we went to order through drive through, the waiter wasn't informed on the specials, that were pretty clear to see on the menus. (They were also pretty ignorant.) We also tried asking the waitress about the J Balvin meal that added a free mcflurry, and she continued to say she didn't see it. I also tried asking a question about the free large drink special, but they either didn't hear me or just ignored me. In the end we did get the mcflurries, but they were only half filled. When we got our meal, we didn't get any sauces at all. No ketchup, no mustard, no nothing. Also, when my sister got her big mac, it seemed that part of it was either torn or bitten off. I definitely wouldn't recommend this McDonalds according to my experience and many others. I hope that this McDonalds turns their game around. read more

Unless you are only getting a drink, expect to be told to pull of front and wait for the to bring out your food. Only one item might be hot.
