We went for a late lunch after a physical therapy appointment. Ryan took our order and was very professional and friendly, telling us it was his second day. I had chicken tenders and waffle fries and my husband had a chicken sandwich and mac and cheese, we both drank water. While sitting at a high top table the dining room hostess, an older lady spoke to us so kindly. She truly was a highlight of being there. Her name was Sharlene. She was cleaning tables, taking out the garbage and greeting every guest with courtesy. The food was served quickly and everything was hot with the exception of the fries which they replaced with warmer fries. It was amazing to me the number of walk in customers, delivery drivers and cars in the drive thru that were patrons during the 45 minutes we were there ln late afternoon. But they were able to handle the crowd. Maybe the first time we ever tried the mac and cheese and it was excellent, cheesy, rich and creamy. Dining room was clean, fast service, good food. The lines are always extremely long as people love Chick-fil-A I don't know why the lines are so long what they are and I wait in them too because I'm not that chicken biscuit cuz it tastes so good. For it to have been a pretty long line this morning, I was in and out pretty quickly. In past I've actually driven past there thinking "hell there is no way I'm sitting in that line." There 2 line system works. I was in the line have my order and before I knew it I was at the window. The person at the window, I didn't get her name and don't have my receipt but she was quick and on top of it. She gave me my total and allowed me to use my Chick-Fil-A points from my phone without having to unplug my device from the car. I basically ordered the same thing I'd order any morning from them, chicken biscuit meal! Over all service is good but I'd like to point out that they DO NOT make anything well done such the fries or bacon. In other words, they don't make the food crispy per the Corporate as they think it's too much time in the kitchen. I still love the food but i recommend they cut the fries thinner so they actually cook and not floppy and soggy when you eat them. Telling customers everything is cooked at the same temperature doesn't always mean things are done cooking or cooked to its fullest. I understand that I ordered through the CFA app and it was processed through a third party delivery service (DoorDash). Somehow the driver was not given/received 3-30 count chicken nugget trays ordered for my staff for a birthday party. Called and the first person I spoke with said, "oh yeah the bags right here we can send that out with the delivery driver." Same person calls back, and said "sorry didn't realize that you ordered through DoorDash" and was told they couldn't send my order. I work in a pharmacy and cannot leave my work to get said order. Which is why I ordered delivery. Spoke with manager and was told I could call DoorDash for a possible refund and re order to get our lunch. It's ridiculous the run around. When I asked why couldn't he contact the DoorDash driver or send a CFA delivery driver, was told "we're too busy for that" I will not use this CFA ever again.
