Had a great visit at Beef o Brady's! Food and service were both excellent, the Buffalo wings are a must try!

Where do I start? Not a big group just 4 adults 3 kids and a baby. I am really not a complainer, but I WILL tell it like it is! I have worked as a server and I know how it is and how it is supposed to be done. I feel this time I really need to say something, 3 of the 4 adults at our table have worked in the restaurant industry as servers and also line cook manager so that being said we know how it can be. My husband and I are from out of state visiting, we took our son and his family out to eat. They were NOT busy! First off, girl sits us with menus, but no silverware, ok hmm maybe the server brings them? Right out of the gate we are informed that they are out of bacon and cheesesticks. We ordered 2 orders of onion rings for appetizers, some came out cold and uncooked. My daughter in love couldn't eat her salad, we had no silverware. She sat there for 3 minutes waiting for our server to return so we could ask for some. My son finally got up and got us silverware. For my meal I just ordered 6 add on shrimp and french fries thats it (remember that)....well everyone else's food (full meals) came out their steaks were ordered medium came out medium well like really well! My husband's meat in his Philly Cheese Steak was supposed to be thin and it was really thick the Macaroni and cheese tasted old like it had been sitting all day. French fries were cold. Everyone else has their food, im getting handed frenchfries from my son , husband and grandkids lol, they felt bad for me..... 10 minutes I kid you not I sat there waiting for my 6 add on shrimp and fries, yep 10 minutes.I finally see (him) our server, so I raise my arm to ask about my food. He's carrying something, Yes maybe its mine, oh no he's walking to another table licking his fingers ( hope its not mine) ok maybe its not. Thank God! Yep! it WAS in fact my food! We ( my daughter in love and I) just watched him as he is carrying my food, lick his fingers! Like who does that? He finally brings my food to OUR table and says " I didn't forget about you." YES SIR, YOU DID!!!! 10 minutes after others got there full meals I waited. 10 minutes for my 6 well 5 little greasy add on shrimp and cold fries? Yep I only got 5 shrimp sooooo was that why he was licking his fingers? We will never know. We spent over $200.00 s on a meal and drinks in that establishment, that doesn't include what we spent in the arcade. My son said something to the manager after we paid and went outside. We are not comp my meal kind of people but Lordy, tonight should have definitely been comped. I guess now I am a complainer, on here any ways! I will never be back to Beef O'Brady's very, very bad first experience, very bad. read more

I stopped in for dinner during a recent business trip to Corydon. I sat at the bar top and received excellent service!! The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and seemed to be a favorite place for locals to meet. I had dinner on Tuesday evening, the $7.99 steak tacos with chips and salsa were awesome....What a great deal!! I also opted for a pizza so I could have leftovers for lunch the next day. The pizza was excellent, so I ate the whole thing!! read more

If I could give a zero we would! First time here and last! We seen the menu it looked amazing and we were super excited! We work for Marathon so we travel state to state every 4-6 weeks. This place had 1 table in it when we arrived. Greeted immediately and sat there for 5-7 minutes before drink order which was ok. Super excited to try this menu. So food comes out and looks great but isn't just cool i mean cold! Keep in mind there is 1 OTHER TABLE. So sent back my nachos which were so cold the cheese was hardened. I have been a Beef 'O' Brady's fan for 15 year or more.. I never understood why most them closed down in Georgia. I was very pleased when I moved to Kentucky to find Beef 'O' Brady's thriving in Kentucky and Indiana.. So one an adventure into Indiana, I discovered another... We stopped in and I enjoyed the Chicken Flinger Basket Buffaloed and my wife had the Buffaloed Chicken Salad. Both meals were good... But as good as the food was the wait staff was even better. A fun atmosphere and friendly staff, the food selection was also very impressive. I expected just greasy, fried food but found healthy options as well. I had Grilled Shrimp dinner which came with wild rice and broccoli. I also had a side of onion rings, which were delicious. The beer selection wasn't great. I had a Truth IPA on tap, which was 7.2% That's a little stronger than I would have liked and the server didn't know how strong it was. I found out later by googling it. read more

This is my favorite go to place for hot wings. Located in Corydon, IN this is a local family pub restaurant. My family and I, always opt to sit in the bar area. Everyday they have different bar specials. The day we went, it happened to be $5 craft beer flights. They have plenty to choose from and also have numerous drink options. For dinner we chose the half and half wings. First half traditional, second half boneless. We selected the Kentucky bourbon sauce and buffalo, and both were delicious! This place is always a treat on a Friday night and a fun place to hang out. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Went here for a late dinner. The placed looked closed from the front but after driving around a somewhat daunting maze you find out they have much more parking around back. This isn't on the restaurant but whoever designed that part of the city was on one. I got the Big Catch which was really good and my wife got the Dubliner which was okay. If we could give zero we would. Gave this place a second shot and sadly the first experience was better then this one most recent one. Only thing decent was the glass of water, their attempt of a top shelf LIT and the chips and spinach artichoke dip. Both ordered the surf and turf with grilled shrimp and a small 6 oz sirloin. Both baked potatoes were under cooked and hard, the steak had so much pepper on it. It was over powering and spicy; and I like a lot of pepper. Wife couldn't eat more then 4 bites of her steak and her side of grilled zucchini was hard and not fully grilled. Not worth the $50 bill at the end. Definitely won't be going back. Also they don't know what 6 feet is due to covid-19 a party of 10 was sat down less then 3 feet away from our booth.... by far worst restaurant around here. read more

The Corydon location is dated and like anyone else staffing but the quality of food has seriously declined over the last 2 years they used to have the best Reubens but now in A attempt to cut corners the ratio from meat to bread is terrible its sad to say you get more meat at your local Arby's. It seems Corydon IN has lost its will to serve good and fresh food. read more
