Manager gave my food to the wrong car, i watched the car behind me look through the bag while touching the inside of it. She then runs over to my window and gives me the same bag and normally i wouldnt care but i just got over food poisoning and wanted to be safe rather than sorry. Manager rolls her eyes no comment and disappears for 3-5 minutes. Then a different and beautiful lady comes back with a bigger bag which i assume had the exact same food in it that was just touched by someone else. I go to eat my two sandwiches first one bite in each... C O L D.... clearly confirming that one they never switched the food just the bags and two i was waiting for x amount of time for the same dirty food that now was cold. I didnt even have to eat my fries, i simply felt them and they were cold lol. being in the middle of no where and it not being busy i wouldve figured that i at least could get some warm sept 22 gentleman at the paying window and taking orders did amazing lady manager with tattoos and eyes at the back of her head was the problem read more

The worst McDonald's experience we've ever had. It took nearly 30 minutes to receive our order, and we weren't the only ones waiting--several other customers were frustrated too. The staff appeared completely overwhelmed, with many looking stressed and unsure of what to do. The lack of communication and organization was evident, and it seemed like no one was in charge to manage the situation. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Never open on time and they take the longest tiprepare the order. When you are finally greeted they have the worst attitude. Took 10 minutes to even have someone take my order at the drive thru. Then no one at the windows were polite at all. I asked the girl if she put ranch in the bag for nuggets and she said yes. Yeah, she did not so I had to walk back in. They have tons of people "working" but not really helping anyone. Food tasted horrible. I just threw mine away and my kids did too. Waste of $36! I would give this a 0 if I could. We stopped on our way back from Mexico and decided to stop to eat here. Biggest mistake ever. My husband's BigMac was bitten. My thought is that they gave it to someone, they bit into it and noticed it was wrong, returned it and the employees were too lazy to make a new one for my husband without even realizing that it was bitten. When we told the manager she said that they didn't give it to him that way and they would be checking their cameras. I told her to please do so so that they can see what her employees were giving their customers. Now that makes me wonder how many of our orders are touched and returned and given to someone else? What if they didn't wash their hands? Gross!!! My sons cheeseburger had double meat and no cheese. The fries were very cold and old and yet we had to wait 30 minutes for our order. Went there this morning for breakfast. Had to go through the drive through twice because they forgot an order of hash browns. Then when I get to my hotel I realize they got my order completely wrong. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese McGriddles and a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. What I got was a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and 2 sausage McGriddles without any egg or cheese! Ridiculous! Not to mention I was like literally the only customer so how they could mess up my order is just baffling! read more

WORST OF EVER ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with only the cheese meat and mayo as I normally order at times, tell me why a cheeseburger wouldn't include "cheese" it's a CHEESEBURGER!? manager said she was at training so why put a training girl in the mic or atleast why put her in the mic with no leader . Stopped here twice on the way in to Laredo and out. On the way in order was wrong. Literally said Mcchicken sandwich, got spicy Mcchicken sandwich. By the time we realized it we were miles away. Luckily we ordered extra cheeseburger. On the way out going home they struggled to get our order correct. Repeatedly having to correct them over the intercom. Their attention to detail, attention span sucked. This time it took to long to get our food. The fries were fresh. I'll give them some credit for doing something right. The other issue we had is that this location had a third window. This window is for when your order is not ready. Great idea. But sucks because here in Texas we have big x$$. Trucks. So it was hard for my car to get out because of not having enough room to maneuver out. I'm not an engineer and I could have figured out that in Texas I probably need to ad an extra 3 to 4 feet fo huge trucks. Anyway here again giving out another negative review on a McDonalds. I have a high standard for McDonald's because I use to work at one and hate that manager made a big deal on how many pickles gon a burger or how much mac sauce goes on the Big Mac or why didn't I toast the bread, all these standards shaped how I deal with current employees that work for me. This McDonald's is always a delightful addition to my trip to and from home! The bathrooms are clean and the service is great- to those complaining about the wait, I will say that this place is always busy... but the wait is worth it and never longer than a couple of minutes. If you want french fries that are always crisped to perfection, burgers up to par with any McDonald's establishment that I've ever been to and a friendly staff then this is the place for you! read more
