ONLY ordered an ice coffee through the drive thru, got parked and waited 10 plus minutes for it. I was told to park somewhere that did not have a number nor did it look like it was a parking spot, on top of that they came to my window to give me a different order. they are parking ppl on non parking spots without numbers and that can get confusing. Why park someone that only has a drink and then take more than 10 minutes to make. ridiculous then when I finally received my iced coffee, it tasted super water down . Do not recommend. next time I'm driving a little extra to find a different McDonald's. read more

This place is ridiculous made a mobile order waited 50 minutes in line on my work break even though there were 7 or 8 cars in front of me each person took almost 10 minutes to get there food each they confirm my order at the speaker and when I finally get to the window they say I can't find your order and tell me just to wait for my refund after waiting a full 50 mins and the manager there who apparently speaks no English didn't bother to do anything to try and find it lol I genuinely hope this place is shut down soon read more

Wow I have never had a manager be as rude as Lupe was to me last night!I ordered $10 worth of food, and had my receipt in my hand, and she kept telling me that she's not gonna make it for me, because the receipt did not print out in there kitchen!So she literally made me pay for it again, so the receipt would come out in the back!Also she knows NO EGLISH!!!!So if you need anything, you have to speak to one of the younger employees so they can speak Spanish to her!!Then at least every five minutes a customer in the drive-through would come in with wrong orders,and she gladly remade theirs..Anyways we were there number one customer, because my grandson loved to play in the play area, but we will definitely not be back!As long as Lupe is there!Very unorganized, and unprofessional!!So they get 1 star from us!! read more

Was a dark & dreary night going through the McD's drive through in beautiful downtown Crosby, TX. Ordered the $2.50 Break Meal. Pulled up to the window to be met with a woman who looked like someone "accidentally" bopped her in the eye with their fist. She handed me the bag and lo and behold the order was incorrect. This place is disgusting, just Monday the bathrooms had poop on the floor and just disgusting. My mother in law took my kids there and she told the cleaning lady and she ignored her. She then told the clerk and she said that she already told cleaning lady and refused to clean it up. The play area had old food all over. She also told them about that and they ignored her. Every time she's there a homeless guy walks back and forth in front of the place and scares the kids. The place is not a pleasant place. Drive through service is VERY unorganized. We were almost given the wrong order. When we got what was supposed to be our order, it was also wrong. Order #1385 was our order, but we were given #1285. When we went in to correct it, they asked for the other food back which I questioned because of the type of year it is. I thought they weren't allowed to do that. It was hard to communicate with the manager because he didn't understand English very well. A young lady was the interpreter which was the only good thing about today's service, but that seemed backwards. The replacement order was completely made over, but was not presented to us that way. We were told it was the food we were lacking. The manager held it in his hand until we gave the other bag back and he still wanted "the rest of the order" which we argued we had eaten what was correct in the order. All he had to do was give us the bag so we could leave. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The last several times I have been in the drive-thru, they have gotten my order wrong. This last time takes the cake. I ordered 3 double fish filet meals and they forgot to give me one of my sandwiches. I did not realize they forgot one until I got home. When I tried to call them, I got the fax machine or someone hanging up the phone when they answer. I tried this 21 times and finally decided to write a complaint to the corporate office.
