Food is always so sloppy you question weather the employees are high or just flat out don't care. Although I know the answer is high because the bathroom smells like pot. Place has gone down over the years. Hamburger was messy. I had to tear off the parts with overflowing ketchup and at that point I had about 40% of a burger left and threw it away. Everyone should direct their wallets towards the McDonald's right by the Pick 'n Save on the other side of town. It's much more efficient. read more

They don't wear masks, use gloves or limit contact at the drive through in the middle of surging COVID19 rates locally so what does that tell you about their attitude towards keeping clean and safe before and after this pandemic? This place is terrible. Twice I have ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget Meal and when I got home, there were no fries in the bag, only the nuggets. I did get the soda. It was not worth the gas to drive back to get my fries. You would think they would be more careful in doing the orders. McD's has been a lifesaver over the past year. Drive through is the safest & I get to talk with people not on zoom. I stopped going to the McD's on Packard in Cudahy because it always looked run down. The bigest thing I saw was the disrespect to customers. employees often had their face masks around their chin. Service has really changed here! This is my neighborhood McDonald's but I'll be going to the one next to Pick n' save for now on. I ordered a Large fry that was old stale and cold and simply wanted Fresh fries and everyone at that store was making it a big deal when I just wanted what I paid for and done correctly. I have given this place soooo many chances! Since the pandemic I have been ordering door dash from here. It NEVER fails that EVERY SINGLE TIME they give me a CHEESEBURGER! I order 2 hamburgers every time and when they get here, I have now paid for someone to bring us food so that I have to STILL DRIVE BACK MYSELF!!! Before anyone has anything negative to say, I order because I have kids at home on zoom, so I can't make them go with me and I can't leave them alone, so I order and then I have to wait until their zoom is over or until someone comes home so that I can take it back. OH MAN... let's start with the least of the issues. They are extremely slow, the employees have absolutely no manners and the last 4 times they either forgot an item, over salts dthe fries or the bread was used as a grease catch. This particular location is a real problem. It just gets worse and worse. I just came from a half hour drive thru wait, with 3 cars ahead of me in line. A literal half hour, 32 minutes to be exact. Food was cold, so it seems like they made it when I ordered and then just let it sit until the end. Fries were a cold, soggy mess. This is a constant issue at this location. I've had orders wrong twice once it was replaced and 2nd time I was told my coupon would come on Mail and it never came. Never quite had an experience at a McDonald's like I did here. Ordered snack wraps without ranch and ordered BBQ and honey mustard on the side. Recieved no honey mustard packets, no lettuce, no cheese, only pathetic portions of meat wrapped in the flour tortilla-one strip wasn't even an inch thick and was the only thing in the tortilla. Went back to get a refund and had to go the drive thru again because the lobby was closed. We got an attitude from the girl at the drive thru who took the order originally when we explained the situation she told us in a snippy tone "that's what you wanted, you ordered it plain." I'm pretty sure no one else in their right mind would assume sauce on the side would equate to individual miniscule chicken tidbits wrapped in a tortilla by itself as a "plain" snack wrap. How is it even a wrap then?! Was not impressed with the managers handling of the situation either. They weren't busy at all and there was really no good excuse for this level of bad service quality. Nothing personally against McDonald's. It was just the atmosphere of this restaurant that turned me off. Growing up, McDonald's was always about cleanliness. On my last visit, every table I went to sit at had some disgusting food residue left from the previous people who had sat there before. I had to get a wet napkin and wipe my own table down to sit. In the time I spent there, not once did I see one employee come around to clean any tables or even sweep the extremely dirty floor. Yes, it was filthy. You can't tell me they couldn't break one of their many employees off to do this job. I guess I still have images of old McDonald's commercials in my head, where cleanliness was a huge deal for them. McDonald's food has lost it's quality. It was much better in the 90's. Of the fast food places, Burger King, Hardees and Dairy Queen are much better these days. I likely won't be ordering from McDonald's again due to a long hair being found inside my strawberry creme pie. I felt like vomiting. We visited tonight at 8:30pm and it was the rudest experience I have ever encountered! I went to order and let the kids go to the play place with my husband. As I am waiting the workers make rude comments about how kids are in the play place when it is suppose to be close. There was no sign, the light and games were still on and there was a trash can pulled away from the wall floating in the restaurant but in no way blocking the door. There were mopping signs out around it, so it was assumed they were cleaning. I excused myself to let my family know we were not welcome in the play place, after lots of tears we finally got to order. Then we went to find a new place to sit. We went to an open table and we were told the back seating area was closed. The front was packed excepted a small table. So a family of 5 had to cram into a crowded corner to eat with cranky kids. Then to top it off the workers go on brake and sit in that area. Pissed off doesn't not describe how I felt. We have a 14 hr drive ahead of us, and we started it out with this experience.
