It's hard to have a decent review at a fast food restaurant because usually we leave reviews when we are upset. However, they've been pretty decent to me while I've been here. The only time I've had an issue was yesterday when my entire meal was cold, the fries especially were just so bunk. Then they gave me my drink and didn't even fill it up all the way. My two children and I dined at the McDonald's #4329 at 10536 D'Iberville Blvd today. It was by far one of the worst dine-in experiences ever! I'm not one to complain but I was VERY unhappy! It OVER 45 minutes to receive our food. After I had went up to the counter twice to go tell them we hadn't received our food. After waiting 30 minutes, I went up to the counter to check on our food the first time. I only ordered two happy meals and a five dollar mc value meal. The lady said they would bring it out shortly and that they were putting it on trays. After returning to my table and going back 10 minutes later. The lady said she didn't know where my food was and was running around the kitchen to find my food. I asked to speak with a manager. The girl at the counter, replied that there was no managers around to help me. I thought that was unacceptable! She therefore proceeded to give me someone else's order that had been sitting at the counter. We got back to our table, and the food was really cold and soggy. I was VERY upset and disappointed by then and wasn't planning to wait another 45 minutes to get it corrected. There were quite a few other people that were waiting for their food up at the counter that appeared to be very upset as well, It was crazy because Mcdonald's was hardly even busy! My kids enjoy going to this location since they have an indoor playground. We will not be returning because of the horrible customer service and very unclean. Honestly, this McDonalds needs to do better. You guys know that it's going to be busy around breakfast time and need to be prepared for that. I was there at 8am, only a few other people and I was waiting 20 minutes for my order, which was pretty simple. I got two hashbrowns and two sausage and egg muffins, with an iced coffee. First I got my order, which was missing a hashbrown, the girl who gave it to me asked if I was still waiting for my iced coffee like yes, I ordered it? She also had an attitude when I asked for my hashbrown, which I was missing. Said she would bring it out next thing I see is a line of people at the drive through just sitting for 15 minutes. No orders coming out. I walk in and tell another lady Ive been waiting for awhile for one hashbrown and all I received is attitude explaining that inside is a priority? There were maybe five people inside and two doordashers. And I have worked in places before, and the drive through is the priority everytime. They even had people going through the drive through parking in parking spots just to wait for orders; it was absolutely ridiculous. Also, nobody inside was using gloves just bare hands touching everything and they were just throwing food in bags. No wonder everytime I come here my order is messed up and eveything is always a mess. How can they be so careless? Ordered Uber eats. A 20 piece chicken nugget with 2 med fries and a 2 cheeseburger meal with a coke. Order showed up with 3 medium fries, medium coke, and a chicken sandwich. My son really wanted some chicken nuggets. Let Uber know and they refunded me minus the tip for the driver. My cousin went to pick up some food for my son not even an hour later at the same location. She ordered 2 "4 for 4$." They should have came with 2x 4pc chicken nuggets, 2 small fries, 2 drinks, and 2 mcdoubles no pickles, no mustard. The receipt clearly says no pickles no mustard. She got home, no chicken nuggets and the mcdoubles had only mustard and pickles. Not sure what is going on. A shortage of chicken nuggets because of covid or a staff who just don't care. I just went through the drive through on a Friday night at 5pm and they were BUSY! I wait quite a while to have my order taken and just to get through the line. I could just sense something was up. At the food pick up window Sierra greeted us with a smile and immediately started apologizing for the wait. She said a bunch of people had just walked out and left them very short handed. She was so kind and I could tell that she and everyone else on their team were doing their best to make due in their situation. I've been to this McDonald's twice since it reopened, and both times have been fantastic. First visit we dined in around 4 o'clock on a Thursday afternoon, the scenery is modern and food came fast & fresh. The woman who brought our food was very sweet, too. Second time was around 2 am on a Saturday the gentlemen taking orders and working the register was very friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, on the mic & in person. (Not usual for graveyard employees) nuggets were FRESH, fries and bacon smokehouse burger were also fresh even when we arrived home and opened them. All fresh. Ice cold bottle water. Excellent We were very pleased both experiences and will be coming back to this location! I would have taken a picture of our food, but I ate it all. LOL read more

I've been here three times (twice through drive-thru and once walking inside) and the two things that are consistent are that the employees that man the registers and drive-thru are friendly and that the food is a bit slow to come out. The food is McDonald's quality except that 2/3 times my fries and McNuggets have been overcooked. Third time they were all cooked perfectly though. Terrible just terrible. They messed up my order. I found hairs in my sweet tea. No ranch but loads of barbecue sauce. If you didn't have ranch you could have said at the window or gave me ketchup. Update: I had gotten an e-mail stating "oh, we fixed the issue", so I decided to go and try again on June 25, 2022. Took my order, had me pull-up to the 3rd window and wait for nuggets. I waited 15 minutes before I finally just drove off. Didn't get my money back. Thieves apparently needed the $10. Don't go unless you want to be ripped off. I'm happy to note though, when I passed by last Saturday, they are apparently not doing so well. Everyone else had lines, they did not. I guess everyone has finally gotten tired of their poor service and work ethic. And the workers get their wish: getting paid for doing nothing. Hopefully soon, the entire bunch are fired and a new crew that actually wants to work will be hired and the location will not shut-down from not making a profit. read more

Giving this place a single star is actually too much. Although the food is usually the same at all McDonalds, the Diberville McDonalds in in a league of their own. Since things have opened up after the pandemic, it seems some are still looking for a hand out, snd while they wait, they came to work at this McDonalds. We decided to go inside and order in hopes that our order would be right (as opposed to the numerous times of having items missing when using the drive thru). No one was at the counter the entire time we were there (~20 minutes) to take orders, and only one automated kiosk was operational. I watched other patrons try to get the staffs attention numerous times but could not due to them having their air pods in listening to music. When one patron couldn't get anyones attention in order to get a cup, he walked behind the counter to retrieve one without so much as a glance from the staff. I'm guessing management was on a break and away from the building because the kids that were making the food were cussing and throwing food at one another. Ive attempted to upload a video of the visit but have been unable to. If you must have McDonalds, try another one. Hopefully when they hire a manager things will get better, but until then, I plan to stay away. read more

This is my first review... Service this morning was so horrible I felt I should comment. The folks are in slow motion! I'd walked in from the car to use restroom on a road trip at 9:30ish am. I ordered 2 Egg McMuffins, a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, 2 regular coffees and a large sweet tea. They literally had to make a full pot of coffee while I watched. There were so many waiting before me that when they got to my 2 cups, that finished off the new pot. I asked for cream and Splenda. Rather than giving to me, they mixed for me... But used sugar. I asked for new cups to mix myself. One drive-thru person told the girl helping me that she could get some from the drive through area... So she did. She very cautious asked me how many creams and splendas I wanted. It took over 20 minutes to get served and out the door.alarms were beeping constantly and several other frustrated patrons were having similar problems.
