Arrived early morning for breakfast and a cup of coffee. Placed an order via the app and it appeared after a lengthy wait. Lobby was cold for early March. I guess this helps to get people out of the building. Most of the tables and chairs were dirty. Cheese on both of my Egg McMuffins were not melted. Coffee had grounds in the bottom of the cup. I presented the cup to the manager and showed the grounds. Management didn't offer a new cup, refill or refund. Suggest you elect to eat somewhere else and skip this location. They have a phone number to call. Called the number and they have 17 locations in Alabama and Georgia. Explained the situation and was informed that a manager would touch base. The manager left a short message and I returned the call only to leave a voicemail message that was not returned. The sign say they listen. read more

Served 4 other cars before they gave us our food, I wouldn't recommend this establishment to any friends or family. Employees dont know how to serve with customer service, and being polite towards customers. read more

Terrible. We walked in to a completely empty McDonald's. Broomed dirt pile right in front of the entrance. No one said hi or acknowledged us. A couple workers looked at us and went back to whatever they were doing. After waiting for 5 minutes, one worker walking past us to go on break, and who looked to be the manager walk past us without a word, we walked out. Super rude and made for an uncomfortable situation. Did not meet any guest service standards. read more

First, don't blame management or employees go straight to the source, ownership. Greed can be the only answer! Spend the time, look it up there are no positive reviews on this McDonalds and there hasn't been for years! They simply don't care about other human beings. If ownership cared they'd spend the extra $ to hire employees and managers to represent their last name better. I'd be embarrassed to be associated with this McDonald's in any way. Including the town of Dadeville. I had an employee working for me who was from Dadeville who heard me explaining my many negative experiences at this McDonald's. He began laughing, and said that it was well understood in Dadeville that this was the "worst McDonalds in the continental United States". I laughed! I thought he was being very hyperbolic and because of that I gave it one last chance. I work between Auburn and Birmingham and travel 280 almost weekly. After sitting in the drive through for 15 mins not moving my daughter and I went in and ordered at the key kiosk. We still have had no employe contact at this point, there are now 6 to 8 people waiting inside and a line of 12 to 15 cars sitting outside. After waiting another 15 mins they called our # which I thought was unusual as it was way ahead of everyone else. I answered yes and began to approach, when I was yelled at "we out a hash browns how bout fries"? (Grammar is important to get the proper feel) this was so blatantly obvious that she or they didn't want to make hash browns in the way she said it that two other customers commented quietly as I set back down to wait, they don't want to make hash browns. I'm still hanging in there.... and after a few more mins a young lady approached the counter and asked how long her order was going to take. She was bahrated by an employee (could not have been a manage. As in the way she spoke, she did not care about her job or in keeping it. I am confident that she could have quit at that very moment and walked right out.) I'm also confident that there was no managerial on duty at all! After being yelled at the customer went on the defensive and said "all I ordered was a cup of regular coffee". "That shouldn't take 20 min". "Hell if you put the pot on the counter, I'll pour it myself"! Which by the way, I thought was F-ing hilarious! Then customers (assuming) husband stood up from his seat. He was huge! 6ft+, 250! At that point my daughter and I left! Without food! Not worth the $13 to witness an ass beating. Offer a living wage! Please! Not only for your employees but the public! This McDonald's needs new management. The food has always been awful, so awful I would go to The next town over (15 miles away) when this one is 2 miles away. We went to this McDonalds specifically to experience "the worst McDonald's in the continental US" and couldn't have been more disappointed. Upon walking in, we were greeted with a friendly hello. Our order was taken promptly. Our food came out quickly. The order was 100% correct. The fries and chicken nuggets tasted like fresh McDonald's fries and chicken nuggets. I downloaded the yelp app JUST to write this review. This was bar none the absolute worst McDonald's experience I have ever been a part of. I waited roughly 30 minutes for my quarter pounder with cheese (#2). They kept making food that no one ordered. Staff didn't care at all about getting the food out or accurately. I also freaked out a little but when I read the PREVIOUS review about the raw quarter pounder. I would suggest this McDonald's shut down or clean house and bring in new management. read more

Free wifi may be the only reason to go.Milkshake machine NEVER works and evrytime I go in all the employees are huddled in the corner they call an office. I went in store and placed a decent sized order. I got home and realized that I was missing a filet of fish. I called the store up and told them about it and they told me to come and get it. I told them I was sending my father in law and the woman said that is fine. She called back about 2 minutes later and asked that I send the receipt as well. I did. When my father in law went in to the store the manager gave him a hard time about the sandwich stating she packed that bag herself and there was not an extra fish sandwich floating around. I stood at the counter when my bag was packed and she was no where in sight. He ended up leaving the store without the sandwich. I am very unhappy with the service at this store. read more

We went to McDonald's in Dadeville Alabama on April 11, 2018 and ordered 2 double quarter pounder meals to go. When my husband bit into his he noticed it wasn't done (RAW). We tried to call but no one would answer and we could not go back to show them as we were headed out of town. If i could give less than 1 star i would. read more
