Really impressed. It shares a building with a gas station, and one of those gas station convenience stores with arcade games and such. I didn't expect much. But it's pretty classy for a McDonald's. You can see from the pictures that they take pride in their place. They forgot one item in my order, but quickly fixed it when I told them. The workers were pleasant. The bathrooms and play place were both clean, as was the dining room. I might well stop here again. And kudos on you if you're reading Yelp for a review of a McDonald's. Ordered sausage burrito and a decaf coffee with three sugars and creamers, along with some other items. Got all other items correctly besides sausage burrito and coffee. They are usually good at getting orders right but on this particular day it was weird. Order was semi wrong, and the bottom bun of the cheeseburger was hard. Went up to exchange it for another and they used the same bun that we had our hands all over, and ran it through the toaster instead of replacing it with a new bun. Absolutely disgusting. I have been to this McDonald's many times since it was built but haven't been back in several years because I moved away. I'm glad I stopped by today. I just wanted breakfast and as it was around 11am I knew I could get it here. The restaurant is attached to a Chevron gas station which also has a car wash, which makes it a convenient all-around place to stop. Went inside to order, wonderful young AA woman at the register, very pleasant and professional. Got my coffee and sausage egg and cheese biscuit, both coffee and biscuit were fresh! I haven't had a McD's biscuit that fresh in a long time and I go to many other McD's around the country. I may have to start driving the extra couple miles just to eat here! Restaurant was clean, service was fast, servers and staff professional, food was fresh and good. Highly recommend, 5 stars. read more

The worst local McDonalds in the area. I try not to stop here based on my past experiences but sometimes convenience wins out. Placed a mobile order. Drive to and waited in space #5. Order arrived about 12 minutes later. Instead of an egg McMuffin and an egg McMuffin meal, we received a bag of four chicken McGriddles.... Of which we had our hands all over (Covid?) while checking the order and to see what was on them. The tag on the bag clearly displayed the correct order. Wife walked the bag back in for a retry. They kept the McGriddles, almost surely to put in the bag for the correct order (Said they needed to keep them to "check the order"). We did end up getting ours corrected but it took way more effort than it should have. No way will I ever go back here again. It's been a ghetto McD from the start and hasn't changed in all the years it's been there. I cannot remember them ever getting an order completely correct. I just don't know this location can be so bad while the Mirror Lake location, just a few miles down the road, can be so top notch. It just boggles my mind. read more

Being in food service as a young man I feel a slight need to defend the employees, but then I experience this grouping of lazy, unkempt, careless kids. Ive read 4 reviews commenting on the same complaint I have, that being every time we try and take advantage of the 24 hr drive thru we are told that they are closed for two hours. Funny thing is that all the other comments give different times of night where they're told the same thing, which leads one to believe they are telling everyone that comes through the drive thru late night that they are closed in order not to have to work. Also, I was a food auditor for several years as a young man and ANY time allowed for a 24 hr restaurant to clean protein stations or if a menu change occurs such as Breakfast to lunch the time allotted to do so is based on stations needing cleaning and sanitary areas being fully tended to by however as many employees are on the clock, that in most cases are hired on for that specific reason, all which should exceed no more than 30 minutes. The 2 hour window they claim they're closed is killing the labor cost for this store. This review should be part one in a series b/c somehow the food has captured the horrible attitude and work ethic displayed by the employees and embedded it into the taste, but I've devoted too much time as is. read more

I would give this restaurant 0 stars out of 5 if I had the choice! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! With a global pandemic going around this Mcdonald's doesn't care if their employees don't have on mask or gloves on at ALL! Sometimes the mask aren't even on right. There are flies EVERYWHERE!
