This is Jack in the box for some reason not understanding that this was Jack's country kitchen. Seems to be the chicken is the most popular thing here which is pretty crunchy and hot when you get it fresh and has great flavor. I've had the two piece chicken and the two hamburgers for five bucks sandwich, pleased with the product The wait t here is pretty long, but a good staff and they work hard. From the inside the kitchen looks pretty crowded so in the drive-through gets full on Sunday and the line grows inside. You can wait 20 to 30 minutes but at the end of the day is worth it. Went to Jacks today and what a mess. Lots of workers (to many Chiefs, not enough Indians). People waiting on food, a number of people waiting to order and customs coming back in from the drive through because their order was wrong. Took me 10 minutes in line to order our food. If I could give this place 3.5 stars, I would. I made a breakfast order online, and went to pick it up early one morning. The parking lot and the restaurant itself was clean and tidy. The two staff members working the front were friendly, and my order was ready and waiting on the counter when I arrived. They placed the food in a paper bag, and placed the paper bag of food in a plastic bag. I noticed that the paper bag inside the plastic bag had started to become wet from the heat that was trapped inside. I'm not sure if that affected the food, but overall, the breakfast was just ok. We ordered 1 Bacon Biscuit Combo, 1 Chicken biscuit combo, and 1 Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit, and 1 Sausage Egg & Cheese biscuit. We all agreed that the breakfast was just mid. This was disappointing because we had dinner from Jack's the week before and we were really impressed with the fried chicken and biscuits. Based on that experience, we expected the same great quality and flavor for breakfast, but it didn't measure up. The breakfast wasn't bad, but it did not meet the standard that was set by the previous visit. This is the reason for my 3.5. Would I return for breakfast again? Well, coming back by this place once again we still have to give it a zero don't know why we keep returning. We love Jack's just not this location. Nobody in the back seems to have a desire to lift a finger to do anything every time we come by, there's no chicken under the hot rack no premade biscuits or anything on the food rack as well. On our last visit while everybody stood in the back doing nothing with zero food prepared, the restaurant had two or three different parties still waiting on their food two or three people standing, waiting on to go food as well. Never in my life have I experienced such lack of management as that at Jack's in Dallas, GA. We went there today 7/5/2026 for lunch. They had 7 employees including assistant manager and manager. There were 5 to 6 couples in the dining area, 4 people in line waiting to order. 30 minutes later, they took our order. I asked if they could possibly give us a towel or could they wipe down the tables which were all dirty. We were told someone would be out later to wipe them down. 30 minutes later, a guy comes out and sweeps some of the floor. Then manager told him to come fix drinks. Didn't come back for the tables. After about 15 minutes later, they called us to come get our food. ​As we looked at the food, the catfish dinner had 3 pieces of about 3 inches long, there was just 4 small onion rings, the burger was ordered without onion, lettuce and pickles, it had onion, lettuce and pickles on it and looked to be smashed flat and soggy. Only had 6 frys in the large size. We approached the counter and said, we asked if tables could be wiped down that they are all dirty. Another individual spoke up and said, they are correct and someone needs to come clean them. At this point we were told that someone would be out as soon as all orders are completed, I spoke uo and let them know that they need to do better as my order wasn't correct as well. The assistant manager spoke out without looking at my receipt and food to see that the order was incorrect and said, don't come at him like that and that we could leave. I told the assistant I wanted a refund! At this point the assistant got loud and the manager stepped out. I told him about the issues and that I wasn't leaving without a refund. He said give give about 30 minutes to work it out and asked who told us to leave. Then I told him just refund the purchase so we could go on our way, he said that wasn't the way they refunds work. It has to be done according to the IRS! Yeah you heard correct, refunds have to be done accordingly to IRS. Totally clueless of how to operate a restaurant! Food was good quality, counter service was good and responsive, the prep time did take an inordinate amount of time, but the counter man did provide extra drinks, and pie, so I would not call it a wash. The ambiance was fine, adequate seating and clean. Worth trying. read more

I really wanted to support this location since it's in my neighborhood, but after three visits, I'm done. The first two times, I gave grace because they had just opened and were busy. Today proved it's not a new business issue--it's a service and management issue. I sat in the drive-through for over five minutes with no acknowledgment. No greeting, no "please hold," nothing. I went inside and it was worse. No one spoke when I walked in. Employees who weren't even on shift were standing around in pajama pants, and the manager was engaged in conversation instead of leading the team. The cashier was helping a customer but came across rude and unproductive. There was no urgency, no professionalism, and no sense of hospitality. I walked out. Three chances was more than enough. The food was fine - it was the wait that is deducting a star or two. Around 1:30 pm on a Friday, the line was almost to the door. I thought, well, I'm here; surely it will move fast. The service was extremely slow for there to be only 3 people in the drive thru. It took 15-20 minutes just to place an order. The burger was barely average, the fries were awful, and the tea was very weak. The staff was spinning in circles but getting nothing accomplished. I know it's a fast food place but I absolutely love this place for breakfast. I have only been here for breakfast.... Their biscuits have lots of butter and that's the way I like it. THE burger was cold and wasn't made according to its description. I NEED THE MANAGER OR OWNER TO RESPOND and tell me what goes on the Big Bacon and why do their cooks find it so hard to make the food according to the company menu. Cook what you want at home here you should follow the freaking menu. Like I said the burger was cold I literally had between 5 to 10 strings of lettuce, there was one slice of cheese and just a light smear of mayo on this burger with the tomatoes. Just so you know Jack's owner I always have to remake my food when I get home because it's never right. Place was not busy, should've been a hint. This is the second visit. My first visit was a disappointment. Thought I'd give another try since it was nearby on my drive and I was hungry. Went through the drive-thru. Only other customer had been pulled forward to wait for food. Asked if they had a burger with "everything" in it. Was told they did. Got home after 8 minute drive; two bone cold burgers with pickles, onion and ketchup. That's their everything burger? Where is the quality control? First time ever trying Jack's, so i decided to pull in and go through the drive through window and order that was a mistake! I came on a Monday the 23rd at 8:20 pm, I ordered a fry and a regular hamburger they couldn't even get what I adk to put on the hamburger right, and it's not that complicated either. I said 1. xtra mayo didnt get that 2. I asked for onions didn't get that 3. asked for light catchup and mustard, they put to much of that didn't know what light meant i guess​​. I ordered a big bacon combo with a Coke the window was told they don't have any cups but small cups today so I would get a small I for my food and received only a hamburger and a drink. I the cashier at the window. This was supposed to be a meal. She said oh they only rang you up for a burger and a drink, but I you up for a fry. Total inconvenience why would I want to pay for a fry outside of a meal or the combo price and be charged more when I ask for a large meal and received a a small Coke because you guys were large and medium cups. We have been there 4 times. Once dined in, twice drive thru, once we sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes! Was told to "wait a minute" but never had our order taken. I finally went in . There were 4 employees that didn't even acknowledge me. I stood there waiting to see how long this would go on. They were completely ignoring me! Finally a lady walked out of the back and I yelled " is anybody going to take my order?" She rushed right over, she got my order for me immediately and apologized many times. Three separate occasions, drove up to the menu and waited for an extended period of time with zero response from whoever is working the window. Been there 7 times. Got a 3 piece chicken. But put 2 in. Was waiting 25 minutes because they just dropped chicken. The manager said mine would take 15 minutes more would I like boneless...no i said. Then they mixed up my sides. Went today...20 minutes I asked about my breakfast 2 deluxe 1 ham biscuit 1 pancake and bacon. Waited 20 minutes and the manager said she took it to the cook to get it faster. The cook left when she burnt her hand...25 minutes new cook but starts on a different order...I say reverse my credit card...27 minutes now and she says its been in system too long and cant reverse. They use chopped onions, and there was so many, that it was all I could taste. Fries were ok, typical fries. Nothing special. We were so displeased with the hamburger, we accidentally threw out the pies when leaving. Very crowded, new establishment so that was expected. Hired help was pleasant. read more

The burger was cold and the fries were old and over cooked. Our biggest issue was cleanliness. Amazing. The service is close to CFA. Chicken is moist and crispy crust. The mash potatoes and gravy and Cole slaw were nice additions. The biscuits are very tasty. I wish they had honey. We tried the burgers and they are very good as well. Milkshakes had a lot of fruit chunks in them. Fried pies are a nice treat. The place is busy so be patient it's new.
