We initially reached out to Richard looking for a vendor to make appetizers for our wedding (we had different vendors for the other courses). He had a wide selection of foods choices, where we selected four appetizers, our personal favorite (and the one with rave reviews from our guests) was the Mediterranean Grilled Lamb Chops with Cilantro Mint Aioli. In addition to the food, Richard offered very competitive pricing on other services as well - servers, bartenders, linen rentals, silver wear, full bar package, and so on. He was very conscious of our budget and offered multiple alternatives for each decision, which was greatly appreciated. Since our reception was at a venue where we could bring our own food and alcohol, it also required us to take care of everything else.
