Others delivered the food & no one checked to see if everything was ok. Our bill was over $250 & it was difficult for me to not leave a tip but I couldn't justify the service to leave anything. I get that serving is a tough job (I've done it myself) especially when it's busy but that wasn't the case. Surely someone else could have helped out if needed. I'm not a huge Jack Astor's fan to start with but this just sealed the deal for me yet again not to return.
