Absolutely abysmal...... always a 20 min+ wait for a simple combo, have had to literally knock on the window before because I sat there forever and they "forgot to take my card" and were just sitting there goofing off. Fries were tiny micro pieces instead of actually being fries, no manners, cold food, etc. I work my a** off and want to have some simple pleasures like a simple order from fast food once in a while, and it's always a terrible experience. Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had I downloaded this app just now too tell you about it The wait took forever and when the food came it was cold and stale, I had the five dollar meal with McChicken nuggets and fries McChicken was slimy and nasty nuggets were disgusting and stale and fries were stale and moldy Not to even mention the smell, oh lord the smell it smelt like mold and chocolate ice cream had a baby. It was so bad it almost made me throw up. And the bathrooms rooms were disgusting but still managed to smell better than the actual restaurant Maybe the soap or something but there was soap everywhere and finger prints all over the mirror. Tried to scam the absolute **** out of me. Normal order: 3 sausage McGriddle add cheese, three hash browns, and a large mocha frappe. What was rang up: Three sausage, egg, and cheese, no egg. Then, three sides of hashbrowns. Then they told me the frappe machine was down. Best part? When I tell them to charge me correctly, it's a 8 dollar difference. Wether their frappe machine is down, I couldn't say for sure. Their Receipt machine needs fixed though. read more

We don't eat McDonald very often at all, maybe a few times a year but this one makes it so we don't eat the food at all, just stop in for a drink (maybe). The bathrooms are nasty, the lobby always has a vomit smell to it. The staff here is meh, they act like they don't care about the place or the customers. I've ordered door dash from here and it's always missing items, or getting someone else's order? There's no consistency in this place (unless you count the mess it is) I just have not seen such a busy looking crappy McDonald's. (They always look busy) However there is one younger male, teenager maybe who works in this one who deserves a 5 star personal review and a raise. He is quiet but always polite and friendly, uses manners like ma'am/sir. Always doubles checks orders before handing them to customers. Real MVP read more

Never had an issue here until this morning. After spending $40 on a breakfast run, order was missing two items (ironically, both mine) and included three items nobody ordered or wanted. It's not enough now to check the items in the bag; apparently you have to go through each individual item to see if it's correct. If you're going to charge that kind of money, anyone would expect you to get it right. Read it off the screen, put it in the bag. It's not nuclear engineering. Unsat. read more

The food is rarely fresh, although they have gotten seemingly better with their fries. The burgers always seem a day old. When you ask for extra they either put wayyyy too much or not even enough for a regular amount of food. The location in Dayton, TN is absolutely horrible. IF your lucky, you only have to pull up to the drive-thru one time . . . I have went through 3 times with no response. IF your lucky, your fries are less than 30 minutes old. . . .Wendy's, etc al only holds fries for 7 minutes, then cooks new IF your lucky, ice cream/coffee machines are working . . . Spent 14 weekly visits with no such luck. IF your lucky, the "internet proven best way to have a fountain drink" isn't polluted with some weird taste . . . Over 3 years now, Coke has a bubble-gum taste (afraid to ask) IF your lucky, your order is within the BALLPARK of what you asked for . . .TWICE i have ordered chicken sandwiches and they had NO CHICKEN AT ALL (literally sauce, lettuce, and bread only!!) This was honestly a wonderful experience for a McDonald's! The restaurant itself is very nice inside with a variety of seating and a play area. We've consistently received good service the many times we have visited but the last time was absolutely the best. The young lady who took my order was very kind and didn't rush me when I didn't know what I wanted to order. Their payment terminal wasn't working for Apple Pay which was unfortunate but when I told her I had to rush and grab my wallet from the car she saved my order and immediately let me pay when I returned. The food came out quick and was pretty great and warm! One of my friend's orders was wrong but they took it back and quickly fixed it. They also honored my coupon on the McDonald's app with no problem. Also I ordered a snack size Oreo McFlurry but I didn't realize how small it was? I felt horrible inconveniencing the staff, but I asked the young lady if possible I could make it the normal size for the up charge since it was a better value. The manager came over and they charged me the correct amount and remade the McFlurry with no hesitation! I was very thankful and I know most restaurants wouldn't have taken the time to do this. Overall, this is a great McDonald's location! Very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and customer service, as well as with the food itself! Pro's: Even with long lines at breakfast getting through the line is pretty fast. They put in the dual lane drive-thru's not all that long ago and that has made a real difference. It is fast. Breakfast is, without fail, always good. I just would like to see more consistency in the size of the Breakfast Burritos. Some days they are giant. Other days they are rolled, it seems, the size of a pencil. Teach all of your employees how to make a Breakfast Burrito and have them all make them the same size. I quite eating off the main menu a couple of years ago, I only eat the McDoubles. They are consistent and exactly the same every time I get them. The fries are always hot. Cons: Consistently stale buns and it has been that way for quite some time. This is the reason I quit eating off the main menu. I like McDonald's tea above all but one of the other major chains. The problem is they don't have larger cups. I get it they are only one dollar, but I would gladly pay two dollars or even $2.25 for a much larger cup. Even through I like the tea, I get my tea across (and up..south) the street then drive across the street to get my food because, even though it costs twice as much, I get twice as much tea. Get larger cups and I will gladly pay a larger price. read more

Every review I've seen has been completely rude and totally not true for this McDonald's location. The inside is never dirty -I would know I practically live there- the customer service is very good in my perspective. There is a double drive through line so it's common for mistakes in orders if people decide to go into the line out of order and honestly it's a very nice McDonald's in general. Every single time I go to McDonald's, I ask for sauce. I even pay extra for sauce. I never get it. If I bring it up at the window they either say "it should be in the bag" or that they'll have to charge me for the sauce I already paid for. read more

I am pissed. The past 2 nights I have went to McDonald's and last night I got a cheeseburger no pickle extra onion and I got no onion and extra pickle so I take it back and they just take the pickles off and re melt the cheese I know cause I ripped a piece off and so tonight I go and get my husband a 20 piece nugget and they only give me 3 things of sauce and then I ordered a bacon egg and cheese McMuffin and they put sausage on it so I go back threw the drive through cause the dinning room was closed and I hand them my McMuffin and it literally took 10 seconds for her to hand me back my food so I know all they done was take the sausage off and when I ask for more sauce she hands me 2 more.. We frequent this McDonald's 2-3 times a week for cheeseburgers for our dogs. ...Ordered 12 cheeseburgers ... while waiting for food we watched the girl making the cheeseburgers drop one on the floor... look around and put the cheeseburger into bag....I then asked for the manager , where he picked up 3 cheeseburgers from the top and said that it had to be one of these and had them "remake them" on the other side. When I asked him how he knew which cheeseburger it was, he said it had to be one on the top . The girl who dropped the cheeseburgers then walked over to the manager and asked what I was saying and he told her not to worry about it. Since the cheeseburgers were for the dogs I just took them and left . Had the cheeseburgers been for human consumption I wouldn't have taken any of them as no one actually knows which cheeseburger was on the floor and even then ,the rest of the cheeseburgers were now in a bag with a floor cheeseburger. I'm sure this happens at restaurants all the time , but when a customer sees it and asks for a manager , I would assume it should be handled a little better than just pretending to know which cheeseburgers they were and replacing 3/12 of them while telling the staff who did it, not to worry about .
