Tried this place while traveling. It was decent. The pulled pork was a little dry. The brisket was good, but I prefer a more sliced brisket. The hushpuppies were amazing. The fries were meh and cold and had been around a while. The potato was huge but needed butter. The mac n cheese was meh. The texas toast was not thick like texas toast and needed more flavor.

Good BBQ place. We stayed in site with Harvest Host and after a long day of driving, I really wanted some BBQ. They have a nice variety on the menu of both apps, mains and sides. My wife went with the pulled pork, Mac & cheese and tots. I went with a 3 item and an additional side of ribs. The pulled pork was the star of the meal, juicy and full of flavor. I also got the brisket and a some a tea fatty brisket. As a lover of brisket, I thought it was okay. The he ribs were fall of the bone tender, there was nothing left on the bones. The meat was flavorful and I really enjoyed their house sauce. One of the sides I got was the fried orca, which was a winner! I also really liked the hush puppies. They had nice seating options both inside and out. Great little place.

It may be a wonderful place for lunch or dinner but I did stop by around 2:30pm so that may be why it was like it was. Nothing was horrible but the fries were not even warm and felt as if they'd been just laying around a while. The cornbread felt a few days old and the mac n cheese was just basic. The meat was good with the bbq sauce options on the table. Not sure I'd stop by this one again but it may be a lot better for lunch time or dinner time than the middle time. The service wasn't horrible but was basically nothing and there was zero good vibe it was just plain and had no feel at all.

Two meat platter: brisket and pulled chicken. Fried okra and potato salad.

Passing through town en route to "Lost Sea Adventure" and saw the parking lot to Bradley's was packed. So after my cave tour, I stopped by for a late lunch before hitting road to Chattanooga. Very friendly staff with excellent help navigating some complicated food allergies. Large seating area inside and outside. Very well maintained and clean. I am picky about my BBQ sauce and really enjoyed theirs! The brisket was tender and the chicken tasty. Not a morsel of my meal was left. The only thing I would change is that I had the cornbread instead of the hush puppies and I wish I had gone with the puppies!

They offered a Sweetwater IPA that was grapefruit and it was actually pretty decent considering I'm not crazy about IPAs. I got the Homemade chicken salad and it was chunks of chicken that I've been smoked throughout the day and fall to pieces. It was quite delicious on a freshly toasted sourdough bread. And the hush puppies were extremely moist and very well flavor crunchy on the outside soft on the inside. My uncle ended up getting a basket of smoked plain wings. The smoke flavor was beyond and absolutely wonderful! The place was neat with all their little robots delivering food, and the servers were extremely friendly. Afterwards, we decided to check out their ice cream shop, which was amazing. I got the double espresso chocolate chunk on a waffle cone and I wish I had more stomach room to get a second serving.

3.5/5 Came here after a tour at the Lost Sea Adventure for lunch. They have their own parking lot and have both indoor and outdoor seating. As you walk in, you will order at the counter. If you are dining in, they'll give you a table tent to put at your table and they'll bring the food to you. The cashier and waitress was so so kind and guided us through the decision making process. She had recommended their Philly cheesesteak (as one of their most popular items and said the "make your own potato" was pretty popular as well). We also ordered a sample three consisting of pulled pork, sausage, brisket. Sides of Mac and cheese and hush puppies. She said the other popular items were the piggies or burgers. The Philly cheesesteak was so so good, but we were disappointed with the sample 3 because the meat was cold *eek*. All in all, customer service was great but eating cold meat kind of dampened our experience.

We stopped by here for an early dinner after visiting the Lost Sea. The girls at the front counter were very friendly and patient while we figured out what we wanted. I got a piggy with chips and pulled pork and vinegar bbq sauce. My husband got brisket piggy over fries. Our order was brought out on a robot, guided by a server. My kids were thrilled to see the robot. The restaurant was small and cozy. All of our food was delicious! If I am in the area again, I will definitely stop by.

The ribs were great. Smoked and falling off the bone. The service was good. The restaurant was decorated cutely.

Brisket sandwich with bbq sauce and the small portion of Mac n cheese.

I stopped here today to try their bbq. I got the brisket sandwich, Mac n cheese and sweet tea. I tried the brisket by itself and it has no bark nor smokiness. It was bland. The Mac n cheese was bland. The tea was decent. The staff were super friendly at least. I won't return though. Flavor was a let down.

Front exterior of Bradley's Pit BBQ & Grill with plenty of free parking. Yes! They provide Catering services too.

Not worth your time and money. Brunswick stew was basically diluted water with a few things in it. Chicken was dry and not that good.

While you wait in the line, often much of the food becomes "sold out!" so definitely don't get your heart set on anything special you may want to order. I often want just a baked potato without any meat on it (just a simple baked potato) - but the youngsters running the place can't seem to sell me one without the meat! It's very frustrating honestly. Since I can't get my potato, I just order the mixed berry cobbler, which is outstanding but always fearful that it's not sold out by the time I get to the front of the line. The best thing about Smokin F BBQ is the ambiance of the live entertainment with both inside/outside seating, the longhorn cattle and the petting zoo.

Just have to say this as our friends that took us suggested we bring our boots. You just never know in July in TN! The young man that greeted us was very nice. It cost $2 per person to cover the guy singing and any soft drinks you want to drink. Coca-cola products! Got to love it! Anything else is BYOB. We got in line and figured out what we wanted to order after chatting with the couple in front of us and our friends. The young ladies at the serving "bar" explained the whole process. It's was all so good. Just need to go back to try everything else! One of the owners told my husband he liked his Detroit Red Wing's shirt! I thought they were from Texas but we will welcome more Red Wings fans! Honestly, you can't go wrong with any thing on their menu! Looking forward to our next dinner here!

Oh, and they only take cash so make sure you stop at the ATM before you drop by. When you are ready to order, push the green button. The server answered immediately and read back out order afterwards. Our food came out in about ten minutes. It was served in a bag with lots of ketchup packets as well as some salt packets. There was only one carhop and she was quite busy but greeted us with a smile and made sure we had all we needed. Unfortunately, both burgers were average at best. The double cheeseburger had two thin meat patties which had little to no taste. The veggies were fresh and crisp and the bun was fresh and soft, but the meat simply did not add anything to the sandwich. The Carl's Fat burger was no different. The meat patty was thicker but really did not have much taste. The curly fries and regular fries were pretty good. Both were hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. While they were certainly busy and seem to have a large local following, the burgers were a disappointment. This would be a place to stop for fries, and the milkshakes sounded delicious.
