Walked into five guys and automatically welcomed from the staff and management. The place was clean, fresh and a warm feeling made me comfortable. Staff cleaning the bathroom to asking customers how is everything and making sure the place stayed clean, safe and welcoming to everyone who comes in. The food was amazing the burger had seasoning some salt and pepper just a bit giving the American cheese time to shine bringing it all in and the bacon is the show stopper crispy and delicious bring it all together for an amazing burger. 9/10 The fries were delicious well seasoned and crispy and got extra in my bag like always coming to five guys. People are online saying it's a difference from the bags and the cups coming to the fries but it didn't affect the quality of the fires and that's all i care about. read more

I went to this location on 7/14/26 to try the Patty melted recently added to the menu. It took for ever to get my food. There was no ketchup and when I asked for ketchup the employee behind the counter just walked away. I drove all the way home ate half the burger when I realized they only gave me one patty when I ordered 2 patties. The manager would only cook me another patty or refund me instead of making me a new burger and was rude unapologetic and would not give me his name. I called the corporate line and waited 15 days for a response but nobody ever called me back. Small portion, no extra fries poor service , no customer service and not worth the money. I have been to Five Guys many times. I walked in and it was very busy. I ordered and received my food in about five minutes. I was surprised because it usually takes longer. The food was perfect. Crispy but juicy patties cooked perfectly and the fries were also flawless. While I was eating I watched the staff work through a pretty significant rush. They were dancing and laughing. Everyone looked like they were working as a team and genuinely liked each other and their job. When I finished eating the rush was over. Most of the restaurant had cleaned out. There were three employees working together cleaning everything up and within minutes the place looked spotless. I told them how impressed I was and they all cheered like they scored a touchdown. My wife and I stopped at Five Guys on Speedway for a quick bite. I must say the service and overall dining experience was next level. First, the fries... They cut their own from real potatoes you see in bags around the place. Nothing is pre-packaged frozen stuff. Only the real thing. I asked how they get them so crispy and with an inside like a baked potato. They said that they are twice fried. The first time to cook the inside at a lower temperature then a quick dip at a higher temp to get that crunch we all love. We ordered a small and it was served in a paper cup at the bottom of a well filled bag. "That's a small"??? More than enough to share. Next the burgers. I like my burgers on the pink side but their motto is "Well done and juicy" Okay... Yes, they were well done and yes, they were very juicy. No disappointment there. Digging into their history and operating procedures, I found that they only use a proprietary blend of chuck and sirloin custom ground for them in an 80/20 ratio of meat to fat, well known for the best burger. Once again, the meat is always fresh and never frozen and no fillers. I know that some people who may complain about everything say that the price is high but, if you want this kind of quality, the only other place you'll find a burger of this quality would be at a steakhouse. ...And, at an even higher price. Combined with the Coke "Freestye" machine, where you can custom mix anything you want, our total dining experience, from the friendly staff, spotless dining area and great food was extraordinary. Wow, love the way the burgers tasted, a little too big for us to eat at noon, so I brought 1/2 of my food home. Although the French Fries were super, super salty. For us to have 2 burgers, 2 drinks, and 1 small French Fry it was $36.+, just a little too much for 2 seniors citizens to spend to have lunch. If you have to feed 15 hungry guys to make sure they deliver the fastest race car possible at Daytona National Speedway (or whatever your event is) Five Guys seriously impressed me! You have to order a day ahead but it's absolutely worth it from the burgers which were awesome & individually wrapped in tinfoil so still warm when they arrived at track but the care they put into the fixings (even Simone cared enough to add a bottle of Malt Vinegar) just put cherry on top. We were on a little road trip for the 4th of July and got off the road in search of a burger for the kids. I drove past a number of fast food joints along the busy street and ended up at 5 Guys. First stop, the bathroom. Oh wait, they're being cleaned. Both of them out of order while one guy going back and forth cleans both. Bad idea, one of them at a time giving customers an option to wash their hands or go to the bathroom. The menu we found a bit confusing. When you have kids, use of the word little implies something for them since there isn't a separate kids menu. Wrong, that's the single patty burger vs the cheeseburger which is a double patty burger. We opted for 3 little burgers and 3 bottle waters and a bit surprised by the nearly $24 price tag. We waited for what seemed about 5 minutes for our burgers to cook. I did find the overall condition of the restaurant was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly as I forked over my dough. I watched the final assembly of our burgers as well as the wrapping and numbering of them that completed the process. One was labeled 1, the next 2 and the last one nothing. Made no sense since 2 were prepared the same and the other just meat and cheese. Anyway, I will say the burgers were well made and tasty as we ventured on and completed our road trip. However, today, when I got to the restaurant, I called to have them bring out my order. The employee answered and said "Hold please." After over 5 minutes, I hung up and called back only to immediately hear, "Hold please." I hung up and called back a third and fourth time. "Hold please." Every time. She would say it and place us on hold so fast, we could not even say that we were there for curbside. It happened to be raining this evening and I got out and went inside. No one apologized. I got the bacon cheeseburger double which is only a dollar more and it's so so worth it. You can pick any toppings you want on your burger for no additional charge. My friend got the bacon burger with no cheese and he was really impressed. I too, loved my cheeseburger so so much. Now, let's talk about their fries. They seem homemade and they taste delicious. 5 guys started skimping on the portions of the fries for starters, used to get a much greater amount... Came in tried ordering a special menu item being the double grilled cheeseburger (buns are basically a grilled cheese sandwich)... Cashier tells me we don't do that here? I ask if it's a only available at select locations and basically receive the same response... I look up at the menu board and see there's a grilled cheese available to order? I point that out. And get told we don't do that? All you have to do is a make a grilled cheese and slice it in the center and use it as a bun to please a customer! Customer service and serving the customer is a dying aspect of hospitality which is a big part of making or breaking a brand... On top of the disappointment my double cheeseburgers cheese was cold they just threw two American cheese slices at the end & didn't even melt it. Wish in n out was out here in the east coast! Burgers are good but not cheap. They give you tons of fries but I don't love them like some of the other reviewers do. The best thing about this place is that they have never ever gotten the order wrong. They even number the burgers in the order that you requested them so that when you sit down or get home you know exactly who gets what. The only thing that keeps me from going more often is the fact that they use chopped onion on the burgers. To me that's lazy and really hurts the taste. Overall...go, eat, enjoy! read more
