I think this is the worst McDonalds I've been to. I ordered ahead of time 10-15 minutes and it still took 15 minutes to get my luke warm food after. I went to this McDonald's around 9:15 a.m. today, because of the promotion for free breakfast all week for teachers. When I got there, I was told that the free breakfast only takes place "before school" (like, around 6 a.m.) I was then told that they would "still give me one" in a manner that made it clear they were making an exception for me. When I got home, I checked online and sure enough, the McDonald's website itself clearly states that teachers can come in and get their breakfast ANYTIME DURING BREAKFAST HOURS. Went to this restaurant to get ice cream for my wife an daughter. After waiting 10 minutes to get service they made us use the kiosk. The ice cream was sloppy and sticky. One night my friends and I went to this location at 7:45pm and ordered a shake and a McFlurry. As soon as we put our order in the manager loudly shouts to her co-workers, "Omg! He just ordered a chocolate shake on the kiosk!!" With lots of anger and attitude right in front of us. Then she repeats it and a worker from the kitchen comes and asks my boyfriend if he wants to order something else because it was an "inconvenience" for them to make a shake 3 hours before they close. Without giving him an option of seeing if he'd like to wait a longer amount of time for his shake, they list off a bunch of other cold drinks and convince him out of buying a shake. I just don't get why they would act like we're an inconvenience for buying a literal chocolate shake 3 hours before they close?? Also the disrespect of the manager to shout at the rest of her employees about how we were an inconvenience rather than respectfully talking to us like an adult. This place has gone downhill. This was the 4th time I ordered a large fry and there weren't even enough fries in the container to make a small fry. This was also after waiting 5 minutes and pulling in front. I normallly would have let it go, but as I mentioned, this was the 4th time in a row. (Last time I didn't even get one of the sandwiches I ordered and paid for). When I went inside to ask for more fries, I showed them the container that was clearly on the empty side, and the worker got defensive and didn't take responsibility or say sorry once. This McDonald's needs a staff make-over!. Several of the food preparers have long hair hanging in their faces that they continually brush back then continue preparing your food, one young girl yells at the "cooks" and then laughs very loudly, the place is needs to do something about all of the flies. Looking at the menu board and there were 7 flies attached to it...yuck!!! plus many buzzing around that you had to keep shooing away. After the remodel the seating inside is only a couple tables. Wow. Thats the one and only word that I need to say ( not in a good way). I went through through the drive thru with my girlfriend and got the absolute worst service/food that I have ever encountered at McDonalds or any fast food restaurant ever. I asked for a 6 piece chicken nuggets and when I got home I discovered that I got a carton full of cooked onions. This was a great surprise because I didn't order onions on my Nuggets. I went back through the drive thru and asked the swing manager, Katrina, why I got a carton full of onions. The response I got was that they put their cooked foods in cartons at the end of the night so they can clean their pans and somebody must have handed me "the wrong carton." I know that this is absolutely incorrect because I know there is a line of food service and they put their food up on the hot plate to be checked and bagged before a customer receives their food. My dad is very high up in McDonalds and I have worked in a McDonalds kitchen many times. I told Katrina this and she started shaking and stuttering over her words because she knew that she was in the wrong and trying to hide what her assistant manager, Cheyenne, did to us in the drive thru. The onions looked very delicious, but it was not what I ordered. I understand that drive thru employees at McDonalds have to deal with lots of things that they do not like, but that does not mean you have to put onions in place of their nuggets 5 minutes before closing. I have never encountered the blatant disrespect and character flaws at a franchise owned McDonalds ever. I hope that Matt, the franchise owner, finally addresses the horrific lack of training and integrity of the staff at this McDonalds. The food is always cold, soggy and subpar to what you'd expect in a trusted name like McDonalds. I am very disappointed in this visit and the last 10 visits to this particular franchise. read more
