Any time I travel and there is a Raising Cane's, I make it a point to stop if it's possible. I believe they have the best fried chicken tenders, they are consistent and that dipping sauce, don't get me started! Here is a little hint, ask for two pieces of bread instead of the coleslaw. I'm really not sure what the hype is about. I took my teenager there on day two of their grand opening, because he was excited about it and we both thought it was just okay. Not great but not bad. My wife and I stopped in for dinner last night. Everything is bright and shiny and the building and decor are brand new. The counter person was friendly and efficient. Our order was ready in a timely manner. My wife had a three piece tender combo and I had the tender sandwich. The food was hot and fresh and tasted fine, but was nothing special. Chicken tenders is really the only food choice, so if your really into tenders your good to go. Doesn't work for us beyond one visit. The music in the lobby was so loud we couldn't talk, they should tone it down. read more

Jokes on you if u use curbside mobile service. I placed my order online at 1035pm. Pulled up and notified I was there at 1040pm. Waited until 1109pm. Finally I called to ask about my order. Employee hung up on me before I could ask if my food was sitting. Food came out a minute later. I got home and it was cold and the toast was soggy. Melted in my hand. Called and spoke with the manager. I received a refund. I will never return. I threw the food in the garbage. read more

The drive-thru was crazy, but we parked and went to order inside and dine in. We were waited on right away. We ordered the "Caniac" to share and the wait was only a few minutes. It was plenty and was great! 6 chicken fingers (which are "real" chicken, as opposed to pressed/formed nuggets), fries, sauce, coleslaw, Texas Toast and a drink. The thing I love about Raising Cane's is that the chicken is always fresh and moist. I'm not a big "fry person," but Raising Cane's are really good crinkle-cut fries. Couple all that with their signature sauce, and it's definitely a winning combination! Even the iced tea is brewed and has great flavor! (And the Sweet Tea has just the right amount of cane sugar in it.) To top off our visit, we had an unexpected visit table-side visit by the manager, who asked us if there was anything that would make our experience better. The fries were a bit soggy, the bread was mushy and the coleslaw was, well, coleslaw. And on a side note, I have never had that much ice in a drink in my life! Looks like they are trying to save on Diet Coke, that was crazy. About 4 sips worth. I was looking forward to trying it, but now I don't see what the big fuss was all about. Parking is a nightmare because their drive through line setup blocks all the spots. So you have to park at Home Depot and walk over, or get it to go. The food itself, does not match the other raising cane places we've been to. The sauce is all wrong and same with the chicken tenders. If you order a fountain soda, they give you a cup filled with ice because their soda machine has no ice installed. Also in their parking lot they have pod storage and a freezer storage as part of their storage.. Overall the setup of this location sucks, the food isn't up to par.
