He was incredibly kind and attentive. What really impressed me was when he asked if I wanted honey on my bowl. At first, I thought, "Why wouldn't I?" but then he explained that they ask because some guests are vegan or avoid honey. That intentionality and respect for dietary needs really stood out to me.
