This MCD's have a play place!! That's good enough for 4 stars already!! Play place has plenty of seats, does NOT smell like feet or worst (diapers), and had actually more AC then the order area!! Legit! Also the soda fountain and napkin dispenser is outside of the counter. This means unlimited refills. But it also means self service. Not bad to. Food tasted normal. Fries, McFlurrys were good. Service slow. Check your order before leaving it tends to be wrong. They can't make a simple plain hamburger to save their life. Oh, it says hamburger let's add cheese. Oh it says plain lets put onions on it. They want the extra fries in the happy meal, nope. While I was in Delta, Utah I stopped off at this place because I wanted a Milkshake. There was quite an open parking lot from what I saw when walking through it. As I walked in I noticed that the inside of the place was quite clean. There was no line either. When I walked up to the counter the lady managing the register was super friendly. I ordered my drink and went back to the track. If I'm ever in the mood for fast food again when in this area I will definitely be sure to come back. read more

This McDonalds has been posting the American flag at half staff for close to six months now. I know there have been reasons during this time, but after the display date has passed the flag should be reposted to the proper position. The American flag is also torn at the top and should have been retired a long time ago. I am a veteran living in this town and it irritates me to see our flag being abused. The employees are majority Hispanic, so maybe they don't understand, but the owners are not and they should be aware of what is going on. I know the owner as my wife managed that store for several years before she died. Maybe if the Mexican flag was flown then the employees might care, but I don't see any respect for our country from that store. Peeps are harsh! When you see a McDonalds after miles of flatlands, it is like an oasis in the desert! (Literally!) Food: as expected. Consistent with other McD's experiences. Clean bathrooms! They do need to wipe down tables more frequently. Has a play place! read more

This is a standard stop for us on our travels. We always go inside and have had wonderful service. Maybe ordering and than using the restroom helps on the length of time for the food but it never feels like to much time. Even if it is longer I get more iced tea. Ok. First morning everything went OK. Second morning I asked for two coffees with cream and light sugar and got "5 sugars?" back through the intercom. - "No, light sugar." - "5 sugars?" - "Half a sugar." - "We can't do that." - "Ok, one sugar." Theyyyy messed up our order or just gave us the wrong order. It was pretty bad and it wasn't even half the amount of food that we ordered. So pretty disappointed. 0 stars I try to go get food after work and they say that they closed and hour ago. And then proceed to let there friends in to get food. Im done with their night crew bs. If you must go there go in the day. U may have to wait 30 minutes to get cold food but they will at least take your money and give u something to eat. read more

I ordered the bacon smokehouse burger meal (frys,drink) First the service for the drive through was non existent so i drove around parked and walked in to order . They took forever. At home i opened the bag and took a look at the burger sadly barley any scallions two slices of bacon and no sauce of any kind . The burger tasted dry and the fries were cold and old tasting . Terrible service. Missed an order and didn't believe we ordered. Went back through the computer to confirm. Waited an extra 10 minutes because of the managers mistake. Last time I had to wait an extra minute at a McDonalds in Provo I got a free pie. Burgers put together the most sloppy I've ever seen at a McDonalds. Strawberry shake was kinda strawberry top, followed by vanilla, followed by the Shamrock shake at the bottom that must have been left over from the last order. The food is good. The service is pretty good as well. But the hours of operation specifically opening hours, are not clear. Sometimes it is 6am, and sometimes it is 7am. The doors have the closing time on them, but the opening time is blank. Online it says 6am-11pm Mon -Sun. I tried the door at 6:20 and it was locked. I tried the drive thru and they said sorry closed until 7. This is frustrating. I wish this McDonald's would be more consistent with opening hours. read more
