Great food expertly packed and served. Halibut Burger is wonderful. We wish they were in Ephraim more often.

Every time I've come here, my order has been wrong. The waitresses have refused to fix the mistakes, refused to give me receipts, and worst of all -- one of them stole $20 from my card. I didn't notice until I got home because she flat-out wouldn't give me a receipt, and by then, it was too late to dispute it on the spot. That is theft, plain and simple. There's no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism. It doesn't feel like bad service -- it feels like a scam. No accountability, no transparency, and no interest in resolving anything. Just attitude and silence when you try to question what's going on. If this place had honest staff, it could be a hidden gem. But right now, it's not worth the risk -- good food means nothing if you leave feeling stolen from.

Let me start with the food is great! Now as for service and timely manner, that's where the 3 star…read morereview comes in. We were the only ones in line at the window and the employee served three cars in the drive thru before us (Those cars got there after we walked up to the window). It then took 15 minutes to serve us our food. We got our shake within the first three minutes of us ordering but 15 minutes for fast food when we are the only customers left seemed a bit much. Overall, I would recommend but make sure you go through the drive thru, even if there is multiple cars in front of you! Also they didn't have corn dogs :(

A Must-Stop on I-15! Do yourself a favor and stop at Arshel's Loaded Burgers in Beaver!…read more We ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and the bacon cheeseburger, and both were absolutely outstanding. The beef patties were juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in what they serve. The French fries deserve their own shout-out. They're made from real potatoes, skins and all, and cooked to crispy, golden perfection. They were the perfect complement to the burgers. The staff was incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere captures Utah at its best--comfortable, unpretentious, and with just the right touch of country charm. It's easy to see why this place has such a loyal following. Whether you're a local or just traveling through Beaver, Arshel's is absolutely worth the stop. We'll definitely be back!

Fries (shown with cheeseburger) didn't photograph well but they are made in house and SO GOOD!!! The peanut butter chocolate pie was not as heavy as it sounds. Sweet enough to scratch the itch, but it's a large size - perfect for sharing The staff is so friendly Plenty of parking Super Clean! Highly recommend

Hey this place is awesome. Great food, adequate portions, great service all at a very fair price…read more Our waitress kept my glass full and brought our food out promptly. The inside is nothing fancy but the seating is adequate and comfortable. The menu has a decent amount of variation so should be able to make anyone happy. I had the chicken tenders and they were really good. I am somewhat of an afficionado of the tender, and these were crispy, and flat, which is the best shape for a chicken tender. My wife had the Poboy and the shrimp were crispy, tender, and the bread was light, fluffy and a light, crispy crust. When we're back in Ephraim, we're coming here, so should you.
