Every other day they're ONLY ACCEPTING CASH. I've never seen a McDonald's who's system is down as much as theirs.They're always getting orders wrong or just plain not giving all of the food I ordered. Worst McDonald's. AND they only have mcmuffins on the everyday breakfast menu. read more

Well, I've gotta say, they've rarely done me wrong at this branch of the golden arches. They do an excellent business day and night so the worst of it might be the wait in the drive thru. They have generally been great about getting orders correct which is a big thumbs up, as many a fast food restaurant has struggled to get this simple concept. Witnessed a woman fall tonight at this McDonald's. Management didn't even come out to see if the lady was ok. The floor was wet and there were not any wet floor signs out. Right after she fell they hurried and put the signs out. Now that I know they truly don't care about their customers I will not be returning. Hopefully they figure out what manager was on I know it was a man with glasses. read more

This is in reference to Door Dash service. Their food was made really well & was still hot & fresh when delivered. The fries were filled to the top & the condiments on the burger/fish were placed perfectly. The price on some items were overly high which is why I didn't give this review a 5. I hope they keep doing whatever it is they did for my order before. I was quite impressed! read more

Super slow service, I was In drivethru which they have double drivethru it seemed they were only taking one side 3 cars that were behind me got to go ahead of me since they wouldn't acknowledge me in my lane. After ordering at the pay window the young man was reading back my order the was completely wrong and then he said no item actually right I was reading it wrong when I got my food of course the order was wrong I ordered Multiple it's plain but yet half of them came with random condiments on them. read more

Just left this McDonalds drive thru. Paid my bill. The employee did not verify my order but the cost was about the same as appeared on the screen. I paid cash. Pulled to the second window to pick up my order. Employee stated my order was NOT paid for. The receipt I was given belonged to someone else, but with approximately the same cost, like within a nickel. They asked to see my real receipt for what I had ordered. I was appalled. THIS was the receipt given to me and since it was dark I didnt verify its contents because the cost was the same. A woman manager went back to the first window to get a proof of receipt and stated I did NOT pay the full price for my order. Oh my gosh, I am steaming. I purchased 3 large cokes and two spicy chicken sandwiches. The chicken sandwiches were 2 for $3. This would make it $6.00 and then tax, which is what I paid. I gave the man $7.00 and was given a few coins back as change. I was embarrassed, I was furious. They gave me my order as if it was a gratuitous. ?? We know what happened here, the employee who takes the money at the first window screwed up and charged me for the car behind me. Which was about the same cost. When the second car pulled up, he most likely verified her order before charging her/him and DID not know what to do with the fact I basically just paid for hers and he left my order in limbo showing unpaid. (which I did) causing the humiliating scene at the pick up window. I even asked to speak to the employee from the first window and they said he cannot leave the window back there..Get it together McDonalds. This is incompetence to the extreme and what was meant to be a quick run for a snack was the worst customer service I think I have ever had. Truly ignorant. Managers did NOT know what to do other than accuse me of "getting a free meal" You all do not deserve higher wages, you need them reduced! Word to the wise, always, always verify the order ( at this moment there were only 3 of us in drive thru) and always get a receipt so you can prove your not mooching for handouts. truly embarrassing. read more

I can not even count how many times I've driven up to this location for a mcflurry only to have them tell me the machine is down. It's very inconvenient and has been going on for so long I finally had to come on here and leave a review. I think it's a little bit ridiculous nearly every time I go I'm told I cannot get a mcflurry, I would say 8/10 times. I've been told multiple things each time and frankly I don't know if they're being honest or just lazy but I will not be returning to this location again. read more

Today we purchased catering for breakfast for a service meeting at work. This was the first time using the catering with McDonalds. I must say after placing the order on the phone I was a little skeptical because there was so much background noise I felt they weren't able to hear me. She put me on hold and someone else picked up and continued to take the order in a more quiet setting (assuming a managers office). I asked that the large order be ready at 6:15. The order consisted of quantity 2 of the Unite for Breakfast and 1 of the Morning Wake Up, box of coffee, and half gallon OJ. I was HIGHLY impressed with not only the promptness but the professionalism when picking up the order. Everything was ready, presentation was perfect, and they helped carry the catering to my vehicle. We have service meetings at least once a month and I know we will be doing this again. There was a room of satisfied employees during the meeting. The only complaint if I had to complaint is the 1/2 gallon of OJ was $8.00. Next time we will probably get that at the grocery store. Other than that, the rest of the pricing was completely reasonable. We will be placing another order in the near future. read more

Everytime I go to this location they mess up my order. One time I had hair in my steak bagel for breakfast, another time they forgot my fries, and then another time they gave me a really cold burger. I always swear I won't go back and end up swinging through in a rush when I am pressed for time and I am disappointed every single time. read more
