Prices have become outrageous! We have been patrons since before they moved to current location. Tonight was the last straw. Couldn't order our usual bc its now "online only" and equivalent was MORE than a tank of gas and a filled jerry can! We are done. No wonder they have reduced hours now. read more

Do yourself a favor and make your own!! This was an absolute rip off. I paid $14.99 for a lasagna dinner which was intended to be for a child. I have pretty small hands and the slice was smaller than my palm! The lasagna pasta was under cooked and most of it was stuck to the aluminum plate. It tasted like it had cat food in it. The "garlic cheese bread was soggy, oily nasty bread which had an up charge of $2.50 on top of the $14.99. I paid for almost no food that tasted rancid. Forgot to take a picture of the pizza but the cheese pizza tasted days old and like it was drenched in old oil. On top of The lady with The Who gives a crap attitude from the lady working that day, I would say STAY AWAY! Save your money or better yet, the frozen food section has a better tasting lasagna. Buffalo wings were pretty good. I ordered a 20" cheese pizza, it was huge!! So greasy though, but it did remind me of the $0.99 pizza slices in NY. The garlic knots were delicious, they tasted home made. I ordered for delivery and it arrived super fast, the driver was friendly and respectful. I'll have to try dine in next time. read more

Where do I even begin? Sometimes I believe the next-door app when people say it's good again! I've learned my lesson- sure the food is big but it's absolutely tasteless and the smallest amount of things inside. It's just undesirable for the amount of money they're charging for certain things. Also be very careful because when you get it delivered, it's coming through a separate entity so you're paying six dollars for the delivery and then you're tipping the driver & we live around the corner like 2 min. There's no letting you know that in the transaction. I just can't.... $79 out the window. I almost wanted to dispute it. It was so bad, a piece of lasagna 17.99. It wasn't even the size of two credit cards if I would've known that I would've never. The Stromboli was huge. I thought it was gonna be awesome. I would say almost half of it was just dough with some tiny pieces of ham the size of babies fingernails in it. Dipping sauce was cold and tasteless so disappointing. I ordered the garlic rolls to have while eating our salads. 4 garlic rolls came out first with cold tomato sauce for dipping. A few minutes later they brought out 6 more garlic rolls and at that moment is when the waitress says..."oh, you get 4 garlic rolls for every table free". I should've told you when you ordered them. Duh! I was dumbfounded over this. Then we ordered a pizza with mushrooms 14" and we wanted it cooked lightly with no burn on the crust. It did come out exactly like we asked. But, our friends ordered a supreme pizza and it came with raw peppers and onions on top. The pizzas needs a little bit more sauce, too. We've traveled 40 minutes to go here many times. I absolutely hated dealing with the lady on the phone. Her voice, her attitude, her lack of ability to provide proper customer service. You know when you're trying to work out some issue with like your cellphone bill and you're trying to be nice with the person on the other end but they're clearly incompetent, so you just say sorry, hang up and call again in hopes that someone else would pick up the phone. If it were an option, and she wasn't the only one there picking up the phone, I would have hung up in about 45sec. You all also may want to invest in noise cancelling phones! She couldn't hear me and all I heard was static from her phone and all the business of the restaurant. read more

Incredible food --New location 1.5 miles from old building. We went to the old location based on the yelp address and found an empty building. A quick call to the restaurant fixed that issue. The new location has inside dining with 10 tables. See corrected address on menu I provided. There are few food options in the Sorento area so we decided to take a chance. This place far exceeded our expectations. The owner (Peter ?)personally greeted us and from the accent was clearly an NYC transplant. Friendly and passionate about good Italian food. We had 2 couples in our group. He warned us that serving sizes are very large so we shared and ordered a Calzone, Stromboli, Greek Salad, Chef Salad, and Garlic Knots. What can I say--Homemade dough, homemade sauce, huge portions that were perfectly cooked. Everyone in the group raved about the food. With them is a hit or miss situation. This past week I used their online system to order for delivery. The first time it worked great and pizza was good. The second time it was a disaster! Although I got an email confirmation for delivery the pizza never arrived and when I called they said it was pick-up... no it wasn't. After a couple of calls and not so great approach from the person on the phone and almost an extra hour of wait, my pizza was delivered and the cheese pizza was burned and dry. Terrible! The only thing I appreciate is the delivery person who did the best he could and apologized for everything. I've had other hit or miss situations with them but I always give them a chance, but I think no more chances for them. Loosing my business might not be important for them but if they keep repeating these mistakes with more people, it will be a burden at some point. read more

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza, 15 wings, and a two liter for $27.80 with tax (before tip), pick-up/carryout. Overall great value and the food was good. Staff was very polite and friendly. The third-party website they use for online orders was decent except for a typo (incorrectly showed 10 wings instead of 15 at checkout; had to call location to confirm quantity). Food was prepared quickly on a weeknight. The wings were really good sized and cooked well. The New York style pizza crust was nice and soft, not too crispy or chewy. For the $2 upcharge fee I wish I would have received more pepperonis. The oil that they fried the wings in could probably use a change and the "hot buffalo" style sauce on the wings wasn't very flavorful. Overall great experience. I will go back for sure. read more

We placed an online order for pick up. Shortly after I received a phone call from them saying they were out of something I ordered, I accepted an alternative item . My bank account was charged and when we arrived to pick up our order no one would answer the door even turned off a light, no one answered the phone. They were still open according to there hours and to the email we received about the order! Stay away ! Waited over an hour for our order. Got a burnt pizza. The owner seemed like he was concerned about our order but I guess his staff was definitely not on point. We ordered from here last night for the first time. We had a cheese pizza, a pepperoni, sausage and mushroom pizza, mozerella sticks and garlic knots. The pizza was fantastic. Thin crust under the toppings but soft fluffy crust at the end perfect for dipping. The mozzarella sticks were good and even though they were fried, they were still crisp on arrival. The garlic knots were great. I would have liked a bit more garlic but I think everything needs more garlic. Our food was delivered on time and the driver was nice. They delivered outside of their 5 mile radius for us and our food was still hot on arrival. I will 100% order from here again very soon. read more
