This was the first time I been to a Hardee's and I am glad I went. First walking inside I noticed a very clean new looking restaurant. I was greeted immediately by the cashier . I ordered the Number One combo which was a cheeseburger fries and a drink got around $10. The same person who took my order brought it to my table which some ketchup packets for my fries. My burger was excellent and the fries were hot. Overall I enjoyed my meal and the service and can't wait to return. read more

We gave this place a try for breakfast because our other place we go to closed. The drive-thur was quick. Once we received our order everything was fresh, hot and as ordered. That's a plus in out book. The outside of the building was very clean and nice. The drive-thur staff was very friendly and nice. Location is a little our of our way but still not that bad. We will be back here again and might add this as a early morning motorcycle ride for breakfast run. read more

Been here twice in the last month. Once for breakfast except apparently they closed the drive-thru around 10:15 so they didn't have to serve breakfast anymore. The second time was today. I couldn't hear the person through the drive-thru speaker. I ordered their featured Carolina Gold Chicken Sandwich and a Diet Dr. Pepper. When I got up to the window the worker attempted to confirm my order, however she was having trouble speaking. She seemed very disoriented. I just repeated my order and had to correct her again that I wanted a diet Dr Pepper and not a Diet Coke. I have no idea what kind of chicken sandwich they gave me but it definitely was NOT the one I ordered. Beware. Check your orders. Or visit another location. read more

This place is a few minutes from my house, I come here quite a lot for breakfast and lunch. The staff here have always been really nice to me and sometimes recognized me for coming so often. I mainly pick my food up through the drive thru and I've eaten inside maybe once. The drive thru goes pretty quick and there's usually not many people waiting in line. I had the Frisco Breakfast Sandwich today, it is so good. Doesn't leave me feeling horrible after either like most fast food places. My favorite breakfast item from them has to be the Chicken Biscuit though. Their chicken is so crispy and the biscuits are better than every other fast food place. For a while I was getting one every morning. Any of the fried chicken items are amazing. Their burgers are really good too, again better than any other fast food place. My favorite is the Super Star with cheese. French fries are perfect. The only complaint I have is sometimes the breakfast items with eggs are a bit greasy. However I think this is the best fast food restaurant around quality and taste wise. To be honest their burgers are better than some restaurants. In all I really like this place and I do recommend it. Definitely try one of the burgers or the Chicken Biscuit, those are my go to. It is fast food and they have been short staffed but I've never had a negative customer service experience here. read more

So I tried the app and had issues so I'll definitely order at the drive thru next time but the food was great. It's a little pricy for fast food but I definitely disagree with all these bad reviews. The gentleman who let me know they couldn't see my order via the app kindly threw in a boo berry pie for the inconvenience. Service was friendly and it was a quiet location so it was a stress free experience even with the app hiccup. Will always choose this over the McDonald's. Extremely weird and atrocious customer service. They always have a sign up asking for money but for a different cause. The first time I donate but every couple months it is a different sign. DO NOT GO HERE FOR "FOOD"! I should have known when the parking lot was empty what the quality of the food would be... terrible. There was about six employees standing around doing nothing. And me the only customer. I ordered the $2.99 burger and made it a small meal. This bag of garbage was $7.12 after taxes. After waiting 20 minutes to get my food, I received stale buns, hard cold fries, no condiments, and a half assed "sorry it took so long". All the employees were thinking about was when they could leave for the day. SHAME ON YOU Hardeez. No wonder it seems like you are going out of business. Last place I used my card beforehand was this Hardee's. I love the food at Hardee's. They have great thick burgers and chicken. We used to have to drive to Sanford or wait until I was working close to the Sanford location to get Hardee's. Now we have a new location right here in Deltona and only a few minutes from my house. I have been through the drive thru about half a dozen times, dined inside several times and got carry out from the counter at least a dozen times. My wife loves the thick burgers and onion rings. Just tried the Mocha shake and love it too. The service has been good so far. Some of the cashiers are new and just learning about customer service but they have all been polite and friendly so far! The restaurant and grounds have always been clean and inviting. My orders have been exactly as I ordered and the food was great. On one occasion, the onion rings we got in the drive thru were not hot when we got home but overall I think they are doing great! read more

The district manager needs to be fired. I visited the drive thru and i was missing an item in my order. I first called the store to let them know and the old fart told me to come back and they would give it to. It was only about 3 minutes since I had left the store. When I returned the cashier name Holly looked at me as if I was lying. Then the old fart district manager comes to the window and ask for my receipt so she gave me the missing item but not before she stated that she knew she put it in the bag the first time. She actually accused me of lying and basically stealing. The 3 dollar item was the cheapest thing I ordered and I returned for that...smh. she don't deserve to be a district manager accusing customers of something that was definitely not true. I think it's time for the witch to be replaced with someone more professional and courteous. For lunch, after being told they were waiting on my burger, it came out cold, 1/2 full container of small french fries that were also cold and no napkins or straw for my drink. Both breakfast orders were wrong. The platter was missing the biscuit for the gravy and came with an ity bity sliver of ham. The 2nd time, the hash rounds were cold and greasy.
