It's McDonalds. So, never expect much. It's fast food. Our orders have been so bad lately we have stopped going. Buns are always stale. Their French fries used to be my favorite. Now they are either old and cold or undercooked and unsalted. The burgers they slap together are a joke. How hard is it to separate the pickles? You might get a blob on one side of your burger. Same with the cheese. Put it on the actual patty. It's usually hanging off one side. The meat taste old. Bring back my old McDonalds please! It was a guilty pleasure but, there is nothing pleasurable about having to reassemble the mess. The fries are a huge disappointment. I sincerely hope they go back to frying them in beef tallow again. Yes, it is healthier than the chemical oil they now fry their food in. Do better McDonald's...Do better. read more

After reading other reviews, thought I would give this place a modest amount of love. The place was clean, the service diligent and friendly, and the food about what I would expect from McD. It has a Playplace which the toddlers in our group and their responsible adults appreciated. read more

Denison's beautiful, brand new McDonald's is now open! The two-car drive-thru is spacious, the parking lot has plenty of spaces and the inside is clean and inviting. Rich colors, different seating options (from stools, tables & booths) and a three-story Play Space for kids. After 30+ years, this was definitely needed! read more

Pull and the black girl takes order. Screen says $8.08 pull up to window. She says $8.75. Gives no receipt or offers one. Then has the gaul to ask if i want my change. Pull up to the second window. They tell me to pull off to the side and wait. After 20 mins and a dozen cars coming and going. I flag one of the girls that is walking up taking the orders to the 5th car that has pulled up and gotten there order now. Mind you it's a chicken sandwich combo the cheesy one. She acts like she has no clue. I get out walk up to the window. I ask the Young Mexican guy whats up? He tells me oh chicken sandwiches take 5 mins extra. Ok no prob. What's your excuses for the other 20 mins i've been waiting. He tells me you have not been waiting that long! Wth!? I 'm not talking 5 or 10 mins! I was literally there for 25 mins. All of a sudden a lady comes out with my "order". Should have checked it before i left but just wanted to leave. After i had to get out and go ask for ketchup napkins salt and pepper. Get home and what do you know. It's a piece of soggy chick on a bun. Not anything like i ordered whats so ever! This place is a joke the people that work there are just some young punks that are scamming customers and not wanting to do anything. If that girl is taxing every driver .50/.75 on every car. She has a decent lil hustle going. I wonder what corporate thinks about her cottage industry she has going? I wonder if they reach that @ McD's Univ?!? Moral of this story i knew better then going to McD's but thought it would be quick. Totally my fault! Kids pay attention in school when your teachers tell you that your going to end up flipping burgers...This is what all those kids turned out to be...It happens. This location is genuinely the worst. Ever since the remodel, they have NEVER gotten my order correct. Not once. It's sad to say that people sound like broken records for saying their order isn't right, but IT'S TRUE! Like, how hard is it to do your job properly? I have sworn off McDonalds overall for health reasons. I eat it maybe twice a year. Maybe... But I won't return to this location. Charging me extra for the wrong items. The manager wouldn't let me buy water. I askes to purchase a large cup of water and he said no. He told me i could only have enough water to fill a tiny clear water cup. I said i have 20 dollars. I had no problems with it or anything u til this morning, I get up and drive there and order my food this morning about 4:30 the woman who took my order (no name tag anywhere to be seen) was VERY rude and snobby (not a great way to start the day) she proceeds to hand me my drinks and one of the Lids was halfway off and she just stared at it and let it go didn't try to fix it or anything, THEN we pull up to the next window get our food and carry on our way ( with our good moods ruined thanks to her attitude) get to the edge of the parking lot and noticed there was No receipt AND they missed some food, I'm thinking "it's fine , I'll call and let them know not make a big deal out of it" then I called and let it ring for 2 minutes straight .. no pick up and now it's 3:18 pm I've called 4 times and very pissed off because no one has answered once and I'm going up there now. read more

This Mc Donald's in Denison is just awful. Today I gave this place one last chance after 4 really bad visits. Ordered a chicken sandwich and 6 smoky chicken tenders. Food came out in a few minutes. Tenders were cold so I asked for fresh ones. 15 minutes more and no tenders. I asked at the counter what the holdup was and she said they sent them to the table 5 minutes ago. I told her that I didn't get them. After some discussion with the staff they determined that they were sent to the wrong table. 5 minutes later they brought me some half cooked tenders drowning in sauce. Took one bite and threw them in the garbage. Never going again. I'm done with Denisons Micky Ds. read more

Fast service (drive thru). The manager here should run all the McDonald's! Food is hot and taste like it should.

This place is a train wreck. We went thru the drive thru and we got the wrong order, so we went back to tell the employee that it was wrong and she had the biggest attitude ever! Worst McDonalds you will ever visit. The employees are lazy and rude, the food is cold and old. I was shorted $5 in the drive-thru but was told I couldn't get my $5 because they counted the drawer and it was $20 short. So I walked away missing $5 and nothing to show for it. If you just have to have McDonalds it will be well worth the drive to go to the Sherman location where everyone is professional, the burgers are wrapped inside the boxes like they're supposed to be, and you will have a better overall experience. read more

Mcdonalds isn't perfect. But no fast food place is. But they do try their best. I have been here many times and I love the food. I saw SABRINA take out her phone and lay it next to the scanner when I gave her my credit card. I new exactly what she was doing! I confronted her and she just said her phone was uncomfortable. I pitched a fit. Called corporate when I got home. Called police! MY CARD WAS COMPROMISED THE VERY NEXT DAY. I eventually talked to the lame manager who said he watched security camera and didn't see her "take a picture with her phone" Of course not, it's an APP, you dunce.
