I ordered a Sausage McMuffin with egg and Pancakes and sausage. I also asked for pepper and extra butter. What I received, along with the entrees, was the extra butter but NO PEPPER and they did not give me any SYRUP for the pancakes! I also received 7 packages of Ketchup!!!!! Why????? Not the nicest service... My friend was taking me to the airport when I decided I wanted to stop for McDonald's. Way cheaper to bring it in the airport then pay for it there right?!? Well little did we know we would be treated so poorly! My friend pulled into the drive thru, no one was behind us. I placed my order and then my friend looked at the menu. She didn't know what she wanted just yet so we asked for one minute. Again, no one behind. 5 seconds later the employee comes back on the mic and says, "are you ready yet?!? I got a line!" Again, no one behind us and the inside was closed. We were a little agitated and said, "just give us a moment please." She left her microphone one and we hear her say, "Hey this car is complaining! I'm gonna need a manager!" And we were so taken back that we just said, "10 piece nugget please!" She then told us to pull forward and have the money ready. Today i went through the drive through and ordered a simple chicken sandwich. i get to the window and they ask me to pull off and they will bring it out to me. odd since it was a single chicken sandwich. Waiting for my food for 30 min, they say when you order on the kiosk they will deliver the food to your table well they didn't, or if they did they didn't look right and look for the table number, after waiting I went to look for my food , my order was on the back counter cold. Free Dirty Water Car Washes As a daily visitor to this location, it puzzles me why they chose to clean the drive thu lanes with a high pressure washer right at the time of the peak breakfast period. This pressure washer guy comes within feet of your car blasting it with dirty pavement water. I have complained several times about this and no response from management. The guy running the power washer is bound and determined to clean the areas no matter where the cars are. Today he walked right out in front of me when I was feet away from the order speaker and started cleaning forcing me to wait 5 minutes before he was done. This guy shows no care or concern about any of the customers, just his cleaning. In another photo in an empty parking row he chooses to start cleaning a foot away from a car with a customer eating in it and blast the vehicle with dirty water. Totally unacceptable McDonalds! The staff inside the restaurant is great but the daily blast of water makes me want to go elsewhere. I am giving one star so perhaps management will think a bit more about the timing of this cleaning session. How about 2am? read more

McDonald's has a policy on how orders are supposed to be packed, when it comes to delivery. Breakfast platters, need to be bagged separately, because of how large they are. When ordering extra sausage or bacon on these platters, it should go on the platter and not in a nugget box or an extra platter. That's your inventory. Condiments and napkins are supposed to be put in a PLASTIC CONDIMENT BAG and placed in the paper bag with the breakfast platters. For an item like a breakfast sandwich, and two hashbrowns, an A bag should be used, not a B bag. I'm tired of having food, delivered from this McDonald's and stuff just thrown in bags. This McDonald's is the best my wife and I have ever experienced since the late 1960's/70s We used to travel through out the states before we retired/lost our jobs because of COVID and we would chuckle when going to a McDonald's in other states because they couldn't touch the level of quality of this McDonald's. The absolute worst McDonald's we ever experienced was in Omaha, Nebraska. The food there was lukewarm especially the French fries and the restaurant wasn't clean nor the parking lot nor were they busy... The Yampa restaurant in Denver is always clean especially when it's busy in fact we'd notice how the workers would always clean the tables and floors instantly and the restrooms shining clean which is kinda rare to see. My opinion is corporate McDonald's should use this McDonald's as their example of service throughout the country/world. It's a privilege to patronize this location and not a entitlement. This is possibly the worst McDonalds in all of Denver. I have given this place all the re-tries I can handle. I even fill out the receipt surveys and request that someone contacts me and no one has ever reached out to me. I have dined in and my order is wrong and I have used drive through and my order is wrong. One time when I was in a hurry in the morning I ordered a breakfast combo meal, the only thing right with the order was the hashbrown. So it is obvious that no one cares about the service their employees are handing out as long as the employees are receiving what I assume is $15 an hour to do everything wrong. Their sweet tea is either on the verge of bacteria filled sludge or induced diabetic coma. Is it that hard to clean the machine or device a simple formula? I mean chic-fil-la's tea always tastes the same, they deserve the $15 per hour. read more

Well the AC is never on. It's super hot and musty in play area. The manager stated she was not allowed to move anything on the AC. Food is never ready, constantly asked to park in the 1-3 parking spaces . The waiting spaces are always packed which tells me they didn't get their food either.
