Always get order wrong, and when we go back through the drive thru to get it fixed we wait 20-30 minutes and they dont bring the food out.

Once again, this McDonalds got our order wrong. This has been a consistent issue. We order at the drive thru. Only go here because kids like it. Went during lunch on Friday, drive thru was packed!!! Was sent to park by door as my order was going to take a while. After getting my food my drink was empty, I got the wrong salad. I went inside and what happen to be a manager a lady did not apologize, acknowledge a mistake only takes my salad and cup back. Gives me a salad with a lid melted all my salad was all over the bag because of course it did not close. I was told to fill out my own cup at the drink area. Wow the worst McDonalds Ever!! For Real a Review on McDonald's what can you say that hasn't been said! They opened up in my Hood recently and this is a nice McD's cool play area, video screens with some of the games and the standard human sized hamster tubes! I am a Fan of the coffee and for the Java snobs on the train, I rock my McDs premium roast coffee cup with Pride! This is a decent cup of Joe for under $2 and they put in the cream and splenda for you! I know they fry up the fries in some specially addictive fat, and they soak the fries in some secret concoction of sugar and crack! But sometimes the fries are just that damn good! Insert Tyrone Biggums here! McD's can tell me over and over again that they are 100 % beef patties on multi million dollar advertising campaigns! But common sense tells me different and I don't care! Occasionally I splurge and get the old classic Big Mac which all of sudden its like $3.50! Usually its the dollar menu because about the best thing they have is the $1 double cheese burger, why cause its nasty and if your eating here stop fronting and acting like these are actually burgers! Get the $1 double cheese burger with its 2 questionable patties, 2 slices of processed cheese, some onions, pickles and the squirts of ketchup and mustard! They rolled out this McCafe thing here and make a decent latte at a decent price! Also the iced coffees will do in a pinch! The thing that really has me irked with McD's is that they totally ripped off Chic-Fil-A and now offer a Southern Fried Chicken sandwich! Chic-Fil-A's is better but this is actually pretty darn good, that's not that part that has me all irked though! Its that in a spot when we are running late McD's was a decent stand by to scoop up a couple Spicy Chickens at $1 each! Well now there's this $3 Southern Chicken and now my little princess want those instead of the Spicy Chickens. So now when I run through here my bill has went from under $10 to over $20! Honestly not a huge fan of McD's but its serves its roll well and this store does a nice job its always adequately staffed, they are courteous and its conveniently located on my way home from the girls practice. I went through the drive-through around 10:00 PM. And ordered a grilled chicken salad with extra dressing. That's all I ordered. They were fairly busy, and the service was surprisingly fast but I was told to pull forward and wait for an associate to bring my food out. Three minutes later the associate comes out tells me to have a good night and before she walks away I asked her if there was extra salad dressing in the bag. She looks at me and says yes, have a good night. I look in the bag the top isn't secured on tightly and there wasn't any extra salad dressing and they also put a combination of grilled and crispy chicken on my salad. How hard is it to make a grilled chicken salad and include an extra packet of salad dressing. This is why I hate coming to this location. I just wanted a simple salad. I'll wait until Monday to get quality customer service from another fast food restaurant. read more

This McDonald's is terrible . The black lady that does night shifts seems like she's high sometimes , she always messes up orders and gives a lot of attitude. I literally drive to McDonald's further up the road when she works just so I don't have to deal with her. I have a couple friends that used to work there during the night and even they admitted that she comes in high to work and gives attitude towards customers and even her own co workers. I hope she gets fired or given some sort of punishment. all other employees are great , it's just this particular lady that ruins it. read more

This location (Green Valley Ranch) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to rectify a situation and they really made my day. Diane, the general manager, was really helpful and understanding. I will definitely be coming back. This location is either new or was recently remodeled--it's brand new. The facility is really clean, the seating is comfortable, the people who work here are always smiling. I don't feel like I'm a burden when I come in to grab a snack, which is a nice change of pace. My daughter loves the indoor "PlayPlace" at this location as well. Although it is a little out of my way, I make a point to come to this McDonald's if I'm getting fast food. read more

Ordered a Big Mac combo, roommate ordered a #1.... neither of our cokes had ice and were just over 3/4 full, fries cold and soggy, no salt on them and best of all my Big Mac had NOTHING between the top and middle bun! They were managers his name was axel not sure what the woman's name was) they literally would refuse to help me until another one of the employees came and let them know I needed a refund, it was literally the most stressful and frustrating thing i have ever had to deal with and i will never return to this location they do not deserve the amount of customers they receive when they can't at least attempt to help their customers when THEY MAKE A MISTAKE! read more

Stopped by recently after work. The drive thru line was going out of the parking lot and nearly all the parking spaces were full. Come one now this is a McDonald's. Got a parking spot and went in, and the place was packed... Still I don't know what the excitement was about this McDonald's but it was extremely busy. One of the better run restaurants in the area! It is amazing you can be in their drive through with 10 cars in front of you and be out in 5 min. They are quick and 9 times out of 10 don't screw up your order. The staff is very friendly and actually cares which is rare in a fast food location. read more

Went there Sunday May 13, 2018 about 8:30. Some machine was down so they pulled every one's ticket and just called numbers. Really if you have my ticket how do I know if it is my food you just bagged???? I paid for a parfait and when I was handed my food I asked where it was and guess what, they were out. Try getting your money back. Manager was very proud of the fact that this old WHITE woman didn't get the food she had paid for. Nice way to fix your bottom line. Horrible customer service! I went through the drive thru and they had me pull in to one of the reserved spots to wait for my food. Two different employees came to my car with other customers food. After 10 minutes they come out to ask me for my receipt to make my food. They come back out with my food and my order was still wrong. This place sucks!!! The only reason I continue to keep coming back is because its right by my house. My order is always wrong. And when I went there 2 weeks ago I ordered at the drive thru, was asked to pull over and my order would be delivered. I sat there for 20 mins. Then had to go through the drive thru again to ask where my stuff was. Then had to wait another 10 mins! It was absolutely horrible. I just wanted to get my kids some food real quick after school... Service at this location has drastically improved since my initial review. They still aren't perfect, but their accuracy is far better than it was in the past. Their mistake rate is now down to around 5%. Not great, but about par for the fast food course these days. read more

Refuses to give out receipts if you pay cash. Argued with me about change (shorted me $3), and didn't give me any of the hash browns that I ordered.
