Drive-thru employee uselessly wore a mask below his nose, then actually took it off to talk to me.

Worst customer service ever. Went through drive thru this afternoon. Ordered 2 orders of 10 pieces chicken nuggets. I asked for 8 chicken plain honey only to be told that they'll have to charge me for honey coz they only show 2 honey for each order of 10 nuggets. So I asked since when did they start doing that coz I've been to this location and other postings and never been told this before. The last quickly said it's always been like that and I'm just doing what I'm told (rudely) So I asked for the new total and she told me the same price and told me I didn't have to be rude after questioning her. Got to the window and they gave me 2 honey and 2 honey mustard. I asked for more honey and what a coincidence, they're out of honey I wanted to return my order, but didn't want to inconvenience any other customers. Instead, this 7 months pregnant lady drove home balling her eyes out. 5th McDonald's that I will not be returning to. And to think that the person that took my order was pregnant as well. Shame on her!!!! I hope she never get treated the way she treated me today. I wish they let you give 0 stars. The only time they will get your order correct is when you order from the counter and watch them like a hawk. Their attention to detail is terrible. I started to use the mobile application thinking a written request would be better. Wrong! They screw those up too. This time they forgot a 10-piece nuggets order. Went through the drive thru today around 235pm. Ordered a #6 meal, which is a 10 piece chicken McNuggets with medium fry and medium soda. Also ordered a hot fudge sundae. When I arrived at home I noticed the worker forgot my fry. I called to get a refund but the lady said I have to go back to the location to get my money back. Really? I used a credit card, just refund my money! I will return to this location for my money but will never order from there again! read more

Why do they even have a drive thru when everyone is forced to pull into a spot and wait for your food.

I do understand this is a fast food restaurant and service should not be incredible. However, we didn't even receive what we ordered! Ordered a 2 burrito meal and got 1 burrito. This McDonald's is awesome. They have new management that has completely turned the place around. I do wish that they'd get my drive through order right more often than they do, but they are usually super nice about correcting the order. They've also replaced the play place and remodeled. The inside is beautiful and always clean. Great rehaul of the whole place top from bottom. Everyone working there is so happy. read more

We went through the drive thru and there wasn't any cars and we told them we had a long order and the guy taking our order was very rude he went to go get his manager and him and his manager started talking about us in Spanish and he started pouting and when we asked to pay with apple pay gave us a attitude and then we asked him to cancel our order and him and his manager started giving us dirty looks and shouting at us . This McDonald's has to be the WORST!! I have ever been to in my 14 years on this earth. My brother and I walked there to get something to eat for breakfast and when we got there we went to order our food. We were greeted with rude and disrespectful employees. When we started to order the cashier didn't even say "how can I help you". She just stared at us and not even five seconds into ordering our food she turned away and started speaking to another employee while completely ignoring us. When she finally looked back at us to take our order we couldn't even understand what she was saying. She was using a mixture of Spanish and English while slurring all of what she was saying so we had no idea what was coming out of her mouth. Then we sat down to wait for our food. The only reason this has one star is because our food was ready thirty seconds after we ordered and you can't go any lower than one star on this. Also the food we ordered was two things of pancakes and one with sausage, so that probably is the reason why it was so fast. After we got our food we went back to the hotel we were staying at and when we got in our room we opened the bag with our food in it. We were shocked to find how little effort and time was used to prepare our food. The first thing we saw was the sausage we ordered wasn't even in one of the containers. It was laying at the bottom of the bag which had specks of unknown things that could have been grass, styrofoam, plastic, and etc.. We also saw that they didn't give us napkins. Then we looked up the rating of that McDonald's and it was one to two stars. We read the reviews and we were shocked by what we saw. The worst review I saw was that one person said he found PUBIC hair in his food!!!! Pubic hair! Are you serious! That is the worst thing I have ever heard someone find in their food other that a used tampon. He also found styrofoam floating in his coffee. I hope that guy took them to court. It is also expensive. For those two things of pancakes and one sausage it cost us $7.86. The only reason they're still open is because it is convenient for people to get food there while going to work and stuff. Even though they know how bad they are they still go there because it is not out of the way of where they are going. This is possibly the worst McDonald's ever. I have let a lot of their crap pass simply because it is McDonald's. From the one time I was told that they were closed (this is a 24 hour drive thru location) to the time I had to listen to the late night manager complain about how he had to check the food to make sure it was still "good" and how I would appreciate it when I didn't get salmonella. To the time they lied and told me that they were closed for an hour because they just took down their systems down between 3-4 (how ironic I was there the same time the night before). But this time was really too much. We drove up to the drive through where we just saw someone go through and get their food. We come up for our turn at the drive thru and they completely ignore us. All the lights are on they literally served someone not 2 minutes before us. Nobody said anything. 3 employee cars in the parking lot. We pull up to the window and they were hiding in the back!!! If I wasn't here at least once or twice a week I would call it a fluke but whomever works nights is really pulling the wool over on McDonald's eyes for doing as little as possible between 2:30-4:30 and getting paid for it!!! If they are going to be open 24/hrs in the drive thru then get some people who are willing to work!! Holy cow they should be fired for doing NOTHING and getting paid!!!
