"Welcome" is what the sign says but this place is anything but welcoming. The front of house person was annoyed when they didn't deliver any condiments or napkins and I had to ask. God forbid you need to use the locked restrooms. They act very annoyed they have to open them and then the manager follows you in to monitor what you do. I was just brushing my teeth after a meal and was sternly informed "you cannot brush your teeth in here". So, I politely smiled through the toothpaste and finished the job ending it with "thank you". I get it that when you have a restaurant in an upscale neighborhood with all of your customers driving luxury cars who care about dental health you just cannot trust them. When I order food, I want what I order. I ask for 4 chicken strips, get strips so small I might as well have got the nuggets. They were out of both BBQ sauce and sweet and sour. Fries were not only half full, and not a grain of salt on them. Ordered light ice on the drink, almost entirely ice. First the service was terrible, not even a simple "Hello" through the drive through. Then I ordered a #7 chicken nugget combo with extra bbq sauce. Asked for a coke, immediately told they don't have coke. Ok I understand items run out, but I've never known McDonald's to be out of coke, that's fine I got a sprite. Then I go to pay, girl at the first window opens the door, take my tap pay, then shuts the window. No greeting, no receipt... then I go to the second window to get our food and I check the bag and informed them that my bbq sauce was missing. The lady informed me they don't have bbq sauce. I told them , they should let people know that when they ordered but she brushed it off and said "we have x,y, and z" sauces what do you want." No apology. Customer service is trash here. I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe meal and the sandwich was dried out and burnt! I immediately went back in and requested a new sandwich and 45 seconds later the employee brought me a "new sandwich". I got in my truck and saw it was the same sandwich. So I tried calling the store and it rang for 3 minutes straight with no voicemail. Enjoy that $9 because it's the LAST you'll get from me. One of the standard new McDonald's stores. Super modern layout inside with updated furniture and decor. Two kiosks with two sides each greet you as you enter. There is ample room to dine inside. Or you can take a Togo, but at peak meal hours, the car line is insane. Playground is nice and clean with a lot of room for families. Pretty solid for fast food! read more
