The new nether sauce is absolutly DISCUSTING i tried it with every item i ordered and the appel is not there

so me and my friend odered food and had to wait a fucking good long 5 hours and they forgot my fucking motherfucking drink.

This is probably the worst McDonalds we have ever been to. We are usually super nice even if things take a long time to get your order. It took 40 minutes (and only 40 minutes in was when people after us started getting food so we asked questions). We paid for it and had one of the table number things and she asked us if we had a receipt but it did not print one out for us (they changed the paper after we talked to them). At that point they completely blew us off after we said we didn't have a receipt (didn't acknowledge or say "you need a receipt"). So after 5 minutes of it looking like we weren't going to get our food I went up to talk to someone and after 5 minutes standing at the counter no one acknowledged we exist so I finally just had to say something out loud to even get anyone's attention. The same lady said "they don't have a receipt!" In which we showed our proof of purchase on our bank account. Manager person that no one saw even once struggled to even do a refund which I have to imagine most every day like that they have to have many refunds asked for. Oh my goodness this looks yummy! I can't remember the last time I've been to a McDonald's. I just happen to be on my way to a doctors appointment and decided to give them a try and oh boy I am pleasantly surprised at how fresh my food is and the quality of the food! And I got a big glass of orange juice to go with my meal not a little bitty dinky tiny carton of orange juice. Thank you McDonald's for the fabulous breakfast!!! Went here today. It was 10:28. My daughter wanted fries. The line was slow so I got in it knowing by the time I got up there it would be 10:30 which is lunch. As I got up there I asked when lunch started to be sure. They said 10:30. I said okay can I order for lunch, the lady taking my order had an huge attitude telling me no. And I said it's in two minutes. By the time I finish my order or think of what we all want it'll be 10:30. She then says "so you're going to wait in MY line" I'm like yes, it's two minutes... and we're thinking". She then says you can't do that. This is our go - to after a trip to the zoo. Usually there are no problems. Today was an exception. There was one person running the cash register, despite the line being out the door. We waited in line over 10 minutes before ordering and then the cashier acted like I inconvenienced her by ordering! There was no ketchup, other than the ketchup they threw at you across the counter. No ice in the soda machine. 15 minutes for 2 hamburgers, a cheeseburger and half cooked fries. Not that it matters, but I will be contacting corporate. read more

I hadn't been to this McDonald's in a long time, thought possibly the reviews were overly harsh....nope, this store still has issues. Ordered a sausage McMuffin and 2 hash browns, hash browns were fine instead of a McMuffin I got 2 pieces of sausage. Looked at my receipt thinking either they heard me wrong or input it wrong, nope it said McMuffin on the receipt. Come on get it together McDonalds! read more

If I could give this restaurant less than 1 star I would. I have had the worst experience at this restaurant several times I will not take my children there to play because the playroom is so nasty dirty the tables are always filthy the trash is always overflowing and there were ants . I stopped dining in and went through the drive-thru a few times but each time was more disappointing than the last the employees that they had that work good are no longer there and it seems like they have replaced them with people who could care less whether they help the customer or not they're just there for a paycheck. read more

Food was about as good as you'd expect from McDonald's (this is to say the food was good, but not great and had nothing to do with the employees). What was outstanding was the service. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. I was greeted when I entered. The play area was rather run down and could have been cleaner. And in today's modern world, it would have been nice to have had access to more than one outlet. Des Moines isn't my hometown; my phone was dying and the only outlet was next to a window, directly in the sun and I had a sunburn (first world problems, I know). read more

We will not be coming back here.they took everyone's order in the drive thru when we were there first. Then when we finally got to the window they didn't know what order was ours. When they handed us our food half of it was missing then they tried to argue with us about our order after we showed them the receipt. Took 5 minutes to get all of my food. Would give it 0 stars if I could waited 10+ minutes in line for 2 drink one of our drinks were wrong, after waiting ten minutes. Girl at the window was very rude wouldn't make eye contact, rolled her eyes at me as well as she wouldn't hand me my drink all the way so I had to reach out of my window to grab it. This McDonalds usually provides good service and if there is a legit complaint usually amends the mistake. BEWARE if you order with mcdonalds mobile order EXPECT your food to be cold and they do not so easily amend this problem because of the order being with mcdonalds mobile order. So even thought the coupons are great on mobile order the service is not what you get by using the regular service! read more

I wish I could do less than one star! This place is terrible. Can't run the 2 drive through system or keep track of orders. We waited while three cars went through the first drive through before the car behind us backed up, went to the first window, placed their order and then finally our order was taken. I'm done giving this place a try. They mess up orders and are so slow. And they always look busy but it's really slow service that means people wait. We should have just left. read more

This is the worst McDonald's you could ever possibly go to. It's a very convenient place to go as it's the only way they could stay in business. They're always busier than what they have for staff. They never I mean never ever have enough staff at this McDonald's. It has a play place for kids very dirty and nasty. On the corner of a very busy intersection which makes it convenient. Inside or drive-thru no difference plan on waiting at least 20 minutes for your order if not longer. It's not a matter of having a bad day it's been this way for years. Their frappe machine and ice cream machine or broke all the time. Like I said it's convenient so there's times I stayed away for a few months or so then go back. Everytime I do I shake my head because it's a long wait. It becomes less and less that I go here and not planning on going back. I do like McDonald's food so I go to the one down the street on Southwest 9th and Park Avenue. That was not near as bad read more
