First time visiting this location! Staff was nice, the drink was good, and the location was clean minus a few disarrayed chairs. My only two complaints are that there were no napkins at the tables or within view for customers to help themselves to and the volume of the music. The location is relatively small for how loud it was. It's easy to drown out conversation and the clatter of work, but not the Taylor Swift playlist blasting in such a small space. read more

Let's be honest, we go for the pup cups, drinks are just our adult treats! The choices for dairy and non-dairy milks without an extra charge is HUGE compared to other coffee shops! Which is crazy because oat milk costs less than real milk. The ability to pre order and just walk in and grab and go is awesome especially when the drive thru is ten cars deep. Sunday and this place is slammed. I know the folks behind the counter are working as fast as they can - but when you want to grab and go, waiting 10+ minutes while watching the mobile orders on the counter pile up without a single person picking up their freaking order from the dozens of drinks just sitting there - there needs to be a way to bump up people who are present and waiting. read more

They've really turned a new bean over here. Everyone is so friendly I just love coming inside and getting a warm welcome to start my day. My coffee is always great and I usually get a sandwich in the morning to survive till lunch. I keep coming back and if you know me, that says a lot. If you don't know me, that's OK. Have been to this Starbucks ever Thursday for fall bogo, we ordered a pumpkin drink and a chai tea latte. A barista with a name starting with a Y (maybe Yassina?) was rude and wouldn't give us the deal because we "didn't have 2 fall drinks" even though every other barista knows that chai tea is considered a fall drink on the app for the bogo deal. We kindly explained that it has worked before and she was still rude with a bad attitude. I have had a few experiences at this location; some good and some bad. I will have to admit I like the drive through a lot better then I do going inside this location. My last experience lead me to this decision. It was -4 outside so I decided to go in and have some tea, spend a little time away from the family I had been surrounded by for a few too many days in a row and relax a bit. It was about 10:30 on a Sunday morning so I expected the place to be busy. I wasn't in a hurry and I guess that was a good thing. I waited in line like a good girl. Placed my very simple order and took a seat to wait for my tea. I was fiddling with my Ipad and began to realize that all the people in line in front of me and some of those who were behind me had already left. I stood up and heard someone say to the tune of, I forgot. I realized they were talking about my tea. They forgot to even prepare my tea after 15 mins. Now tea is pretty simple, bag..hot water. I had asked for some splenda and a little ice so I could drink it. It wasn't a decaf, halfcaf mocoha choha laka skinny mochachino with foam. If that even exists. It's a bag some hot water some splenda. By this time I was a bit disappointed in the service and decided I was just going to grab it an go. I had lost my interest in sitting and relaxing after a phone call. I got to the car and realized that it wasn't the tea kind of tea I had ordered, no ice, no splenda and both the lines inside and at the drive through were just not worth waiting in to have it corrected. I would give this visit a 1 star because I can't give them a zero, but my other visits through the drive through were always correct, so I have rounded it out to 3 and will just chalk that up to a busy Sunday morning, which really isn't an excuse but will let it slide. Standard Starbucks with a boss drive-thru! Conveniently located a mile or so down the road from the airport and makes a great stop on the way out of town when you just landed, have a couple hours to drive and need to caffeinate! Nice folks and plenty of options to help keep you awake read more

This is the only Starbucks anywhere near the south side so it's the one I go to! The employees are GREAT and I always have a fabulous experience with them! A few times they've been out of a particular drink so they comped me my second choice drink which is a g r e a t business practice! Very clean and cozy inside. The only ridiculous thing which isn't Starbucks fault is that people are SO lazy (yes all summer long this happens it's not a winter thing) that the drive through line wraps all the way around and traps people parked. Truly love and use many Starbucks locations but the Fleur location sadly is not up to the standards I see at other DSM Starbucks stores. Personnel not friendly, store very DIRTY! Door window cloudy and fingerprinted, floor needed a good sweeping and mopping, crumbs all over the counters, cluttered counters and I didn't want to venture into the ladies room. It was 8:00 AM, so I am sure they had the busy Monday AM morning rush, but they currently were not being slammed and the clutter and floors must have been that way since opening (the night cleaning crew didn't do much, cleaning the glass door, moving displays and tables and chairs as there was much debris under and around) I am aware that the store is not a surgical suite, but it appears the store employees are not seeing what customers do. read more

This is my Starbucks. They're always consistently awesome and friendly. The location is great too. I will go out of my way to get my Frappuccino here. The Venti Caramel Frappuccino with no whip, 2 shots, and light on the drizzle is the way to go. Highly recommended, especially if you like Statbucks! read more

I was pleasantly surprised when enjoying the drive-thru today at this location. Not to sound disparaging in the least; I had just had an unfortunate phone-based customer service experience with an airline in the hour leading up to my visit and I was more than grumpy. Mood: transformed. The woman running the drive-thru around 5 pm (and I wish I had grabbed her name, but I was honestly just caught up in the experience) was among the best I've seen at any Sbux location, ever. She was immediately aggressively courteous in a humorous, proactive way that would put the Disney brand to shame. She wasn't overly honeyed but just ready to do whatever it took to make my experience more than what I anticipated. Done. I couldn't help but smile and have a little rapport back with her. So enjoyed my late afternoon/evening visit to this Starbucks. I saw such a great team! This team worked so well together: greeting multiple customers on a first name basis, interacting well with each other (laughing , smiling, encouraging and complimenting one another, offering positive feedback and speaking well of co-workers that were not present) and providing great customer service (checking in with customers who had been there for a bit). I saw a team who worked well together, looked as if they enjoyed their jobs and took opportunity to interact personally with the community they serve. Way to go guys! read more

Amazing customer service, I always feel welcome and wanted even if I'm just going through the drive threw! On top of that they work thoroughly and swiftly, I never have to wait long for my food or drinks. I am never disappointed with my orders and they never complain if the orders are complicated. Plus the environment is very clean and comfortable, I could sit and read in there for hours and never feel out of place. This location is also very close to where i currently live and very affordable for the quality things they provide. I 100% will be coming back. read more
