This is what I get for ordering from a 1 star location. Paid for delivery, ordered breakfast, not one condiment for pancakes when I ordered extra, no utensils, and missing a breakfast sandwich. EVERYTHING CAN IMPROVE LETS START WITH MANAGEMENT i had an order tonight on uber eats (im a driver not a customer) that was 17$ for 1 mile when arriving to the store i got to the mic told them the order name the first guy said okay come around then a lady hops on the mic saying that im third person trying to come for this order and that she ain't (finna) make it i offered to pay for the order with my own money she still then denied me saying i will not make it baby calling me "baby" as a manager i think they should fire her because if someone is willing to pay out of their own pocket for food they aren't even eating and probably not even make enough from the trip id accept it and so that you don't have another 3-5 people come and ask for the same order other drivers for uber will simply keep unassign the order canceling it rather then calling support and stating that the order had been stolen by another driver or - the customer picked it up their selfs so now other drivers have to waist 10-20 minutes of their time trying to remove the order from my phone worst mcdonald's ever read more

We stopped in for a happy meal for my son while in Desert Hot Springs and they were very fast and efficient. The food was fresh and the store was clean and well-maintained. Plenty of easy parking and not too busy inside. read more

It seems silly to write a review about McDonald's -- they have franchises everywhere and they are such a huge corporation. But I had the LOVELIEST experience with some employees at the Desert Hot Springs location on Palm Drive, that I had to write. The person who took my order was so bubbly, efficient, and helpful -- I told her to please write her name on the receipt so I could send McD's some praise. Not only did Bri make my day with her happy demeanor, but she saved me three bucks on a deal I didn't know about! Then I got to the pay window and Giselle offered the same kind & ebullient attitude, I thought -- did I time warp to the fifties???? Such a pleasant experience. THEN, I get to the window to pick up my food, and José double checked my order and HE was also a smiling, cheerful, and agreeable sort. Who is hiring these employees? Central Casting? They were so amiable, I thought perhaps McDonald's was filming a commercial at this location! Bri, Giselle, and José made my day! AGAIN TONIGHT ~ We have free Grub Hub delivery (which is BS the fees kill ya) Anyway my grandson orders almost everyday and he always gets a smoothie ~ they NEVER PUT A STRAW IN THE BAG, NEVER!!! Ask for my fries with no salt I could slid down a fry and salt literally came off the fries the worst was I asked for a cup of water .. came back looking Yellow...I do not think they clean there machine properly just think about this your dark color Cola; you would not even be able to tell .. all I got was sorry we use different oil . I would give them 5 stars but no matter what, if I order more than 2 fries or 2 burgers I ALWAYS have to wait for over 29 minutes while my food gets cold Minus one star for the normal "half cold order and other half piping hot" I always get home with. And minus another star for the attitude of whoever mans the drive through speakers. They always say "what" when you are still talking lol. The location is horrible. To park and go in you have to cross the street or cross the cars leaving the drive thru. And the Drive thru location is just as bad. And I've been in 3 McDonalds that have not posted the regular hamburger on any menu board inside or out. read more
