    Amazing ribs!

This place is a hidden gem truly!! I had no idea walking in that my socks would be blown off! The ginger drinks were phenomenal. The service was incredible and everyone is friendly! The gravy, I would love to buy a tub of. It's the best gravy I've ever had and that's someone coming from the south! Anything you do add gravy on top and you will not be disappointed. I also have to give a special mention to the curly fries. It's the best of both worlds. They have the creaminess of a mashed potato on the inside and an amazing crunchy exterior! We have definitely become regulars here.!! I also love that they give you the option to dine on either side. There is the bar and biker side and also the family dining side but either way you can't go wrong! The ambience and vibes are amazing!

I really enjoyed this place! Great atmosphere, the vibe is fun. It feels like a mix between a country bar and a diner. The server and all the staff were super friendly, some things did take a little longer than expected but it was busy. The food was really good! Everything cane out super hot, had great flavor and the menu had unique options to pick from. We have learned that Joshua Tree doesn't have a ton of places to eat, so I was expecting the options we did have to not be great, but every place has been good.

Came here with a group of 12. For starters, this place was the only one I've been to that said they would have to split the checks in 3 groups and would refuse it do it otherwise. One of the people I was with had a lisp and the waitress laughed and at him. On top of that, the food was very overpriced. Had to leave and not look back.

No better way to end the day at Joshua Tree than to get a bite to eat here. Great historical spot where the pool table in front is the same pool table that The Rolling Stones and the Beatles played on. I got the Snakebite Burger and it was incredible. Hit the spot and the house fries were just as good!

Came here during a thunderstorm lol had to run in super wet but it was unexpected and fun! Service was nice & friendly. Our waitress had great recommendations. For the starters we had chicharrones with salsa & the corn with chips! Both were yummy and light starters. For entrees we all had western and snakebite burgers and a lemon butterbow tie pasta! It was definitely delicious. The burgers has good flavor the fries were BOMB and I would drink that homemade ranch! lol The pasta was really good and flavorful I add shrimp because I didn't realize it had grilled chicken in it but I def say the chicken is better than adding the shrimp. The pasta was light and very lemony. I would def try the Cajun pasta next time! And you can't go wrong with the burgers and fries. Overall a good experience with delicious food! Definitely will be back next time we are in town!

Wanted to check out a restaurant for Joshua Tree and this place came up. Lots of parking spots and got a table in 10mins. They have a bar where you can wait for your table. Everyone was helpful and polite. Promptly got our orders. We enjoyed the pork tacos and elotes (slightly spicy) however, the Snakebite Burger wasn't as tasty as I expected it to be. I'd probably try something else if we come back here. It does feel more like a bar environment than a restaurant which seems to be the case for a lot of places here. I don't mind it.

Went to Snakebite Roadhouse and loved the place. The decor is awesome and fits the desert vibe perfectly. It's the kind of spot where you notice details everywhere you look. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Service felt easy and genuine. The food was amazing and the cocktails were just as good. Everything we ordered came out on point and clearly made with care. This is a great addition to Yucca Valley and a place I'd happily go back to for both food and drinks. Highly recommend checking it out.

I came here back in October while on a birthday trip for my girlfriend and to this day, I still think about the food and our wonderful waitress, Tabitha. The ambiance inside the restaurant is unique and very fitting for a place around Joshua Tree. I'd drive back down from the North Bay just to come back here

Cool space and vibe, but the cocktails and the food were a miss for us, and service was slow. I'm a fan of green chartreuse and tried the Mojave Green which was a starred beverage, but it was super sour and not balanced at all. Had the Cajun pasta for dinner which was a huge portion, but way over salted, so I could not finish it. We liked that the menu wasn't just burgers/hotdogs, that was a draw for us, but it just didn't really align to our taste buds.

Absolutely recommend snakebite if your driving through town. I stopped by and are so pleased with my decision of dining here the vibes were perfect and restaurant was unique. The entrance was amazing you have to stop by and check it out. The dining area is towards the back and gives you a retro vibe of a 50's coffee shop. I kept it simple and had a burger.

Dinner was at the Snakebite Roadhouse, which is quite a scene up there. There is so much to look at and see. When we got in here for dinner time, there was also a live band playing. I ordered their famous lemon butter bow-tie pasta which was delicious and cooked and tasted just right. My friend ordered their hamburger which they loved and enjoyed. Service was slightly slow but it was still fun just listening to the music and hanging out!

Nice little spot. Fits in with that kinda retro kinda eccentric vibe surrounding Joshua Tree NP. Staff was amazing, friendly, and treats you like you are part of the family. As for the important part, the food, I enjoyed it. Cajun pasta was extremely delicious. Portion size was outstanding as well. I could only eat about half of what I was served. Would definitely eat here again.

BUT it was definitely the biggest, most positive surprise when it came to expectations vs. actual quality! We landed in Palm Springs late in the evening and were starving on our way out to Joshua Tree. After a quick Yelp search for something open past 7-8pm, this spot popped up. We pulled into a super quiet parking lot and found this tiny little place. Looking at it from the outside, we honestly figured it would just be a quick, forgettable pitstop. Boy, were we wrong. For starters, the place was relatively full for a Tuesday evening! We ordered the duck confit nachos, the kimchi bulgogi sandwich, and the pony wings. Wow! Granted, our expectations were unfairly low walking in, but this turned out to be probably our second-best meal of the entire week--and we ate out every single day! It absolutely crushed it in terms of exceeding expectations. It also helped that we happened to be there on a Wednesday, so all the wines were half-priced! Unfortunately, since we weren't familiar with the area, we didn't know exactly how much further we had to drive to our accommodations, so we couldn't imbibe more in such a welcoming environment. (Missed opportunity, but safety first!) Oh, and definitely save room for dessert--their pie with ice cream of the day was delicious too! If you are passing through, do not sleep on this place. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in the area!

Let alone the fact that this place charges 8$ for fries, I mean what kinda golden fries are those ??? Nothing special at all. The ambience was alright but crazy loud. I was one of the first patrons there for the evening and was immediately greeted by one of the women bartending for the night. She saw my interest in the pool tables and laid out the pricing: $4/30min or $8/hr. I went ahead and paid for 2hrs of play and was handed a box of billiard balls with my choice of a table. I was introduced to the full bar, the well stocked fridge filled with beers, seltzers and wines and the specials for the weekend. As the night developed, more and more groups came in, ordered drinks and sat around the bar and tables with plenty of seating and tables available for everyone to hang out comfortably without being on top of one another. My only recommendation for this place when it does get busier, is that they have a designated ordering section at the bar where people can't sit so that those wanting to order or close their tabs can easily get to the bartender without having to awkwardly cut through people that are sitting there. Otherwise, this is a solid spot to hang out and have a couple casual drinks with a divey ambience and local feel.
