I've never waited more than a couple minutes in-store or in the drive through. I love that they have a drive through option. I don't always love dragging a toddler out, so the drive through is my go-to with the kid in tow. This coffee shop shares a space with another business so it's smaller, but it is quaint and I love it nonetheless. Definitely worth swinging by if you're in the area.

We stopped by to check out some local vendors who were set up in the parking lot that morning. We had driven by many times but I had never been inside. The interior is cozy and friendly. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to special tweaks to my order. In addition to coffee and teas they have a nice selection of pastry items. They were very busy that day and the shop is fairly small so I didn't get inside pictures but will certainly be back and post a lot more information. My partner got the cold brew and was pretty impressed with it! He opted for no milk and to drink it black. It tastes a bit sweet, which I think means it's a dark roast? Don't quote me on that though. A Southern Gem Worth the Stop Every Time!…read more I first discovered Central Café about three years ago during the Ground Steak Festival in Dobson. I had never even heard of a ground steak sandwich before, but they had a booth at the festival, and I decided to give it a try. Let me just say--it was absolutely delicious! That fresh sliced tomato on top really took it to the next level. Since then, I make it a point to stop in whenever I'm back in town (I live out of state), and I've probably visited five times over the last few years. Each time, I've been met with warm, friendly service and that classic southern hospitality. The food is always fresh, comforting, and full of flavor. Beyond the ground steak sandwich, I've also tried their hot dogs and onion rings--both excellent. It's a great southern-style restaurant that keeps me coming back whenever I'm in the area. Central Café is a local gem and a must-try if you're passing through Dobson!

It was even better than the one I make at home and I didn't believe that was possible. There is a lot of good seating with a few books and games available for the children. There is only one restroom which is gender neutral. I was impressed with how clean it was with a changing table, baby wipes, feminine hygiene products provided as a complimentary service. The staff greeted us quickly and were super friendly. After browsing the menu I decided to get an iced latte with butter pecan and salted caramel. Holy smokes it was tasty!! The decor was spot on with their sister business next door and was warm and inviting. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked for almost any need a woman could think of, even a full size changing table. I would definitely recommend this business and will stop in again.
