McDonald's combined with a shell. Got gas at the pump and it was decently clean and very spacious. Very sketchy people inside and out. The bathroom was extremely dirty. The floor looked nasty but the toilet was clean. read more

Went through the drive thru and the lady at the window was literally talking on her phone on speaker phone the entire time! She didnt say two words to me as she was too occupied with her phone call. All I ordered was a COKE AND A SPRITE and they somehow managed to screw that up‍‍‍ gave me a diet coke. Maybe if the employee was paying attention to what she was doing and not having a conversation on her phone while working that would not have happened. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but this mcdonald's is ALWAYS HORRIBLE If it wasn't so near my house, I would never go back. read more

Don't know if this is the right location exactly, but under my current location it was the only one off of the highway. So would not recommend this location. There's a reason it's connected with a gas station. We only got a simple burger yet it took quite a bit to come out and pour together sloppy at that. We love McDonalds, but this location is a no go. read more

McDonald's - a woman ordering food at the counter - Burgers Near Me - Dodge City, Alabama

If you are a restaurant owner and you would like to take your employees somewhere and teach them what not to do, this is the place for you! I ordered Curbside as I always do at every Mac D. I never expect much out of this place and I shouldn't have this time. I could see one person in line inside and no one in the drive thru. I ordered at 5:50 via the app. Pulled in at 6:08. Waited until 6:20 and no one had brought the food out. I went inside to see one family eating dinner. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before the 4 people standing in front of me even acknowledged me. I then said I had a mobile order. They called me out by name and it had just been sitting there getting cold the whole time. To avoid waiting another 20 minutes, I just left. Of course, the food had ice forming on it and had to be nuked in the microwave. My 5 year old said the nuggets tasted old and the fries were hard. Anyways, moral of the story is any restaurant business owner can benefit their team by taking them here and showing them what not to do from ordered placed to pick up. read more

So I dropped by this restaurant and waited for about a minute or so at the drive thru speaker. All the sudden the drive-through menu goes dark, So I guess they closed at 11 The really bad part of this situation howe is, I'm sitting in the drive-through with a car behind me and two cars in front of me at the order window. Problem is you can't exit the drive-through lane because it's bordered with a concrete curbing on both sides, so I had to sit there and wait until the two cars in front of me get past the drive-through window. I can't believe McDonald's shut the lights off while I was sitting there at the drive-through speaker. That's just crappy. read more

I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order. Three cars in the drive thru the whole time. All three cars were there for that length of time. Inside didn't look busy at all. Staff didn't care and food was cold when I got it. read more

this place sucks, the customer service is usually always terrible one time i sat in the drive thru for an HOUR and no one ever took my order, there was a line behind me and we all just drove straight through. the employees usually always have their airpods in so you have to repeat things over and over, the food is good somedays others the buns are dry & the fries are soggy. i know a person that got food poisoning from their big macs....all im saying is watch out read more

Regrettably this has got to be the S-L-O-W-E-S-T McDonalds in the Universe! Unfortunately I think the problem lies with staffing. This place is located at a major fuel location off of I-65 in Dodge City, AL. and services many truckers and travelers. It was apparent that two (2) staffers (1 drive through/1 counter) is NOT enough workers to keep up with the volume of people. I don't know or care if this is intentional by the franchisee owner to increase his/her profits or just a shortage of workers in the pool? There were at least 6 - 7 guys mulling around around waiting for their order, a long line of cars at the drive through... and two young ladies running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to keep up. WRT to the food, it's a McDonalds... ehh. I'm sure that the probable 'lone cook' was to busy slinging eggs, biscuits and sausages which ultimately were pushed out the window/counter tepidly and lopsided to waiting drivers! Like Miller High Life Beer use to say 'If you've got the time, they have the slowness..." HARD PASS!! read more
