Dirty tables, cold burger, employees yelling about who does what. Drink machine and counter was dirty. Not a great place to eat.

They GMFU. All I wanted, and waited for, was a large mashed potatoes. The time came to sit in the crammed vehicle after being rushed to be quick. One was held to honor the title of handing out the designated Items. Once all was passed, and my mash was not called. I placed the already unwrapped fork that i had grabbed for myself down. Aswell as the napkin i had planned to wipe my sins away worth. The sheer dissapoitment in my face stood long. As not even the fries my comrad had offered made up for the loss of what I could have felt. Before my disappointment of missing potatoes, I had also experienced what seemed to be a Jack in the Box birth as there was menstrual Fluid in one of the stalls. my companion also says her chicken was bland and cold. read more

Their Grilled chicken sandwich was absolutely awful, took one but and gave the rest to the dog and he barely ate it.

NO service here if you get service even if you are the only one in building at least that is what happens to me and my husband each time we go in there lately we have walked out serval times now in the past month or so and so have the ones who have come in behind us under new management the sign outside states but it's no better service at this jacks read more

Rarely in a drive through do you meet anyone with personality but April has one! She joked with us and handled everything with such an outgoing and helpful personality. Food was also good but we'll always remember April! read more

Not one to complain, about anything. But a red 16 inch long piece of hair was in my potatoes, no problem, didn't eat them. But then my chicke sandwich had a long bling strand. And that's not good, not good at all. read more

The manager literally yelled at 3 different customers while we were waiting. Several people walked out due to no service . Another lady ordered an iced coffee and wanted no ice and the manager literally sarcastically screamed make sure there's no ice in that iced coffee. She was terrible and got worse the longer we were there. read more

There breakfast was amazing! Fresh hot biscuits and the eggs and meats were perfectly cooked! Great job!!

i ordered a big bacon and a deit coke... i got a chicken sandwich and diet dr.pepper. and the fries are soggy and tastes well not like fries? the sandwhich had everything the burger was supposed to have just not the meat. read more

Stopped for a meal while traveling. There were flies . Flies in the bathrooms, flies in the kitchen, flies in the dining room. The trash was overflowing (probably why they have flies). Floors filthy. Counters filthy. Ceilings had black stuff-dust? Mold?Workers were sassy and mouthy with each other. Food was not good. Really not good. Fries could have been edible if they hadn't put an entire shaker of salt on each serving. We should have left, but we had already unloaded the kids and gone inside. Just yuk. The employees are nice and friendly, but my order is never right. I stopped by this week to get 2 of the Big BLT's and when I got home I had no tomatoes on the sandwiches. Last week I stopped to get a 2 piece chicken dinner and I ordered a breast and wing. When I got home I had a thigh and wing. This is the 2nd time this has happened and I do not like dark meat. Once again I threw the food away. Needless to say, even though this is the closest restaurant to my house, I am not going back. I will drive to Warrior. I never ate here before until yesterday on my way to the gulf coast from TN. The food was excellent and the service was quick and courteous. At first they got my order wrong but quickly fixed it and was extremely polite. FOOD: I got a burger and fries and my girlfriend got chicken strips. The strips were excellent for fast food quality. The burger was one of the better burgers I've had from a fast food place. Love the buns they used. Fries were crinkle cute and pretty basic but good and crunchy, not soggy. I always thought Jack's was part of Jack in the Box. Stopped at this one for a quick burger and hoped to have a couple of Tacos. Whoops, this ain't Jack in the Box. It's not even a good knock off of it. Just had a couple of burgers and they didn't get the order right. Their signature single was supposed to have pickles and it didn't. Wait staff seemed a little disinterested. We won't make the mistake of stopping at Jack's (without a box) again. read more

On my quest to try fast food places that I've never tried before, I stopped in here. It's right off of the interstate, so it was all the more convenient for our road trip pit stop. I wonder if it's affiliated with Jack In The Box. It seemed like a franchise, not a local mom and pop type of place. I had a double cheese burger and a milk shake. The burger was pretty basic and seemed a bit over priced. I watched as the ice cream for my shake was scooped out from behind the counter. So the shakes aren't the kind that that squeeze out from the machine. read more

1st time at this chain. Nice change from typical fast food. Like a burger joint meets KFC. Fried chicken & biscuits very good. They have many side options. Kids meal comes with a snack. Good crinkle cut fries. Milkshakes were one of my favs. They had 8 flavors. It is real ice cream. You can see the ice cream flavors in front of you & they scoop it out & blend. Fudge, sea salt caramel, blueberry cream pie, orange sherbet, & cookies + cream, etc. You can also just get it as a scoop of ice cream. Enjoyed. This location had fast friendly service. Will definitely be back to one of their stores. read more

I love Jack's burgers and fries! I stop there anytime I drive through Alabama. Today I met the best fast food worker I've ever seen - Jordan, the Assistant Manager. This location was busy and it was only 9am, but he had a burger and fries made for me anyway with no problem. He kept the line moving by helping where it was needed the most. read more

2nd time going and got 2 chicken biscuits and hash Browns with ice coffee. It was in my hands 20 seconds later. This is great service..

Excellent breakfast at a reasonable price. My sons and I had breakfast here Saturday; the food was fast, tasty, filling, and very inexpensive for 3 people. read more
