Tried the oatmeal. It was surprisingly good! I normally eat old fashioned oats because the low glycemic index is healthier but i was in town on travel and needed food. I also got a sausage egg mcmuffin and a large OJ. The delay in preparing my food is why i gave 4 stars. In this mcdonalds there are kiosks to take your order instead of people. Called the district manager to leave a message as indicated on the receipt. He didn't gaf. Be that guy. Stay in the drive through line and check your order down to the last detail. For the second time I've visited this location just to be told "we don't have fries". When I requested to speak with a manager Donavan the manager without a name badge said "I don't know where my fry tray is". I ask Donavan have they served fries all day. He says "yes", so I ask if the tray is in the dish room and they just don't want to clean it again. He says "I don't know" this place is a disgrace to the brand. read more

Save yourself some time, effort and lost money --- I would recommend going over to the Dunkin Donuts across the Street. I have ordered a Steak biscuit with the addition of a folded egg twice now and both times it has been a Sausage biscuit instead (their sausage is DISGUSTING). I am not sure how the employees cannot tell the difference between Steak and Sausage, but it is more than a little concerning. I also added hot cakes to the order and there was no utensils, butter or syrup in the bag. At least the pancakes were edible, the sausage biscuit when in the trash. So its 9:40 PM and I went here to get my kids a happy meal. Upon pulling up I notice the lights at the drive-through are off so I slowly pull into the drive-through and someone answers "can I help you?" so I asked if they were still open. She then asks "did you just ask if we are open?" and I said "yes" she replies "I'm talking to you so obviously we are open, if we weren't open I wouldn't be talking to you" I told her "well the lights are off so I don't know if your open or not". So she goes off saying "I'm talking to you so obviously we are open and yes our drive through short-circuited but we are open". I've been so some ghetto locations but this beat out all of them with the way this girl was treating a customer. I expected more from McDonald's, highly disappointed. When i do decide to go to this restaurant i go between 1pm - 2pm. The Drive-Thru is slow, i understand the concept of rush-hour but no customer should be waiting for more than 10 minutes. My overall experience was bad due to the lack of customer service and satisfaction; including acknowledgement. Each time i visit i order two McDouble's and a Large Fry with no salt, " No salt or Well-Done " means that i want my fries not and fresh with the request to not add salt. The deep fryer set time for cooking fries is approximately 3 minutes, McDonald's has been around for 64 years this upcoming 15th of April, there is no excuse when it comes to customers orders and requests. My food did not looked and tasted fresh at all, even though my fries were hot; they still had salt and they were not crispy. I assumed they double fried my fries, i really enjoy McDonald's fries and i can tell the difference when they are fresh straight out of the fryer. As an example, if there are no other orders, the average time from when an order is placed to cook and prepare a Hamburger is a total of 112 seconds (the beef patty is cooked on the grill in 42 seconds) and a total of 180 seconds for a Quarter Pounder with Cheese (the beef patty is cooked on the grill in 112 seconds). This is by far the worst drive thru in the history of drive thrus. I knew about the forever wait time from previous experiences but i wanted to give the drive thru another shot in hopes of getting my nuggets in less than 20 mins... WRONG. 10 minutes total waiting to get to the order platform, 5 minutes of me yelling "hello hello" into the mic until they took my order, and another 10 mins to get the food..which by the time were room temperature hard nuggets. really? Oh another added bonus was that I was specifically waiting for a receipt so I would be able to review this incompetent team of drive thru employees to corporate but to my luck she couldn't even print me a receipt. I tried to QR code from the windowpane sticker but I need a receipt for that too... So here I am.. on yelp hoping that MCDonalds corp is gonna see this and do SOMETHING. Watched through drive thru window as a gentleman, assumed to be the manger based on attire, fling hair over my cup and the blender containing my carmel frappe. He proceeds to place the same hand over my cup and put lid on top with out ever washing his hands. When it was handed to me I advised what I witnessed and asked for a new one to be made. He comes to the window cussing saying he didn't do what I just witnessed. I advised I wasn't arguing with him and just would like a new one. He proceeds to tell me I can wait in a parking spot in which I declined so I can watch them make me a new one after he told me "your going to get one just like that" referring to the previous drink. Absolutely unacceptable service! Fast food takes a new meaning here and by new I mean opposite. It took 10 minutes to go from paying to getting my food and there was just one car in front of me!
