The food is sometimes good but not always. The service is OK sometimes depending on who it is otherwise sometimes you get ignored for a good time or the place is very dirty or apparently people are dyslexic and can't tell that on the screen it says McChicken instead of Mc crispy and you get home tired and hungry just to open up thinking they put the McChicken in a crispy bag cause maybe it's new just to find out no they did not so didn't get my McChicken, which is soft enough for me to eat and got me a Mc crispy that is hard to chew. but there has been many other times where they are completely getting people's orders wrong or it's always messy. If i could give negative starts i WOULD. we ordered 3 Mcchickens, a 10 piece, and a hi c. when we got our order, one mcchicken was COMPLETELY wrong. the other 2 were normal mcchickens, but this one had all of this random stuff on it that we absolutely did not order. the Hi c tasted like plain water. and i ordered a 10 piece nugget, instead they gave us 6. this was a horrible experience and i would give this place a negative 5. workers should be fired at this point. read more

Lately I've had a decent experience with McDonalds! They have been getting my food right and that alone was a miracle. The service was even better than it used to be. Things went way downhill for this McDonald's location. I usually go to get my Iced Coffee there. First, they got rid of the hazelnut syrup, my favorite. But the last 5 times all I'm getting is super heavy watered down coffee with cream and syrup. Doesn't taste like coffee at all. Tastes like water. They made it twice for me today, twice the same. Water. Since it was a drive through, I went inside, spoke with the careless and annoyed employees who truly don't understand the meaning of customer service. I asked for a sample of their coffee, no cream added, it was extremely watered down coffee. At this point the manager came over, he had tasted the coffee and admitted it was watered down. They made a "fresh pot", but it was made with regular coffee because he said they ran out of "iced coffee" coffee, ok?.... Then why do you even sell it, if you don't have it?? The only person apologizing was me, since I hate complaining, and I don't enjoy confrontation, and I understand nobody likes complaining customers. A note for the owner: do better, train better. This is the MOST disgusting McDonalds I have ever been in. And I have been in some NASTY ones across this country. A friend of mine was in to visit me from out of town, we were out site seeing, we were coming into Dunlap and needed to use the restroom and chose this location because she has a compromised immune system and figured this would be the wiser choice than most bathrooms. The flies were so thick they were on the doors to get out as we walked in, Standing nasty water backed up out of the maintenance closet, Mop bucket full of nasty water next to it. ALL windows were disgusting. It was after closing time of the local health department because I tried calling. I am calling them First thing Monday morning. Whoever owns, manages this place needs to be fired and hire all new employees, or close the doors. I tried summiting this without stars, they don't even deserve one. read more

We never got to order any food. My husband went inside thinking it would be faster since they didn't appear busy (Sunday around noon). There were only a couple cars parked and half a dozen in the drive through. But after waiting for several minutes a man already in line asked if anyone was working the front counter. That's when a worker told him they get to him when they got to him. Not sure what he did but my husband returned to the car and we left. McDonald's - Fast Food Near Me - Dunlap, Tennessee

I went to McDonald's after ordering through the app. They didn't give me 3 of my items and messed up 2 other sandwiches that I ordered out of a 7 item order. The staff was incredibly rude when the mistake was pointed out with receipt in hand. To top it off this is not the first time they have done this to me. I have never had this much trouble out of a fast food restaurant in my life. I will not be going back. There are other restaurants that I can go to that have never treated me so rudely and disrespectfully as a paying customer. Highly disappointed. Do not recommend ever going here. read more

I ordered a half sweet tea half lemonade (commonly known as an Arnold Palmer)...this is an extremely common drink. I order them regularly at fast food restaurants...Sonic, Wendy's, Arby's, Burger King, and Chi Fil A even has it on their mobile app (they call it a SunJoy). However, this particular McDonalds refused to do it. The guy at the window had to ask a manager (?!)...and he came back and told me they'd have to charge me for two drinks to accommodate my request. Even if it was clean the employees are untrained and unclean, they will handle money then go grab food without ever washing hands. Makes me wonder what else they do without washing hands. So I recently went to McDonalds in dunlap and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich time was around 7:05 August 22 2020. When I received my sandwich I was horrified when I took a bite and the chicken was dry and the lettuce was brown... I went back to the drive thru and wanted a refund. The manager that was going to process the refund came to the terminal all sweaty with no mask on. They told me that I had to give them back the order so I could get my money back i refused because i didn't want to because of 2 reasons; 1:To my knowledge of working in the fast food industry for 12 years now that u are not supposed to accept food from a customer for any circumstances its against federal, state , and county health code. 2: I didn't want to give them anything without receiving my money first. After telling the manager of these 2 reasons they close the window on me. I left because I didn't want to hold up the line. read more

This was hideous. We went in for lunch. The place was FILTHY. Managed to find one table that was pretty clean. The girl who took our order was obviously new, but she was freindly and did a good job. It was NOT busy, and there were plenty of people there who could have cleaned the tables and swept the floors and emptied the overflowing trash. But even after my husband mentioned the lack of clean tables, NOTHING was done. We finished, bussed our own table, and went to wash our hands afterwards. On the walk to the bathroom it was obvious that not one table had been cleaned since we arrived. And the trash was still full. When I came out of the restroom my husband was being threatened with being permanently banned from McDonald's by the "manager", who would only give his name as Daniel, which may or may not have been his name. This Daniel was upset because my husband cut him off and said he didn't need to hear his excuses about how disgustingly filthy the place was. Could my husband have used better more touchy feely words to talk to this entitled brat? Sure. But, on the other hand threatening customers is NEVER ok. Especially when the customer is pointing out what are essentially health code violations that he may want to take care of before an inspector shuts this dump down! But Daniel reacted as tho my husband had violated him in some way. When it started out as an observation and polite suggestion. He also didn't want to give his name, would only give his first name, wouldn't give the owner's name but finally gave his first name and a phone number that no one would answer. There are really no worries about being "banned" from this questionable establishment as we have NO plans to return. I am sure there are lovely people working there, like the young lady that took our order but it is run by a rude, obnoxious, incapable manager, who I have no idea how he can keep a job acting as he does but there he was. read more
