This McDonald's is iffy. Sometimes they are on point, and sometimes they just aren't. Sometimes the fries are hard and cold, which sucks because they should be the best part. Sometimes the drive thru wait is extremely long. Sometimes they don't make the adjustments to your food that you requested, so double check before you leave. The self checkout kiosks don't always work. One plus is that the ice cream machine is always working. read more

This McDonald's deserve a 0 for customer service. I would "NEVER" frequent this McDonald's again. This morning at 7:20am I visited this McDonald's to purchase a frappe and breakfast which I had my app in my hand. I asked the cashier can I use the bathroom, she immediately said with an "ATTITUDE" that I need to make a purchase before I am allowed to use the bathroom. I assured her that I am going to make a purchase and showed her what I was ordering from the app, she said I don't care again with her "ATTITUDE" you need to make a purchase before I am allowed to use the bathroom. I reported the issue to corporate, the owner of the McDonald's whose name is Valerie called and said that because there are so many homeless people in the area before a customer can use the restroom they must make a purchase because it's her store policy. So I guess the cashier "ASSUMED" that I was homeless because I am black and off work today with no corporate attire on. I should have read reviews before frequenting this McDonald's. read more

Every time I order from this place it takes about two hours on uber eats and the last time I ordered they forgot my fries which came with two of my meals, yes I was so upset to have paid for food I didn't receive :( I also called and they said the reason they take so long is because they don't start doing or making the food until an Uber driver has been assigned to your order which can take a while if there's no Uber drivers in the area. read more

This McDonalds needs to be shut down. There are rats running around the parking lot near the entrance of the store and drive thru line. The employees are wearing .99$ hair bonnets and not the proper hair nets I've seen other McDonald's locations to wear. I decided to just get a drink instead of food, in fear of food contamination. Spoke to the employee about the rodent infestation, she laughed and says that's normal this time of the morning. I get to the window and she tells me the price of my coffee and I replied to her... Really? Two double cheeseburgers, small fries and a McChicken with just ketchup and cheese. Remember this. I placed my order in the drive thru, paid for it and got my order. While driving away, I check my order and notice large fries. Didn't order that. Upon further review, I see that I only had two sandwiches. A McChicken and a McDouble. I didn't order a McDouble and the McChicken had no cheese. I swing back around to the drive thru, they take my receipt to review the order, take the bag back and tell me to park in the pick up area. After a minute, a woman hands me my bag. I checked it to find that it's the same damn order with bbq sauce added to the bag. You read the damn receipt. Can these people read?? I swing back around again to get my order and it's finally almost correct. Still no cheese on the McChicken. The way they threw the food back in the bag was terrible. Everything was unwrapped like they had to look at each item to make sure. Real sanitary guys. To end this, I'm never going to this place ever again. Customer service was also terrible. This is the worst place ever. The drive thru is always crowded and hey have a two lane drivethru but only one lane remains open. One of the worst restaurants in the neighborhood. There always understaffed and the service sucks. Even if u order something as a smoothie you have to wait at least 10 minutes cause there so busy waiting on the drive thru hoping to beat the clock. This place doesn't even deserve one star. If I could I would give them a -5 stars due to the poor service and lack of compassion for the customers that patronize this place. So people say what do u expect, it's McDonalds. I expect not to have to wait in a drive thru line for 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. Literally 21 minutes from the time I placed my order. The staff sucks. All but the kind lady that takes ur money, everyone else is horrible. Including the Hispanic male manager that basically just walked away from me when I started to complain when I finally did reach the window. No apologies for the wait no nothing. Told me that they didn't have the food to help the person that was in front of me. So it would not have mattered if they moved to the front and waited for someone to bring the food to them. Makes no sense right. They eventually got their food. I had enough time to call into the store while I was on the line waiting. The manager that answered could not understand why I was so upset. Told me well there's a manager in the front and that I needed to calm down cause she couldn't do anything. At this time, I had been waiting 15 minutes. So u ask why wouldn't I just get out of the line. Well you can't. It's a safety hazard. Once your in the line your stuck!! Believe it or not there was only 3 cars in front of me when I got on line. The employee at the drive-thru was completely uninformed about the menu. I clearly asked for an iced coffee with Splenda. I get to the window and am handed a hot coffee. I tell this employee I wanted an iced coffee. She looks at the receipt, takes the coffee and proceeds to walk around, look at the receipt and hand me back a hot coffee. At this point, I clearly have to go inside because they're just not getting it. I go in, show her the receipt and she says," he charged you for a hot coffee, an iced coffee is more". I tell her to look on the receipt which clearly says add ice, add Splenda. She gives me a disgruntled look, and says," oh my god what did he do?". She then orders another employee to make it. He tries to hand me an iced coffee with milk. I'm allergic to dairy! At this point, they've wasted two drinks. Finally, he hands me an iced coffee that's overflowing. I'm fed up at this point, and the employees are giving me these looks, like oh god we hate it here. I can understand why. I leave, go to put in the straw and it overflows. Twice. This has to be the worst run McDonald's I've ever been to. I asked for the most basic item on the menu, that they literally had to put three components in and they couldn't do that! Lines are always long. The staff can be rude at times. Drive through staff in the mornig is usually better. There's a few good employees. At times the some of the staff doesn't speak or understand english. I'm not sure how that happens. read more
